We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this property. Everything was spotless on arrival and clearly very well maintained throughout. The comfort level was outstanding, making it easy to relax after a busy day.
Our hosts were also excellent – responsive, helpful and professional at all times. The location was ideal - quiet, but with convenient access to everything we needed during our stay.
Overall, the property offered great value for money, and we would definitely stay again.

We booked Middle and West Cottages together, for my wife and I in Middle Cottage and some old friiends in West Cottage, both cottages were clean on arrival , with a nice welcome basket of fresh produce, comfortable beds.We didn't really use kitchen in Middle Cottage as we all ate in West Cottage. Lots of nice walks locally. Dee and Charles are delightful hosts very approachable and understanding of our somewhat reactive dog.

As always this cottage is immaculate with all the facilities you need. Off road parking, fields to walk your dogs and a lovely welcome pack.

Great little cottage for a base to explore Northumberland. The owners are on hand if you need anything or advise on where to go, but are not obtrusive. Definitely need a car to explore, but plenty of walks from the farm and days out a plenty in the near vicinity

We all had a lovely time and everyone thought the accommodation was excellent. Middle Cottge was good for granny & grandpa. The only downside was the shower for grandpa which was difficult with his balance problem. He use the walk in shower in the other units. Grab rails would be good for older clients in all showers. Just a suggestion.

As always our stay here was to it's usual standard and I think we have stayed here about 4 times. The cottage has all our needs and is beautifully furnished and cosy. Plenty of room to exercise our dogs.

We booked all 5 cottages for a family birthday celebration weekend.
All cottages were lovely & comfortable, and beautifully presented, whilst the grounds were perfect for lively dogs!
Dee & Charles were the perfect hosts - there if we needed anything but not obtrusive.
A wonderful weekend was had by all!

We enjoyed another visit to Southland's Farm, this time to Middle Cottage. Charles and Dee made us feel very welcome again and we'd love to return again if possible.

It is the third time we have stayed in this cottage and it is always immaculate with all items you need. The location suits us and the area to exercise our dogs is perfect.
