We arrived to a very warm welcome from Emma. The Pod was really cosy without feeling cramped and was very clean throughout. The bed was very comfortable and the wet room was surprisingly big.Details such as a vase of flowers added to the homeliness, and the view from our patio was beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely return to have a better look around the Estate and surrounding area.
We found The Llanfendigaid Estate quite by accident when looking on Instagram for Aberdovy. By some chance it was free the only weekend we could do.
It was something we had never done before but somehow we were drawn to it.
Wow! The hut itself so picture postcard cute and everything inside it top end including induction hob, touch screen shower, beautiful decor and it was nothing short of stunning.
Then the outside - no words. The views were absolutely breathtaking not just of the sea but also of the mountains and the sheep.
We walked to watch sunsets and used the swimming pool - perfect.

We stayed in Stable Cottage for a six night break with our two children aged 6 and 9. We loved the cottage, the pool, the beaches, local cycling, railways and waterfalls! The cottage was extremely comfortable and well equipped, and spotlessly clean. We would definitely return!
This is the second time we have stayed at the estate. Our first time was over Christmas and we stayed in stable cottage which was exceptional. This time we stayed in Dove Cottage just us with our two dogs this time. I can't fault the location, everything is beautifully looked after, there are some lovely walks right from the cottage and of course the log burner is a win for my husband.
The upside down layout of the cottage was very welcome on some of the warmer days as it was cooler downstairs.
The upstairs layout is perfect, an all in one room so you don't feel away from the action when y...more
