The vacation home features 1 double loft bedroom, one first floor double bedroom, a large open plan fully fitted kitchen and lounge with a seperate utility area with a washing machine and toilet, also a large family bathroom with shower on the first floor

Guests at Bwthyn Cloch Glas, Beaumaris are welcome to enjoy golfing and fishing nearby, or make the most of this historical town which is just outside the front door.

Beaumaris Castle is a 2-minute walk from the house, while Castell Aberlleiniog is 2.8 miles from the property.

Well behaved and house trained pets are welcome ( just one per visit please)!

Good location, clean, warm and everything worked. Street parking nearby not a problem.
Reviews are subjective, but our experience falls short of the 5 starts given in some reviews.
The kitchen is equipped to barest minimum. No teapot, no jug, just a one-person cafetiere, no sieve or colander and no dishes that could be used for heating food in the microwave or oven.
There is a good-sized television but not enough lighting if your preference is to read. The cottage is very dark at all times of day, which cannot be helped, but more lamps and brighter bulbs would be an improvement.
All the furniture is modern but the bedrooms lacked dressing tables or a mirror near a power point for a hairdryer. There are no chairs in the bedrooms.
The bathroom is large and has had a very basic makeover but there is nowhere to hang damp towels and the only place near the basin for washbag contents and toothbrushes, etc. is the end of the bath.
The décor of the cottage is possibly intended to be shabby chic but peeling wallpaper is not to our taste. The recent coat of paint brightened up the walls but did little to cover the defects.
In summary: adequate with scope for being really attractive
PS. We never did find out the system for rubbish bins.

Charming little cottage with everything required to enjoy a break away from home. Quite central to centre and beach we’ve had an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend, and will certainly come again

Excellent communication with Paul. House was great, very clean, excellent location, both in terms of where it was located in Beaumaris and Beaumaris itself.

Would highly recommend
