Have stayed with my family at West Winnowing for the last six years so obviously we enjoy it. My grandsons refer to it as their holiday home. Well positioned with The Buddle Inn a short walk away for great meals. Beautiful views from garden over the sea and interesting watching various shipping going in and out of Portsmouth. Highly recommend this house.
Wow, this was our first family holiday in a long time and everything was perfect! The house was amazing, clean, organised and had everything you needed. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and lots to do. The house was perfect for our dog too, he enjoyed the run round the private gardens. We had a lovely hamper of food and goodies left which was a lovely touch too. We could not have wished for better with this house, and we will definitely be returning for our holiday again next year. Thanks so much x
This is a very well maintained, well equipped cottage with high quality furniture and furnishings. The location is peaceful, close to the beach and well placed for access to the main road round the island and smaller roads inland.

Two of the dining chairs were broken and we had trouble with the boiler at one point but this was swiftly dealt with by the excellent housekeeper (who kindly posted some lost property home for us). We would recommend a second fridge as there is ample space for one i...more
Stayed just a week in Bonchurch at Orchard Leigh Grange. Lovely building and has been redecorated a few years ago so it is a rather pleasant place to stay. Arrived to find a comprehensive pack of food/drink which was welcome - and a red squirrel was seen out of the top window over looking the rear. Location is off a street running by the lake and there are plenty of places to walk from the house - it you are OK walking steep streets. Bonchurch is a leafy village next to the very different Ventnor and is easily the nicer place to stay.
Orchard Leigh Grange has nice bedrooms to sleep 8 people....more
