Suites by Luxury Coastal collection is a room only option comprising a bedroom for relaxing and a luxurious bathroom. There are no kitchens or cooking facilities within the Maritime Suites.

Beautifully refurbished and perfectly positioned above the iconic waters of Brixham Harbour, this luxury suite offers couples the ultimate romantic escape in one of Devon’s most sought-after coastal destinations.

Every inch the sophisticated pad, Leader resides on the first floor of the historic Maritime Inn, now re-imagined into 5 exceptional boutique suites, and boasts some of the most spectacular waterside views in Brixham. Designed to make the most of its fantastic position, this suite boasts a large picture window in both the bedroom and the bathroom, with upholstered bench seating beneath to afford guests a unique vantage point from which to enjoy the ever-changing moods of the marina and harbour. Furnished and fitted to the highest of standards, the suite features a luxury king size bed and bistro table with seating, as well as a sublimely spacious bathroom with walk in shower and roll-top bath, creating a sumptuous base from which to explore the town and surrounding coast.

*The main entrance to the Maritime suites building is accessed via 13 wide steps

Great little find. All you need in a room plus all the extras being available if needed.
View is lovely - straight out on the harbour and able to watch the boats etc. Easy walk into town and off round the headland.
Parking wasn’t easy but ok - would be harder in high season but there are car parks.
Lots to do in the area too.

Service during the booking was very good.
When booking with Luxury coastal it gives the impression of a luxury property but unfortunately it wasn’t.
Arrived to accommodation that boasts it has Tassimo coffee machine, we stayed 4 nights and were provided with 5 coffee pods for 2 guests and a few packets of milk that had been left out of the fridge on a very warm day. The welcome letter advised us that this was all that was available to us.
Hate to complain but the toilet roll supplied was as far from luxury as they could get and again the comments in the ‘welcome letter’ were no extra supplies available.
We had a bedroom and nice bathroom but not anything better than a decent hotel provides and if you stay in a hotel they replenish the room daily.
Finally the towels. Very poor quality we ended up purchasing our own to use when showering.

I am sorry you didn't feel the property was luxurious, we strive to provide high standards for our guests and are disappointed you didn't feel like you experienced that. The property is self-catering so we tell guests the style of coffee machine so they can ensure if they want to use it for the full duration of their stay they can bring pods with them, we like to provide a few for when you first arrive and may not have had the chance to get to a shop, the same with the toilet rolls. We have never received feedback of this nature regarding the towels, so I will take this to the owner and housekeeper so they can check the quality of the towels and purchase new ones if necessary. We stayed at The Maritime suites in July and we were not disappointed.
The suite was very tastefully decorated . The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom very modern.
The view from the room was beautiful as it overlooked Brixham harbour with plenty
going on during the day and a stunning sunset in the evening. I would definitely recommend these suites.

The whole experience was magical. The view from the window stunning, and the place was clean and comfortable. Only 49 steps down to the harboour side where therre are all the shops and variety of restrantss you could wish for (Lots of fish ) The only drawback was the laclk of parking but this was easily solved by getting a 4 day car park permit from Torbay district council. This means you can use any of their car parks including the Breakwater. We left the car there for most of the holiday and could walk back to the appartment along the harbour front in 10 minutes.

I think you need to review your property management for a number of reasons. Response time appalling when we needed help and did not deliver on any promise made*.I am pretty sure the same dead leaves in the courtyard where there last September when we left from our first visit and outdoor area needs a good clean up in my opinion. We stayed in Pilgrim last time and chose leader for the 2 large windows. You really need to add a coat hook by the front door that would help a lot and plenty of room to do so. I did not realise the size would be much smaller than Pilgrim and think the square footage should be shown for each unit for comparison purposes. There was no where for hand towel on right of basin and nowhere for shower essential other than floor. No head height mirror in the bedroom for hair drying.
*requested more towels ae there for a week. I dont think services are detailed well enough in the info.
Info book needs replacing - poor
No response to texts . Bath leaked , bathroom heated towel rail didnt work.

A lovely place to stay however needs a little attention, no coffee pods, ice machine not working, kitchen area needs a good clean especially glasses and cutlery! Luckily we ate out but would have been nice to enjoy a glass of wine when returning without needing to wash a glass without any cleaning materials. Shoals is definitely the nicest restaurant nearby.
