Our first impressions when we walked in was wow. The A-frame ceiling & quirky bespoke features were either to your taste or not, but we loved them. It is spacious with modern facilities & a hot tub with an outside deck. We would definitely stay again.
This holiday home was very clean and spacious and the chocolates and prosecco on arrival was a very good surprise. Hot tub was well maintained and checked daily for chlorine levels. Totally enjoyed our week and will definitely book again.
We were extremely impressed with Torgorm Cottage No. 3. A beautifully furnished and well equipped cottage in a quiet, peaceful location with fantastic views. The cottage was cleaned to a very high standard, spacious and made for a perfect stay. The enclosed garden was well presented and perfect for our small dog Molly to explore. I would thoroughly recommend the cottage for those looking for a relaxing and peaceful break and the location made it easy to venture out and explore the beautiful Highlands.
Beautiful lodge excellent position on park .Hot tub clean .Welcome pack was full of goodies.very relaxing break
Ben Bheula is a very well presented property in a great location with amazing views of Loch Long. Two great social spaces, the sitting room and the conservatory, allow larger groups to find their own area to relax and chat without living on top of each other. The kitchen, utensils, glasses and crockery are plentiful and the kitchen knives are sharp (ok, a small point but it’s amazing how many times they are only capable of bruising rather than cutting ) Bedrooms are comfortable and en-suites/bathrooms are clean. Linen including towels are of good quality. Outside space is good too, with a...more
Lovely stay, beautiful caravan and stunning surroundings. Visited the Dunstanburgh castle which is right on the coast and saw the Dolphins!
Had an amazing stay at Woodys Retreat, everything was just perfect and the hamper was a lovely touch, we will def be back as we love the park x
Our 1st time at this property & it didn't disappoint. Absolutely a lovely a place with everything you need & more! The location is perfect a proper sun trap with lots of seating areas. The welcome pack was amazing felt totally spoilt, I can't fault Silver Birch & glad to say I am returning later in the year!
Stayed in this beautiful lodge with family for my daughters 18th birthday. Start to finish the whole weekend was fab, even the weather. Beds were so comfy too. Pictures do not do this lodge justice and its huge. Definitely be booking again. Huge shout to to Louise from Hemera who kept in touch with me prior to our stay and organised welcome packs and banners to help celebrate my daughters birthday.
Stayed here for my 30th birthday but took our 2 kids along too. The lodge was absolutely beautiful and definitely the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. With having young children with us it was great that the decking had a gate on but also a seperate gate down to the hot tub area so they could go out onto the decking without us worrying they’d be able to get off. The lodge itself was beautiful and clean and we were shocked with how much was provided for us ie washing up liquid, tea towels, bath and hand towels, kitchen roll, multiple toilet roll, good few bin bags, hand soap etc. not to mentio...more
One on the best lodges we have stayed in. The owner had gone the extra mile to ensure we had everything on hand for a self catering holiday. The lodge was clean and well presented- a home from home with the bonus of a hot tub. Ideally situated for exploring Northumberland. Would definately book again.
We have recently returned from a four day break at Percy woods, we had a fabulous time with our grandchildren, the caravan was brilliant ! Very comfortable , the welcome pack very much appreciated, the kids loved the hot tub! The position of the caravan was great for exploring in the small wood behind us, we hope to use the same caravan in the future as not only was the caravan beautiful the area was brilliant , we all had a fabulous time.
Wonderfully relaxing..lovely lodge..golf nearby and easy relaxed clubhouse . Make sure you visit the cafe in the village.Would book again.
Only thing I think that is lacking is a vegetable peeler ! Otherwise the place is perfect. Lovely pub 4m away the Granby Arms where the food is fabulous. The club house is a 10min walk through the golf course and Deer can be seen . Fairway View is tucked away in a corner plot very quiet and relaxing.
