On arrival at the villa we noticed that there.was a lot of.cobwebs on the dining room chairs. The kitchen units are.looking very tired and could do with upgrading. Downstairs shower room when using the shower would leak and make the floor hazardous. Pool area we had to ask for the pool to be.cleaned and the man who came just put chlorine in and left . The pumps of the pool were useless and didn't work so we were constantly having to use the net ourselves to clean the pool. Pool steps were loose.with one step missing . After 3 days they were.eventually fixed and new step put in . Pool light was just hanging loose in the pool when reported we were told it was safe and no problem. For the cost of the villa these issues shouldn't have happened. The positive I will give is that once reported they did respond quickly. Need to improve on the way they clean the pool and replace the pumps so they work tidy. Also the glass surrounding the patio area was stinking and hadnt been cleaned in a long while. And get use to cleaning and checking for.cat poo .
