Aylsham Windmill, Norfolk NRll 6NB. Unusual accommodation in the ancient market town of Aylsham. Perfectly placed, halfway between the fine city of Norwich and the coast at Cromer.
Built in 1826 Aylsham Windmill was a working flour mill for almost 100 years. It was unused for more than 80 years, and has now been converted into luxurious self catering accommodation for 6 people. The accommodation is on 4 floors linked by normal domestic stairs. Aylsham is ideally placed in the centre of North Norfolk. Explore the coast, the Broads and the city of Norwich.
Well equipped. Even had a microwave and electric kettle. Also fast wifi. A bit difficult to find in the dark with a sharp turning off a busy road. Expensive for just two people sharing even with the discount. More for families since there are 2 double and 2 single beds. But would book again.
