Situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds with commanding views over rolling farmland, Kipling House Barn is a 200 year old granary with vaulted ceilings and original oak beams that we have converted to create a luxury self-catering accommodation for large groups of 8 - 19 people. The bedrooms are split over two levels and the floor to ceiling windows in the living areas provide panoramic views over East Yorkshire.

We had a lovely time, Everything you need for a group holiday is there. Just two issues which we informed them about 1. a shelf in cupboard next to fridge only had two pins holding it up!,2, the tap in first ground floor bedroom does not turn enough to give hot water. otherwise perfect
