Llanfendigaid Estate has four properties: Llanfendigaid (sleeps 17). Dove Cottage (sleeps 4), Stable Cottage (sleeps 4) and The Cow Shed (sleeps 6). All share a 28' x 14' indoor heated pool and can be found by the sea at the southern end of Snowdonia National Park. They are all Grade II* listed building which means they are of exceptional historic interest and are graded 4* or 5* by Visit Wales.
We found this group of rentals on our last trip to Tywyn and loved the peaceful location and booked for a week - two humans and our dog Reggie.
The Cow Shed was wonderfully equipped home from home. Comfy beds, ample seating and loved that there was no mobile phone signal. The log fire was used nightly (we stayed in Nov) although the heating was v efficient.
Very spacious even for a much larger group and have since recommended to many friends, some of which have already booked.
Graham was on hand to help though mindful of our privacy and Will the owner, exceptionally helpfull throughout.

The lampshade at the top of the stairs needed replacing as the fabric had crumbled inside, it could only be seen when the light was on. The front small panel under the sink was broken. I did report the lampshade and the panel when we left by note, hopefully so that it could be fixed for the next occupan...more
