A lovely 1 bedroom fourth floor apartment in the prestigious Dolphin Quays development, benefiting a balcony with sea views towards the Sandbanks peninsula.

There are a few areas that would improve the stay greatly.
1. No hooks for hanging coats etc.
2. No shelf space over sink
3. Absolutely nowhere in shower for soap, shampoo etc.
4. Instructions for appliances on app but not very user friendly. Even setting up the tv was a trauma!
5. The large settee, which I presume is a “bed settee” is very uncomfortable.

Excellent position with a bonus of secure parking and good bus access.

We had to ring as on arrival we found the bedroom window open and when trying to close it found it would not close.
No tea towel provided.
No kitchen scissors.
No general information as to where the rubbish needed to go.
No information of how to use the appliances
Frying Pan was discussing.
We telephoned to ask about our concerns to be told that one of the service team was off sick, then told they had found another in the building who came and looked at the problems. He said the window was broken and needed a new one. He also looked at the frying pan and said he definitely would not use it himself.
In the meantime we had a howling gale coming through the window making it very difficult to sleep.
Your feedback would be appreciated as we paid a lot of money to stay and as we are seasoned travellers have not his experience before.
We would expect some kind of recompense for the inconvenience and sleepless nights. Also the security to the apartment.

Reflections is a stylish comfortable one bed apartment in a secure consierged building, with a beautiful view across Poole Bay. Quality furnishings and a suntrap balcony to enjoy that view. A bath and separate shower, well equipped kitchen made my stay easy and enjoyable, along with the smart tv in lounge and tv in the bedroom. Complimentary toiletries, starter milks, teas and coffees, hot chocolate and biscuits plus a chilled bottle of white wine are a welcoming treat.

The view and location of the apartment. Helpful and friendly Quay Staff.

Comfortable bed, spacious apartment

Very good location, near/on quay. Walk buses to everywhere local

A lovely apartment right on the quay, a handy tesco below, a few steps to the Brownsea ferry. Plenty of eateries to choose from and well placed for visiting the surrounding area. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

An ideal apartment for a couple wanting a comfortable relaxed place to stay.

Excellent location, always something happening in the harbour, with the Purbecks and Brownsea easily reached.
