We (me and Elmer, my dog) had an enjoyable stay in the Hide. The self-contained cottage was fully equipped and we lacked for nothing. The enclosed garden, together with the adjoining wood and shared garden, allowed Elmer to stretch his legs without going offsite.I All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.
Cannot recommend Harrods Cornish Cottages enough. Clean, comfortable, spacious and the location is amazing. 6 min drive from the beach, so perfect for people with Dogs. Rebecca’s customer service is amazing as always and the little touches like homemade Jam and Apple Juice make you feel so welcome. Thank you again! We will see you soon!
We would thoroughly recommend this bungalow for anyone travelling to Cornwall with mobility issues. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay including a profiling bed, riser/recliner armchair and even a Sara Stedy to aid transfers to bed or to the fully adapted wetroom. The location is perfect for visiting all that Cornwall has to offer with sites such as Lands End and the Eden Project an easy drive away. An added bonus is the private patio for a dog to wander around safely and the hot tub (if you have the weather for it). Really enjoyed our week here.
We have had a wonderful week at The Coach House, celebrating our Golden Wedding. We tied the knot at St Newlyn East and had our wedding breakfast at Trerice Manor, so this property was close to both places, enabling us to take a trip down memory lane. The Coach House is so well equipped for guests with a range of disabilities, but in no way felt clinical. We were so grateful for the profiling bed, hoist and tilting shower chair. This is a lovely cottage, smartly furnished, well equipped and very comfortable. It makes excellent dog-friendly accommodation, having a good sized and very secure garden. We received a warm welcome from very friendly hosts, and can heartily recommend Wishing Well Cottage and Harrods Cornish Cottages for your holiday!
