Set over two floors, the cottage is light, bright and utterly comfortable, and provides guests with everything they could need to enjoy a lovely break. On the ground floor a super living room invites you to unwind after days spent out and about exploring the area. A convivial kitchen/diner means you can cook, play board games and dine together, and on warm days you can relax in the cottage's private gardens where a decked patio and outdoor dining set create a terrific spot for enjoying meals in the fresh air. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms—one with a luxurious king size bed and the other with comfortable twin beds, as well as a well-equipped family bathroom with walk-in shower.
Padstow is a dream destination for anyone looking to enjoy coastal Cornwall at its best. Several fantastic beaches lie within easy reach by car including Harlyn and Constantine Bay. A short ferry trip over the Camel Estuary takes you to the stunning beaches of Rock and Daymer but if you fancy staying closer to home, Trevone and St George’s Cove are both lovely for a family day out.
Of course Padstow’s picturesque harbour is where you’ll want to spend a good portion of your stay. The waterfront bustles with fishing boats offloading their daily catch, cafes serving delicious bites and shops for buying gifts, souvenirs and beachwear. If you fancy a good meal there are several great eateries to choose from, like Cherry Trees Coffee House, Pucellis and Padstow Fish & Chips. Rick Stein’s and Paul Ainsworth’s Rojano sit just back from the water’s edge as do several lovely bakeries selling freshly baked goods including Cornish pasties.
