We had a wonderful trip to the Harvest Moon treehouses. Seriously memorable! We were a group of 41 (28 adults and 13 children) and had booked all 7 treehouses and the cottage for my 50th. The accommodation was clean, comfy, and well-provisioned. We were well looked after by the staff, who were also really helpful and responsive while I was organising the trip. The shared outdoor space was great for eating our meals together on tables, and for playing football. We loved the alpacas and chickens. The nearby beach is spectacular. Our family had a great few days here. The cabin we brilliant, and it had everything you need to be comfortable and happy (as long as you're ok without electricity). The kids had a wonderful time here and it felt safe enough to let them lose in the cabin area. They loved interacting with the animals around the cabins. The sandy beach was also a 5min walk over the dunes, which we all loved. You're on a farm with some small woods, so expect to see the occasional mouse around the cabins. The children are already asking when we can go back.
As a family we loved it, staff were very friendly and attentive. Shout out to Gary & Pete who allowed my daughter to help with feeding the animals, she loved letting the chickens out in the mornings and seeing how many eggs they had laid. Only downside was the long gravel track to the treehouse, however worth it to be where we were sited. As far as the tree house itself, very well equipped and clean, only issue was the mattress, it was no good for your back. All in all a very enjoyable stay…
