Our two rooms, the Munches Room and the Lady Maxwell Room are open to guests all year-round. Breakfast is included in the rate, and is served in the guest room. We are proud to serve a Scottish breakfast cooked from both locally sourced and homemade goods, including eggs from our own hens.

Stayed for 3 nights but could have easily have stayed longer. Fab & unusual place to stay with great/attentive host, limited (but good) breakfast and hot tub. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We enyoyed the time, the breakfast, the Garden, There are somany Accessoires from the history. The owner is very Friendly Sorry that I cant describe it better,
