Situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds with commanding views over rolling farmland, Kipling House Barn is a 200 year old granary with vaulted ceilings and original oak beams that we have converted to create a luxury self-catering accommodation for large groups of 8 - 19 people. The bedrooms are split over two levels and the floor to ceiling windows in the living areas provide panoramic views over East Yorkshire.

Had the most amazing stay at Kipling House Barn! We had booked WAY in advance and was kept up to date in regard to payments etc. they were also super accommodating with split payments due to it being a large group! We were sent supplier lists and everything to organise the perfect weekend and it really was. The house was spotless and so modern, it had everything we could have needed! Checking in and out was a breeze, we were all local and it truly felt like we were on holiday! Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to book again! Thank you so much!
