It was pretty difficult to access because you have to pass through a private residential area with a gate that might be closed. We got some access codes from taxi drivers. You might be able to use: 2468#, 1357#, or 0107# (but these probably change).
​You can ask the person assigned to the house (a host or manager) for almost anything you need. We asked for the upstairs Wi-Fi to be fixed, extra towels, and blankets, and everything was provided quickly.
​The many "quiet area" signs made some of us anxious about noise during the stay, but I'm sure it's mainly for parties and stuff like that, not laughing at 8pm (I hope at least).
​The hot water ran out after 3-4 showers (we were there in October). You might need to use the additional heater, but it needs to be started 1 hour in advance.
​Taxis can be hard to find at times. It cost us €25-€35 one way to Ayia Napa for 6 people.
​There are no shops in reasonable walking distance, but it's perfect if you have a car. Nearby (by car), you can find the new Zorbas, a Metro, Family Market, Mon Roi speciality coffee shop, and a good Italian pizza place (I forgot the name).
​The Wi-Fi was good enough for 4 people to work remotely at the same time, but sometimes our calls interrupted suddenly. I think that was a temporary issue.
​It looks like the house is well-prepared for kids and babies, with all kinds of items available.
​There are socket adapters in every room, no stress about them.
​There are umbrellas that you can take with you to the beach.

The pool needs fully renovation as also there was issue with the cleaning of the pool the rest were all fine

We booked 3x Villas as we all attended a wedding and had family etc who also came over. This Villa is beautiful. It’s not too big downstairs but had a downstairs bedroom which was useful for one of our guests and had everything that was needed. Cleanliness was really good and the overall experience of staying in this villa has been fantastic. Villas To Let are very accommodating and were to support if needed, other than that they left you to just enjoy your holiday. We would definitely recommend this company to anybody wishing to stay Cyprus.

The villa is located very good for beach holidays in the Paralimni, Protaras and Ayia Napa area. It´s also very close to the border for the turkish part of Cyprus. The villa itself is very modern, clean and comfortable to live in.
