Built in 1826 Aylsham Windmill was a working flour mill for almost 100 years. It was unused for more than 80 years, and has now been converted into luxurious self catering accommodation for 6 people. The accommodation is on 4 floors linked by normal domestic stairs.

We had the most wonderful weekend in the windmill. It is a beautifully restored property which is comfortable, relaxing and special! Everything has been carefully considered and the attention to detail enables you as guests to compketely relax. Tim and Janet are wonderful hosts, the welcome gifts were delicious and the information on cycle routes and walking facilities were brilliant! We absolutely recommend this fabulous place!
