Top Cottage was perfect for our trip to Dorset. It was so spacious for two people. The area was great, there are loads of places to go. Top Cottage and the adjacent two cottages were very quiet, no traffic noise, no street lights, just lovely. Our host was very friendly, helpful and accommodating, and we are very keen to stay again.
We booked Whites Ground on the recommendation of my sister who lives locally and was so pleased we did. Upon arrival we had a lovely welcoming committee from the two friendly labradors ! Whites Ground is extremely comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed (and more!) - a real home from home. The welcome pack on arrival was a bonus and much appreciated - even a vase of freshly cut flowers from the garden and freshly picked tomatoes from the greenhouse. We had a lovely few days at Chisel Barn, the accommodation was excellent and so very well equipped. Chisel Barn is conveniently located for touring around Dorset and there is so many really good pubs and cafes to visit. I would not hesitate to recommend Chisel Barn and we hope to return in the future. A big plus for us is that Chisel Barn is very dog friendly. Brilliant.