The lodge was excellent clean and every thing you need , in a nice spot with the woods . Very good place to sit back and relax will be going again
We had a lovely Easter weekend in this very well presented caravan. Everything that you need for your stay is provided, including the things we all forget. (Tin opener, bottle opener, scissors etc). The hot tub was perfect and ready to jump straight in to and the bottle of Proseco and big bag of sweets for the kids made for an awesome welcome gift from the owners. The WiFi is pretty intermittent however due to the remote location of the park it actually performed better than expected. The online booking process via Hemera was straight forward, the only question I had was answered with a qu...more
Had a great time with my family, this has been my 5th time at the park it has everything u need in the lodge and will defo be returning thanks again Ps we had a prob will eletric and phone Tracy and we had it sorted straight away
Deer View is a beautiful caravan, very well equipped with everything you need. Some lovely extra touches too. It's situated in a very quiet spot. The hot tub is a huge bonus and we made very good use of it.
Stayed at the lavender lodge from Monday the 11th of October till the 15th with my daughter and two grandchildren we had a great time the lodge was amazing it was like home from home and great value for money definitely would use again the hot tub makes it just so relaxing and Wendy was always at the other end of the phone if you needed help with anything
Fantastic, peaceful break. This is our second time at Percy Woods and certainly won't be the last. Lots to see and do and Bari Bar nearby is fab too.
We stayed as 4 adults and 2 well behaved Labrador dogs. I made a mistake and somehow managed to book something that was unavailable. The team (Louise as main contact) were so understanding and accomidating. The service, as it is everytime we have stayed, was amazing. My 35th birthday was spent in the clean and what looked to be recently updated Sweethope Lodge. The Wi-Fi was quik to use and allowed streaming on the TV which was a nice touch. This is the first time we have stayed at the top end of the park, but I have to say still having the trees it was as nice as overlooking the gol...more
We had a great time The house has everything you need Clean, nice views, quiet Bedrooms a bit too small but the house in general was very comfy
The lodge was everything and more , clean, modern, well equipped and most importantly dog friendly x The hot tub was a delight and checked daily which was reassuring, the little extras like the complimentary prosecco and chocolates was a nice touch and much appreciated as were the provision of bathrobes for when you leave the hot tub x We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back and .thank you Hemera for your good customer service.
Forget Me Not Lodge on first glance was roomy and very clean, hot tub was in a nice private corner of the decking which was extremely spacious. Nice size bedrooms and the walk in closet in the en-suite bedroom was a nice touch. Everything was clearly thought about for an Executive lodge, as there was plenty of cutlery and kitchen utensils and having Sky on the TV and free WiFi was brilliant. The only down side was the two showers - the shower in the family bathroom wouldn’t stay up the pole long enough for a shower and the water pressure and spray was disappointing, the shower in the en-suite ...more
Wysteria Rise and Percy Wood was absolutely outstanding. Lovely touch with prosecco and goodies on arrival. Good base for sightseeing but the park itself was clean and peaceful. We would definitely recommend and will return. The only suggestion I would make is maybe an umbrella / canopy for the hot tub to use when the weather isn't great but apart from that out break was outstanding. Short walk also to Bari Bar. Fab prices and very friendly.
Lodge was beautiful hot tub in a nice private area just what i needed i would recommend this lodge for what ever the length of your stay
The Hemera girls kept me in the loop about arrival instructions etc. Upon entering the lodge we were blown away by how beautiful and cosy it was. There were plenty amenities and it was very roomy. The beds were very comfortable as was everything else. The hot tub made it even more amazing. Thank you for a lovely stay. Would definitely return.
It was lovely and peaceful, the caravan was clean on arrival with plenty of space for a family of 4. The hottub was clean and hot, on our second day the hotub maintance man came to check the water etc, which was excellent. Sitting in the garden was great as we had our family pet with us.
Great stay over the new year. Central to alot of places to visit. Gates on the decking would be great as couldn't let our dog walk about, privacy around the hot tub would be good aswell.
Our stay at Whin Fell was just what we needed. Beautiful location and very comfortable lodge. Hot tub was a lovely bonus. The park is impeccably maintained and quiet and peaceful. The booking system was professionally handled and informative. We will definitely return again. We enjoyed a lovely lunch at Nelsons in the park and can highly recommend.
I would highly recommend this accommodation and the sight. The beds are very comfortable and the cabin smelt amazing, the hot tub was lovely. It is so peaceful we came home feeling totally relaxed. I brought my 3 children and 2 dogs here we all had such a lovely time we didn’t want to leave. The Timeout Tavern was the highlight of our entertainment, the guys there are so welcoming and friendly they absolutely made our weekend so a big thank you to Jeff and Jay and all the regulars who took us in as their own.
