The property was very clean. Each room with its own bathroom. Everything that was needed was already provided.

We made our original booking in May this year for a two-week October family holiday through ‘Villas2Let’ in a similar villa, only to be advised, two weeks ahead of our holiday, that the original villa was no longer available; we were allocated Villa Serena, an upgraded property on the Phase B Levanda Complex. While the villa itself met our needs in terms of comfort, space and accommodation, and was well located for local beaches and amenities, information about the villa, along with its maintenance and provision of equipment was sadly lacking.

These are our observations during our stay:

• Poor final road directions to villa by car. (‘Villa2Let’ representative talked us in.)
• No ‘general information’ folder provided about the villa or how to use oven, dishwasher, washing machine, TV or recycling
provision etc.
• Cyprus is a dusty country, especially with building construction continuing on Phase B. Paths around house and pool were
covered in dust and had not been cleaned for our arrival. (We cleaned them).
• Similarly, outside tables and chairs were also covered in dust and not cleaned for our arrival. (We cleaned them).
• Dead leaves and vegetation debris not cleared from gravel garden areas and path to side of Villa (We cleared them).
• No welcome pack as promised. (We were not aware there were different levels).
• Only one wine glass available for a villa sleeping up to 8 persons. (New glasses provided by representative).
• No tea towels, hand towels or oven gloves provided in kitchen. (Towels replaced by representative).
• Only two kitchen cooking knives; bread knife and one other.
• Two broken corkscrews (Replaced by representative).
• Cracked fridge door shelf restricting use.
• Elderly BarBQ with loose leg and no grill. (Grill replaced by representative).
• Safe locked and no code provided to open until representative visited. Malfunctioned again on last full day of our holiday
meaning someone had to stay in most of the day until it was opened by a representative.
• Only 5 dining chairs for an 8 person villa.
• Only 6 sun beds for an 8 person villa.
• Only 7 chairs at outside dining table for an 8 person villa.
• No cushions at outside dining table chairs (Clearly shown in promotional pictures).
• Main bathroom sink plug did not work so could not fill sink for shaving etc. (We temporarily fixed.)
• Swimming pool lights seemingly not working. (‘Villas2Let’ maintenance representative eventually advised us, in second
week, of switch location.)
• Constantly flickering poor outside lighting left most external areas in darkness.
• Continuously dripping toilet cistern in main bathroom caused water pressure pump to run for 10 seconds every minute
throughout the night, disturbing sleep. (Problem fixed by plumber, only to reoccur again two days later. (Fixed by switching
off pump each night.)

We have stayed in many rented holiday villas abroad but none as badly appointed or poorly prepared for guest as this. ‘Villa2Let’ need to improve their staff efficiency as, overall, we left the property in a better state for the next visitors than we found it.

All that said, we must congratulate the ‘Villas2Let’ representative George, who was truly apologetic for all the above issues and who responded to every request speedily, salvaging what could otherwise had been a spoiled holiday.





We were so happy to see that the house was all the add said and even better.

We were Teo families that lived there. Four adults and four children/teenagers.
The house was very comfortable, clean and had aircondition in every room. That was important since it was very hot when we were there. It was nice to have an own pool too.
It’s not any bigger stores or shops in a walking distance, but the bus goes nearby so that didn’t matter.
The toaster broke and we got a new one within a couple of hours. That was impressive and so great service!
We had nothing to complain about!

Modern villa with all amenities included as per the listing. Clean and comfortable rooms and equipped kitchen. A bit difficult to find the first day and to explain the way there to the delivery guys but good instructions were provided by the host. The locker had a problem as well but it was fixed immediately by the villastolet staff. The villa is very close to the best beaches in Cyprus and also have a pool (a bit small) and is located in a beautiful complex. It is definitely recommended to make the most of Cyprus, particularly for families.

Pleasant stay. Good orientation of swimming pool, no sun until 1300pm. Peacefull nights, during the day new houses under construction few meters away but no noise. Brand new house

The house was in an excellent condition. The building is new and all the spaces inside and outside of the house was thoroughly clean. The only recommendation I would make is the need for a covered space to sit outside.
There was an umbrella but it was old and small. 9/10
