Situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds with commanding views over rolling farmland, Kipling House Barn is a 200 year old granary with vaulted ceilings and original oak beams that we have converted to create a luxury self-catering accommodation for large groups of 8 - 19 people. The bedrooms are split over two levels and the floor to ceiling windows in the living areas provide panoramic views over East Yorkshire.

The views are amazing. The garden was the plus point. Sectioned off into different spaces with plenty of outdoor seating, sofas and tables. Used the outdoor spaces a lot playing games, BBQ and the hot tub got plenty of use. Beautiful garden...more