Just returned from a short break with the Grand children. Our first visit to the North East. A fabulous time had by all. The caravan was lovely. The living area is spacious, bedrooms a bit wee but did the job. Our Granddaughter described the bed as springs with a sheet on but for 3 nights it was fine. Hot tub was lovely. Good value. We will be back.
A very enjoyable holiday looking forward to next year it was so quiet the crazy horse does excellent meals nothing went wrong
The logde generally was lovely and the hot tub was amazing but the cleanliness of the kitchen wasn't great. We had to wash cutlery and plates etc before we used them as some were dirty and the gorgeous blue kitchen cupboard doors had greasy finger marks all over them. Everywhere else was spotless, comfy beds too. Would stay again and would recommend this lodge.
We had a fabulous weekend at Airlie House. It was perfect for a group of women celebrating a special Birthday and wanting to go wild swimming. The house was perfect in an ideal location stunning scenery and to top it all off the weather was amazing! Great weekend had by all.
Really enjoyed my stay. great location. Had to give it a 3 out 5 rating for comfort as the beds weren't comfortable the double bed seemed broken with it been a storage bed on the left side was lifted abit .
Throughly enjoyed my stay here and this lodge in particular, it was a home from home. Everything you needed it had It. Such a warm cosy vibe to it and beds were very comfortable too. I stay in a lot of logges/log cabins every month and can say this has been the best to date simply for its home from home feeling and cleanliness is second to none which I was very impressed giving I had ocd. Overall fantastic stay and accommodation I will definitely be returning! Oh and the tv in the children’s bedroom was a fabulous touch I could enjoy a wine in peace, great!
Lovely comfy lodge, with lots of home comforts Well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Hot tub was nice and private with plenty sitting area around it. Loved the little welcome gift aswell. Site is well maintained, plenty of places to go on walks with our dog. The on site bar is very nice although we didn’t eat there so cannot comment on food. The only negative was the decking isn’t very secure if you have a small dog, ours could squeeze through the railings no problem. The cleaner must of been having an off day because they hadn’t cleaned fridge or inside microwave (had food ...more
We stayed at Ruby's Retreat for 2 nights what an amazing lodge this is. The lodge its self is very homely and cozy. Very clean and tidy. The Hot tub is brilliant addition to the lodge and makes the stay more relaxing. We were surprised to find an lovely gesture left for us in the way of a bottle of prosecco. Thankyou for a lovely stay and definitely recommend this lodge 100%.
Amazing lodge. Loved everything about it. Fantastic utility where you can dry dogs and leave wet gear.. owners are really helpful and have thought of everything. Found a real gem and will be returning
Had the most perfect stay in this lodge. Nice and peaceful site, on-site golf for hubby and lovely walks through countryside. Will definitely stay here again
Beautiful lodge, near to Crazy Horse Saloon. Very clean, large interior and even larger outdoor hot tub area. Owners very approachable and considerate. Nothing too much bother. All you need for a restful break. Everything you need in this lodge. Love it Will be returning soon x
Everything was in good condition, only complaint was that both toilet seats need replacing as they didn't fit and constantly moved.
We had an absolutely fabulous time. Lodge was beautiful location great! Site is lovely and we would definitely return!
We really enjoyed our few days at Percy wood, lovely location and surroundings with woodland walks, the lodge was very clean and had everything we needed, highly recommend
Honeysuckle was clean and comfortable the hot tub was lovely and hot and very clean . The TV on the other hand was a disappointing due to the aerial TV kept freezing , which I seen on the reviews after we booked it however we racked our brains nd to see what we could do to fix this so I put about 6 books under the white box behind the TV nd placed the aerial wire on top and TV was fine , hope this is any use for future bookings .
The Wee one log cabin was ideal for 2 people, spacious and had everything we needed. Amazing value for money compared to other places in Scotland. Will definitely be recommend to others for future use.
Lovely caravan. Great location, spend all evenings in the Spa. Very quite area. Caravan had everything you would need.
Lovely weekend Lodge was very nice and owner was very helpfull.Felmoor lovely site and near nice beaches.
Beautiful view of the lake , very peaceful location. Lodge was wonderful. The owner was very helpful and checked the hot tub daily . I would definitely stay again.
