Situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds with commanding views over rolling farmland, Kipling House Barn is a 200 year old granary with vaulted ceilings and original oak beams that we have converted to create a luxury self-catering accommodation for large groups of 8 - 19 people. The bedrooms are split over two levels and the floor to ceiling windows in the living areas provide panoramic views over East Yorkshire.

Did a 10 day stay at the barn, with a group of 14 and we all absolutely loved it. During the whole booking process and leading up to the stay Becky was so helpful and accommodating for our various requests. On arrival the barn exceeded our expectations; clean, warm and cosy feel even though the place is huge, lovely modern and well kept decor and equipement. Great facilities to cater for all ages in the group, all in all ticked the boxes.
