We had an overall pleasant stay at the villa, the location was very convenient , very close to beautiful beaches, restaurants etc.
The general ambiance of the house was also enjoyable, making it a comfortable place to relax with family.

That said, there were a few issues that we would like to mention.
1. The BBQ area had no lights when we arrived, and although the host resolved this matter after our repeated calls after two days, we unfortunately lost the chance to use the BBQ area during that time.

2. There were no extra towels provided (and no pool towels either), which would have been useful for our long stay.

3. The interior felt a bit cold in terms of décor and could use a few touches to make it feel warmer and more welcoming. Several walls had nails left exposed where paintings were missing, which gave an unfinished look.

4. Around the pool, the plants needed trimming, it felt unsafe for our toddler to walk close to the edges.

5. The kitchen equipment also had some small inconveniences:there was no wine opener,
the espresso machine was not compatible with common capsules, and there was no frappe machine at first (though the hosts kindly provided one after we mentioned it).

6. Lastly the villa could be cleaner outside and inside especially the toilets.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s responsiveness. With just a few small improvements, the villa could be even more comfortable and family-friendly.

We had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed everything Pernera and Protaras had to offer. Both areas are great for an evening out, with lots of nice restaurants, and the villa is in a good location—just a short walk to the centre of Pernera, and around 40-45 minutes to Protaras.

The villa matched the photos online in terms of layout and structure, though on arrival it felt a little more minimal than expected. Some decorative touches like throws, cushions, or wall art seemed to be missing, which gave the space a barer feel than we’d anticipated. It looked like a few pictures or mirrors had been removed, as some hooks and screws were still visible.

One thing to note for sun-seekers: the main sun lounger area starts to lose the sun around 2–3pm. However, it’s possible to move a couple of loungers to the other side of the pool to enjoy the sun for longer. . Also pool towels are not included, but you can rent these for €3 each, which we weren't aware of - may have been mentioned somewhere and we've missed it.

The roof terrace is very spacious and has great potential. Currently, it just has a table and chairs, so it feels quite plain. With a few comfy furnishings or some shade, it could become a really inviting space for evening drinks.

Communication with Villas2Let was excellent from booking through to our stay—they responded quickly to any queries. There was no safe when we arrived, although one was listed in the description. We flagged this and a safe was installed the same day, which we appreciated. The pool steps were loose and unable to be used when we arrived and were removed on the same day we reported it. We did have to follow up after a couple of days, but they were fixed promptly once we did.

All in all, we had a great time and enjoyed the area, though we’d likely try a different villa next time.

Needs new pool balls and white ball needs walls painting opposite chill area needs a folder with emergency numbers and internet password. And maybe some chairs or sun beds for roof top to enjoy sun up there. Then would be perfect all the rest was spot on
