Great location. The villa needs renovation. The guys from Villas2let were very responsive and tried to help us when we had a problem with the fridge provided. I recommend renting from them.

It’s our third time visiting Protaras and a second time staying on this villa. Last time we were here 7 years ago, and I should say it becomes even better. Villa is fully equipped with everything you might need: microwave, dishwasher, even toaster. The terrace is very cozy and has an awesome fire/grill place. Also the terrace has an additional shower to wash up the salty water when you’re coming from the beach which 50!!! meters from the villa.
I want to tell more about the beach. Not only that it’s right outside the villa’s yard but it is also one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever been to. And you practically have it to yourself, there are mostly the neighbors who go there and some locals I guess. The water is clear and if you grab a mask with you, you can see the rocks and fish which is fascinating to watch. If you’re lucky you can even spot a tortuous. We’ve seen a few while staying there.
Perfect location, awesome villa, best place in Protaras. Highly recommend and I hope we’ll come back some day

Very good location. There are some issues with the condition of the house that need repairs, and the gardening. otherwise a very good house with a very nice view and close to the beach.
