Relish the quiet of the Cornish countryside and the magic of its north coast from this luxurious holiday home. Enjoy long chats by crackling fires, scenic walks and lazy beach days – the perfect way to simply be together. Four luxury double bedrooms (three of which are en-suite) offer you and your guests all the space and comfort you’ll need to enjoy a wonderfully relaxing stay, with the building’s original L-shaped design giving all but one bedroom their own access to the property’s sun-soaked outdoor spaces.

At the heart of the home lies a light-filled open plan entertainment space where a stunning modern kitchen/ diner overlooks a sumptuous lounge. Furnished with two generous leather sofas, a big TV and a wood burning stove, this is where you can wind down after a day at the beach, watch a movie, play a board game or chat together while dinner’s being prepared. Trebyre has a host of fabulous interior features which include a fully equipped utility room, four chic bathrooms, exposed stone feature walling, heated oak flooring, bespoke stable doors, and designer lighting. A large walled outdoor space with various terraced zones and seating areas wraps around the home. Here you’ll also find a private back garden with its own kitchen where warm weather feasts can be prepared on the gas BBQ, and drinks can be served ice cold from the built-in fridge. When the evenings are cooler, you can choose to either head inside or gather round the outside fireplace for hot drinks and conversation.

Trebyre is one of a small group of exclusive homes at Treravel Farm which lies about three miles inland from the North Cornish coast, making it ideal for exploring several stunning nearby beaches including Harlyn Bay, Trevone Bay, Constantine Bay, and Treyarnon Bay. Being only five miles from the charming fishing town of Padstow, you’ll have many excellent cafes, bars, and restaurants to choose from including Paul Ainsworth's no. 6 and Caffe Rojano, Prawn On The Lawn, Barnaby's and Rick Stein’s renowned Seafood restaurant, St Petroc’s Bistro, Cafe and Fish & Chips bar. The village of St Merryn (under four miles away) also offers several restaurants, a bakery/deli, post office, petrol station, and two pubs including Rick Stein’s Cornish Arms.

Trebyre is a beautifully converted barn and a quiet position . The garden is ideal and enclosed , very dog friendly with a large barbecue and smaller cosy seating areas . The kitchen is well equipped and I particularly loved all the stables doors and the access to the garden from all parts of the building . It’s definitely somewhere I would book again.
Be aware that there is nothing left in the kitchen apart from a small welcome pack tea/coffee / milk sachets and biscuits . You will need to take anything you need , even salt and pepper.

This was a lovely property but some improvements could be made. Twin room nowhere to put your clothes. Cobwebs in bedrooms so more attention to detail on cleaning. Sofa, not enough seats for 8 people and very uncomfortable. Property very large and bedrooms were lovely apart from cobwebs. Showers lovely.
