With its spacious interior, exquisite furnishings, and private terrace complete with hot tub, the lodge offers an exceptional retreat for both families and couples, with its open plan living and three beautiful bedrooms (including a luxury en-suite master), meaning six guests can relax in complete comfort. Views of the surrounding open fields abound, as does the tranquil atmosphere of the site's location so whether you're whipping up a full English in the kitchen or relaxing with a good book on the sofa, you'll enjoy that wonderful sense of being away from it all.

Being so closely placed to Roadford Lake means ample opportunity for outdoor exploration whether taking to the water by kayak, sailboat or SUP, or cycling the surrounding trails. Guests who bring their dogs along on holiday will be spoilt for choice when it's time for walkies, and several viewing points which are dotted around the lake, make for excellent places to stop and take in the incredible scenery.

Sadly hot tub was dirty and half the jets were none functional, there few trims hanging off doors which could trip a Person up.

A lovely comfortable lodge. Quiet with a nice view. Nice garden and hot tub. Everything you need. Only issue was bath hot water didn't work for most of the week.

Forget me not lodge was beautiful. 4adults 2 toddlers, and my dog. We had a lovely stay, everything you need is in the lodge. We had shopping delivered straight to the lodge, and also had a Chinese takeout delivery one night. The hot tub was perfect. The only criticism would be, is that the lodges are not secure . So your dog can escape. Also no off lead areas so your dog can have a run. Although we had a fantastic time, we wouldn’t return with the dog, but without the dog definitely.

Our stay was excellent. Lodge was comfortable . A few minor points
-There could have been more storage space in en suite bathroom
- no waRdrobe space in en suite
- sofas were both where tv couldnt be watched
- sofas looked and felt worn
- not enough seats on sofa

Great location if you want peace and quiet, Very clean lodge Great walks if you want them.
The hot tub was also good after long days out.

Lovely place to stay. Very peaceful. Surprised there were no cupboards to put your food in and only a couple of pint glasses but overall an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

We all had a lovely stay - the lodge was stunning. We have high standards, and it exceeded them. It literally had everything we needed - even a sewing kit!

We knew we'd have to travel to get to the coast, so if you stay here, you need to be prepared for that. We don't mind, so it didn't make any difference to us. It's on the Cornish/Devon border, so you can decided whether you visit Polperro or Padstow!

Had a lovely stay in Forget Me Not lodge ,well located on the Devon ,Cornwall border for day trips out.
I was amazed at how well equipped the lodge was , it literally provides everything you need for a great break .
The hot tub was amazing so relaxing at the end of the day ...
Great nice touch of a welcome pack left for our arrival .Love a welcome pack that contains choccy biscuits..
We had problems with the WiFi on arrival with no connection in the lodge but this was soon rectified.
I have a couple of things to point out and is no way anything bad just advisories
Frying pans could do with being replaced as they are obviously well used .
As this is a dog friendly lodge it would have been nice to have the garden fenced off a little, just so the dogs can wander free in the garden without wandering off .

Firstly the lodge was equipped with everything we needed. My only criticisms would be every cupboard is full and there is no additional cupboard space for shopping. Also would have been handy to know that the garden is completely open so not great if travelling with dogs. Size wise we were 4 adults and 2 teenage children and there was plenty of space. Lodge is comfortable and clean and done out beautifully. On site there is a lovely restaurant but would benefit from a little shop there. Would definitely come back. Lots to do and see and such a beautiful location.
