With views over the farm and sun throughout the day, this cottage is the perfect place for relaxing. Downstairs the cottage has a modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The living/dining room has two sofas and an armchair around a log burning stove. There is also a downstairs toilet. Upstairs the cottage has a Master King bedroom, a twin bedroom that can also be converted into a double on request, and single. A full sized travel cot can fit in the twin and single bedrooms. A bathroom with bath and shower over is at the far end of the landing. The living room has double doors leading onto the terrace with table and chairs, and includes honeysuckle around the door as well as a beautiful flowering cherry tree in front.

We do not allow dogs in this cottage.

The cottage was easy to get to and in a lively farm setting. It was modern and well equipped, especially for travelling with children, and everything was clean and well organised on arrival. The pool and shared facilities were great. The hosts were very friendly and we enjoyed visiting and feeding the animals with them - bottle feeding and cuddling the newborn lambs especially! We would love to come back one day.

We had the most wonderful time at Nethway farm with our three children. Plenty to do, the animals were a highlight. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect for our 4 year old and 2 year old, there was so much for them to do on the farm and in the local area, we didn’t nearly manage to do it all. We had a great time at Nethway cottages, helping feed the animals was a particular highlight.

This was our third visit to Nethway and we believe there is no better place to holiday. Nethway really has it all and is the perfect place for families. The cottages are beautiful, clean, like a home from home and fully equipped with everything (and more). The log burner with free logs from the farm was perfect for our Christmas stay. We really appreciate all the little touches which makes taking children away easy and ensures it relaxing for the adults too!
Facilities on the farm are perfect for families, we enjoyed the swimming pool, which is clean and lovely and warm and great that you get to book a family slot. We had some friendly competition in the play barn (perfect for wet days), explored the farm walks and adventures to the mud kitchen. The children enjoyed the soft play room, but the highlight for them are the animals - helping feed and spending time with the animals (especially the goats) was what they looked forward to each day.
You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere when at the farm, but the local Devon towns are a short drive away with some great days out (the app is great for recommendations).
Lizzie and Nathan are wonderful hosts, clearly love what they do by creating a perfect haven and nothing is too much trouble.
We will be back!

We had a great week at Nethway with our two year old. The facilities in the house and on the farm are excellently cared for. So much to do in the local area as well. Lizzie and Nathan are great hosts.

Excellent accommodation, children loved the animals and the indoor heated pool, really appreciated how warm it was, and especially good to be able to book a private session. Lizzie was always on hand to answer questions etc, allexceeded expectations.

Nethway Farm is a beautiful place to stay in a comfortable cottage whilst feeling part of the family. A fantastic place for young and older alike . We fed the animals,walked around the farm,played in the games room and swam in the lovely indoor heated pool. The cottage has everything for a cosy stay including a wood burrner,my personal favourite! Lizzie and Nathan are great hosts and you can ask them anything about the area or use their app. It’s our second stay,book a short break or longer one ! Loads of lovely places to visit. We went on a river cruise this time . Thanks for another great stay

A fantastic break at Nethway, all the extras provided for families were very much appreciated. We loved feeding the animals, the private sessions in the pool, the ride on’s, the mud kitchen and farm walks, the tractor to look out for each day and the baby chicks! An idyllic part of the world with lots to do very close by, we would love to return! Highly recommended and such a warm welcome from Lizzie and Nathan.

Absolutely stunning! We had such a lovely time at Nethway farm and we can't wait to return! Perfectly located near beaches, Brixham and Dartmouth, but why would you ever want to leave the farm itself?! Incredible scenery, gorgeous animals, fantastic facilities and very comfortable accommodation. Really lovely to be back at Nethway. Kids loved feeding the animals (and the newborn goats were a lovely addition!). Even though the weather was truly British, still loads to do on site and nearby. From playing in the mud kitchen on the farm, to crabbing and beach trips locally it's a great location. Well stocked kitchen, games for the kids to play with and the warm pool was a treat each day. We will be back again! Rockfish in Brixham definitely worth a visit too.

Chamomile Cottage has been recently decorated and was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The farm is a lovely place to stay and brilliant for children, with the animals, swimming pool and play room. It’s a beautiful setting and great base to explore all the region has to offer. The communication from Lizzie and the team was fantastic, and we really appreciated them being on hand to help with anything we needed before and during our stay. It’s a perfect choice for families wanting an easy and fun break.

