Spend the day relaxing on the beach, or if you fancy something a little more active, grab a paddle board or kayak from its beach-based surf school and take to the water for your own little adventure. The coast path from here to St Ives showcases some rather spectacular views over the bay, and being an easy 1.9km with very gentle ascents means it’s the perfect way for the whole family to enjoy the fresh sea air and wonderful scenery. For something slightly less energetic, Carbis Bay’s single-track railway on the St Erth line follows the same dramatic path along the coast and offers passengers a unique vantage point of St Ives Bay and beyond.
