Ourania is set in the tranquil hills overlooking Pernera, Agios Elias Church, the local countryside and with wide sea views, including the Karpas Peninsula. Located in a quiet residential area with a few other similar Villas2Let properties, it provided for an excellent 3 story, 2 bedroom villa holiday a short drive (5 mins) or walk (15 mins) from the Protaras strip. With a large pool and ground floor terrace, days relaxing at the villa in between going to the local beaches (where sun loungers and umbrellas can be quickly occupied in the height of the season) were ideal. Being located higher in the Agios Elias hills also can provide for additional cooler breezes after hot humid day on the coast or travelling. The Villas2Let booked welcome package was ample and allowed for food and drinks to tie you over after a late flight arrival until a shop the next day. A hire car is a must if you stay in Ourania if you want to enjoy a full self catering package (although links are provided by Villas2Let should you need supermarket deliveries). A Villas2Let contact WhatsApp messaged upon arrival giving a 24/7 point of contact if required. The mid stay clean (new towels and sheets) was booked but did not happen due to rescheduling issues. The contact was informed and it was rearranged for the next day (a Saturday). The driveway was steep at the villa and a higher SUV vehicle might cope better with the apex of the steep incline from the road. Villas2Let arranged a local taxi firm to collect and return us from Larnaca Airport. We then had direct contact with the taxi firm via Whatsapp and was able to arrange and rearrange travel needs as required. Overall a really enjoyable holiday made better by the villa, it's location, facilities and Villas2Let. Will definitely be booking Ourania again with Villas2Let!!

Had a fantastic stay here for 10 days. Perfect location, 5 minute drive to Fig Tree bay beach and the main shopping/restaurant area.
Great outdoor space with shaded areas to sit and eat. Lovely pool.
Inside was great, lots of space to put all out things. Kitchen was so well equipped. And we loved the balcony area, where we sat most evenings before we went out.
Will definitely be back.

The villa is not very modern in interior but it compensates with the pool and the jacuzzi.
The beds are comfortable and there is AC in both bedrooms. No dishwasher, unfortunately . I had a pleasant stay.

We had a very nice stay in this villa there was everything that you needed there. It could do with a little maintenance outside eg outside sink tap loose shower taps ceased and very stiff. And could do with a touch of paint outside and inside.
Location was good just far enough away from hustle and bustle but would suggest hire of a car.

nice pool, nice jacuzzi, clean rooms, the villa was very nice and can only recommend this villa. You have to rent a car because the location of the villa is a bit out of the way.
The price of a rental car in Cyprus is very cheap, it wasn't a problem for us
