A lovely place, tranquil. Near a wonderful beach. Lovely seing hares and deer from the cottage window. A good centre with lots to do nearby. FoxLake was a great success with the children. Hillwalking in the Lammermuirs. Coast walking. Archerfield. Ice creams in North Berwick. All in all, a great place for a break.
Everything worked well. The only thing was the chicken factory/large shed behind the potato field was exceptionally smelly this year. Don't know why but it was a very powerful smell of manure and yes I realise it is a working farm.
This is such a peaceful place. It's incredible for children to play safely and enjoy the animals and the beautiful beach. We were in treehouses 6 and 7. We were 2 multi generational families - something for everyone. The sites of East Lothian are close at hand. It was a great week. Thanks to all