Chamomile cottage was like home from home. Delightful. The cottage is of a very high standard and fully equipped with quality and comfort in mind. Including a welcome pack, they have thought of everything, plus provided extras, for what you might find yourselves needing on a self catering holiday. Every cottage has it’s own new gas bbq too, which we enjoyed using.

Lizzie, Nathan and family were very friendly and welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble to them to make your stay enjoyable. The soft play area and games room provided enough to keep everyone amused and the indoor pool was of excellent standard and always in constant use by all. Everywhere on the farm was clean and tidy and the children loved to see or feed the animals. My 4 year old grandson particularly liked all the ride on toys ! We hope to return again in the future.

As returning customers we were once again thrilled with our stay at Nethway. So much so, we’ve already booked again for next year! The cottages are well equipped and provide an excellent base for many of the farm-based activities. The swimming pool, aided by its very warm temperature, proved to be a hit again with the children. We discovered Woodlands Adventure park this stay and the little stream on Blackpool Sands beach. We can’t wait to return again next year! Thank you Lizzie and Nathan.

We had a lovely time at Nethway Farm. Lizzie and Nathan are so welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cottage, farm and facilities are perfect for young families. Our 2 year old loved feeding the animals on the farm and playing in the soft play barn. There's lots to see and do in the local area. We highly recommend Nethway Farm and would love to stay again!

We all had a lovely week away in Chamomile Cottage. The kids had an amazing time in the swimming pool, feeding the animals, playing on the ride-on toys and the games room. Lizzie, Nathan and the girls were so friendly and welcoming it felt like a home from home. Lots of attention to detail to the cottage itself and the facilities, and plenty to do in the surrounding area. We will definitely be back!

We had such a special holiday in Chamomile cottage and couldn’t recommend this beautiful farm more highly for a family holiday. The cottages are appointed to a high standard, very comfortable and cosy - a real home from home. The setting is stunning and our children loves the animals, the warm swimming pool, the soft play and indoor play barn. So many details have been given such care and attention which make a holiday feel so special. We will be returning for sure!

Had a wonderful stay at Nethway farm. My son had the time of his life with so much to do with feeding the animals, going on the tractor, swimming and playing with the ride on tractors. The setting and cottage were excellent. Very welcoming, felt very much at home for the stay. Would strongly recommend.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Nethway Farm. The cottage was in excellent condition and was cosy and clean. The Surrounding area was beautiful and a lovely place to explore for us and our children. They especially enjoyed swimming in the pool; feeding the animals and playing in the games room. The location is perfect as it’s close to so many different places too. This was our 2nd time at nethway farm and it definitely didn’t disappoint. There is so much to keep the children entertained, they loved the animals and Lizzie & Nathan involve them in the feeding and the morning routine.
The games room & the pool are great as well as there being lots to do in the surrounding area.

Nethway Farm Cottages proved to be the perfect holiday location for all of the family, from Grandma through to the Grandchildren. The brilliantly warm pool was a massive hit, and no little blue toes made for a lovely experience! The kids loved the park, soft play, mud kitchen, lake, stream, feeding the farm animals and activity barn. So many activities! The cottages were immaculately clean and well appointed. We loved how a safely first approach was taken with stair gates provided at both the top and bottom of the stairs. The cottage was perfectly located for visiting many of the local towns and tourist attractions too. We loved our visit so much that we’ve already booked to go again next year!

We spent a wonderful week at Nethway. This was our third visit and I am sure we will be back again. Absolutely perfect for our family - our 3yo loved the pool, the soft play, the play barn, the mud kitchen, the farm walk and feeding the animal. Such a great place - loads to do and you are so well looked after.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in our cottage at Nethway. All the rooms were properly equipped and the sitting room had a lovely wood burning fire. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils required, the bedrooms had good quality linen and towels. There was also the added bonuses of a swimming pool and the farm animals but above all we were made to feel very welcome by Lizzie and Nathan who are so accommodating to their guests.

A beautiful cottage with fantastic facilities. Everything you might need is provided in the cottage from kitchen utensils to books and games. Accomodation is especially good if you have children with cots, bed guards etc all available. The indoor pool, games hall, play equipment and soft play were a great addition (all immaculately kept) which made sure any wet weather days were still fun packed. Beautiful coastal walks are on your doorstep making it a perfect location for walkers. The kids loved meeting and feeding the animals (especially the greedy pigs) and also enjoyed fishing in the lakes. Lizzie and Nathan were wonderful hosts. My family had a wonderful stay and I'd definitely recommend others to stay here. It's just beautiful.