Couldn't fault the location of the lodge or the country park but a few niggling issues. On arrival the bins by the back door hadn't been emptied, no cupboard space to store your own supplies in as every drawer had owners personal stuff. The only cupboard had lots of food left in from previous. Drawers in the double bedroom had swimming costumes left and a huge drill in the drawers in twin room. No toilet paper supplied. If this is the norm then surely it should be stated. A packet of bic razors was left on the sink along with toothpaste and mouth wash in bathroom cupboard. The hot tub is in ...more
Overall enjoyed our stay however the property is a bit tired , locks on door are dodgy ,the oven was out of order and Jack’s place is literally 50 yards off the A1 so there is background noise, 1 bathroom for a 6 berth isn’t practical, the site was overrun with wasps and daily rubbish visits to the bins was challenging.
Second visit to Valley View & it didn't disappoint. The lodge was clean & well equipped with what we required (take a pizza cutter if you decide to have pizza!) Lovely secure wrap around veranda with seating area & hot tub. Valley view is such an apt name as the view from the veranda/hot tub is stunning, we spotted a deer & each morning/evening had a very large hare come down the golf course. Percy Wood is only a few minutes walk away which is wonderful for the dogs. Nearest beach is 20minutes away by car, a couple of lovely pubs only a 5 mins drive, good food served at both. Wi-fi wa...more
The place was great clean bright , every thing we needed and in a good place , the holiday company wete great we had one priblem with wifi it was sorted asap exclent service
Casey's Lodge is situated on a lovely, quite, well kept holiday park in Morpeth. The lodge was ready for us on time and to welcome us was a bottle of Prosecco and a cake left in the well equipped kitchen. The lodge was very clean and well presented with a nice size lounge, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower cubicle. Everything was in excellent condition and our stay was very comfortable and cosy. Outside the lodge was a fenced decking (which was safe for our dog to wonder around safely) and a lovely hot tub which we used every day. This was maintained daily. Overall our stay was e...more
I love this lodge. The place is so lovely and peaceful and quiet. facing onto the woodland when sitting outside. The lodge inside is lovely and has everything you need.
Jessie's Corner is a lovely lodge with everything you need for a break away. Accommodation was spotless and we were thrilled with the welcome bubbles, crisps and doughnuts. A thoughtful touch. Hot tub was perfect and decking private. Union Jack bunting on the decking for the Platinum Jubilee weekend was another nice addition. JC is located on Felmoor Holiday Park, a short walk from the site's pub and even though just off A1, it was so quiet. Loved hearing the wildlife. Pub had a singer on Friday but nearing 10pm, all went quiet. I would certainly head back there again.
We stayed in New Cottingburn House 11th to `5th Oct.We received a call on Mon morning to advise that the boiler had broken and couldn't be repaired for a few days.We were given the option to cancel but decided to go ahead. There was a large blown air heater and a portable radiator in the house and a lovely gas fire in the lounge. The house was very warm with these heaters and there were two electric showers. The only minor inconvenience was hot water first thing in the morning. The dishwasher had broken the weekend before we arrived but was replaced before we arrived so no hot water required f...more
We stayed in Rosewood for a lovely long weekend and it was definitely well needed. Lovely and quiet and discreet hot tub area, loved the fenced decking all around with the hot tub enclosed so our dog could roam freely whilst we enjoyed the hot tub. Everything you needed home from home. My son loved exploring the woods straight opposite, lovely drives to local areas. The Sunday Lunch at the on-site pub was amazing!!! This was our second visit to this park and we will definitely be back
First visit to Felmoor Park, location is ideal and the park small and quiet. This is the fourth time I’ve booked a dog friendly lodge plus hot tub through Hemera. Service and information is always great. The location of chestnut lodge is perfect overlooking the lake. However, very disappointed with the condition and cleanliness of the lodge compared to all the others I’ve stayed in. The kitchen is in need of a refit and there is a shortage of cupboard space. Shower cubicle is in need of replacement. A number of the glasses and utensils were damaged. Discarded fencing and mats outside the lodge...more
The holiday let was ideal for what was needed in the time scale we needed accommodation, the location was great and there was everything we needed was in the home.
Dirty patio area/ chairs not been cleaned Dead flys in every room Dirty blinds No hoover to clean up before we left One shelf in the oven
