Loved this little studio apartment, Everything was just lovely. Everything needed in kitchen, clean, comfortable, nice looking, great location opposite the sea, good price, easy to check in. Would definitely stay again .

The apartment was totally up to date. Well insulated and the shower and bathroom were excellent. The building is on the esplanade and a short walk to the town center. The apartment met my needs and I would happily recommend

We found this a beautiful studio apartment to stay in. It was clean, comfortable and the location suited us as it was near the seafront and the town. I'd highly recommend a stay here

I booked this for my partner’s birthday, absolutely amazing location right by the sea front, a short walk to the pier and beach. Was such an ideal place to stay for my partner and I and our baby. A very straightforward check in and checkout, we literally had to open a key fob to get the keys for check in and then put them in a box for checkout, this was very handy with having a baby as it meant no waiting around at a reception. The quality of the room was stunning it had everything we needed! Perfect perfect place to stay for a getaway! Thank you!! Will be returning for sure!

Third stay in these apartments and they meet the needs well. My mum lives around the corner but does not have a spare room so this is great when visiting with the family. Enough space and facilities to be self sufficient and a good price. All facilities as clean and modern as you can expect, everything works.

Great location unfortunately I chose a room at the back of the building on the first floor that had the bad luck of having its windows by the bed & next to adjacent properties that was hosting a group of rowdy guys who kept me awake until about 3am on 2 nights. Was so exhausted I left a day early. Not the property's fault of course but did ruin the stay. Would suggest having a room at the front of the building.

Apart from that the room was nice, a bit basic with a couple of minor issues: the sofa was old & not too comfortable, the blind broke when I pulled it, food had been left by previous occupants & there was large unsightly seagull mess on the window. I emailed the owners and was told the windows were cleaned every few weeks and it was expected as the property was by the sea.

What a fantastic place to stay, beautiful rooms, very clean. Great way to check in, get your code and of you go. Great facilities in the room, iron, ironing board, washing up liquid, hand gel etc etc

Beautiful apartment. Excellent facilities. Extremely clean. Newly decorated. No view of the sea from our apartment but the ones at the front of the property had an amazing view of the sea. Fantastic location in terms of having shops and bars close by. Parking on site. A great little find, very good value for money and we would definitely return!

Lovely studio, plenty of room for 2. Fully equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic location, only few minutes walk to beach, bars, restaurants and town centre. Couldn,t fault a thing.

Lovely studio, it was all newly refurbished. In a good position, on the seafront, close to town centre. Not far to walk to bus and train station.
Steam train to Dartmouth a really nice day out.
Train to Exeter £8.40 return, took about 1hr.
Really nice place to stay, would recommend it.
