We spent 6 days in this very comfortable cottage with our dog and husband in a wheelchair. The owner sent lots of information before the stay including local restaurants and attractions. It was very suitable for my husbands needs, beautifully clean and in a lovely location. It was very peaceful and within a short walk to Brook beach. We would definitely recommend.

The property is in a very quiet position, yet only 10 minutes walk to the coastal path. A car is certainly necessary if you want to get around & see the delights of the island. The house itself is spacious with five bedrooms and plenty of living space and a great sized kitchen and dining room. Perfect for socialising with friends. The garden is pretty and great for exercising smaller dogs. There are some lovely plants and it felt well cared for. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very modern and more functional than attractive. Very comfortable. Short walk to the beach. We were lucky weather was warm for October had a great time on the Isle of Wight.
The kitchen tap is dripping Bathroom needs refurbishment. No shower screen and just a dribble from the shower not a power shower! Could not open bathroom window. The loo seat in the separate toilet was loose. Garden looked neglected. There were no complimentary toiletries. Would only recommend this property if the above items were attended to. Not had to put dirty laundry in bags before when staying in a rented property!!! Welcome food items were excellent.
