This is our second stay at this little gem of a place, nestled in the heart of the city. It's perfect for a couple to stay whilst exploring the area. It was so clean and tidy, very quiet and with a comfy bed. The owners were lovely and were on hand should you need them. They even supplied some groceries so we didn't need to rush out for milk as soon as we arrived. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back.
We had an excellent stay at Shore Walk. A high standard of accommodation and facilities, and close proximity to a lovely beach all helped, and we also enjoyed great meals at the Balintore Inn. A very relaxing stay.
The old library provided everything we needed for a family holiday in the Highlands. The house was spotlessly clean, extremely well-equipped and comfortable for our group of 5 adults. Alison (the owner) couldn't have been more helpful with flexibility with check in/out times, info about the local area and a generous welcome pack. The house is perfectly located, minutes away from Brora beach, a CO-OP, a pub, and good selection of places to eat.
This is the perfect base for exploring Inverness and the Highlands. Well located in a quiet residential area but minutes away from the town centre. Well equipped and welcoming.
I booked this last minute and was not disappointed. A great place and lovely hosts. I aim to return.
The cottage is so comfortable and welcoming and tucked away just yards from the bay. A great location for exploring the area and further afield
We were a couple plus dog, staying four nights. This was a great place to base ourselves to visit the nearby villages of Bonar Bridge and Ardgay, and larger towns such as Dornoch and Ullapool. There were also lots of forest walking options very close to keep our dog happy. We liked the quiet setting with views over the Kyle of Sutherland. Inside the house everything was of a high standard, and had everything we needed. We appreciated Anne coming by to say hello and check everything was in order. Anne also gave us some interesting history of the cottage, and how it became 'Lorna's Cottage...more
A fantastic property with everything we needed in a great location. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and there were lots of nice touches such as milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and biscuits. The owners and Gael holidays were very helpful, especially when we needed to stay another night because of the storms. I would highly recommend it.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Curin Cottage. It is in a very relaxing location, surrounded by woodland and wild life. We were visited every evening by pine martins which was a thrill. The cottage is well equipped for a comfortable stay. Jill, the owner, was most hospitable. We had a superb week. Thank you.
Lovely little cottage with great outdoor patio space. We wished we could have had the courtyard studio with the patio doors with the sun shining down in the evening but the Garden Studio was just as lovely.
Fantastic lodge - well equipped - quiet location - really peacefull .I deal for exploring surrounding area
A beautiful cottage, pretty much right on the beach. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time exploring the shoreline and surrounding areas. Has all the basic essentials in the kitchen, beds comfy enough. We would absolutely go back, but will taken our coffee pot and seive next time! Iain was absolutely lovely and made sure we were settled fine. You need to go, book it now....
Bank House is a great location for a family holiday. Very spacious accommodation for us and our grown up children and of course our pooch. Very clean and ideally placed for pubs and restaurants. Will definitely return.
I stayed here with my daughter to walk a few Munros and enjoy the local area - it was a random find and very glad that I did. I'd have to say that it is the nicest holiday cottage I've ever stayed in. It has been completely renovated to a very high standard, and is very well presented throughout. It has absolutely everything needed, and feels more like staying in a friends house than a soulless rental. The setting of the cottage and the outside space have also been done very well. There's a lovely garden, outside seating and very handy parking. We also saw the owners, who were very p...more
This was our second stay in dell view cottage. Everything you need. The hosts are the most generous people. They leave milk tea coffee Busch it’s cereals easing powder everything you may need. It feels like home from home. Lovely view across the fields, a nice walk down a country lane then all the big shops you need. Absolutely perfect for a lovely holiday. We would highly recommend this cottage for a very relaxing stay. Hope to return again. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.
What a beautiful cottage in such a stunning and peaceful setting. It could not have been better! We felt very at home and were able to relax. The cottage has everything you could imagine, is very comfy (including the beds :-) and it is wonderful to sit in front of the cottage and watch the birds or sit in the back and listen to the sound of the forest. Thank you so much, Alison and John, for making our stay unforgettable!
We enjoyed our 2nd visit to 18 The Meadows.Catherine welcomed our return and hoped that we would enjoy our stay. The bungalow was quiet, clean, comfortable, warm and was very well maintained and presented.A good base for touring the North of Scotland.Looking forward to our next visit.Who could ask for more.
Our hosts were excellent and were in touch in the lead up to our arrival which helped us out. We had a great introduction to the property upon arrival and our needs were catered for throughout.
Stayed for four weeks and found the caravan to be very comfortable. Great service from the owners, too. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again with Gael, and to stay at Pitgrudy.
We were a party of four people. The accommodation was furnished beautifully with extremely comfortable super king size beds. Kitchen very well equipped
Lovely property, fantastic location, excellent quality and fantastic host. Would certainly recommend this property and stay again in the future.
The caravan was Beautiful The largest we have stayed in 2 showers and toilets spotlessly clean location great lovely views peaceful and relaxing just what we where looking .
Having spent a few days in this property when our NZ family were visiting it was our first choice when it came to choosing somewhere to stay. The property has everything you'd want. It's in a quiet part of town but within easy walking distance of places to eat. Dedicated parking space, small garden and a playpark over the road if you have small people in your group.
We arrived at the Property early in the evening after a lovely drive up in beautiful weather and were welcomed by the Hosts. This area of Wester Ross is stunning and have been coming here on and off for the last 40 years but first time staying at this Property. As we entered the Property we were absolutely delighted - it was very clean and the rooms were light and airy with fabulous views of the Mountains/Sea. The Property was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need to make this a Home from Home. This is an ideal base to explore Wester Ross - we did some local walks (F...more
Oran Mor is a wonderful architect designed house with marvellous views from all windows and garden overlooking the delightful Loch Fleet. We've enjoyed a brilliant holiday. Genevieve & John are pefect hosts with nothing too much trouble. The welcome tray that greeted us on arrival was very generous and the best we have ever received. However, we found the sofa in the lounge a little uncomfortable. The large dinner plates do not fit into the dishwasher and maybe some champagne flutes would be nice. But this is being a little 'picky' on our behalf, and you can always bring your own glasses...more
We have stayed at a number of rental properties in Dornoch and Raasay is by far our favourite. A perfect location, lovely garden and a spotlessly clean property. We will be back!
We had great views of the city and waterways. I was very impressed with the decor and cleanliness of this apartment. I loved the fact that their were 2 lifts in the building, with garage space below in the same building. The apartment decor was stunning and well appointed. I definitely would stay here again!!!
The siting of this home is wonderful; it is restful and. Yet close to local amenities. We can’t wait to go again!
The flat was amazing! Beautiful, clean & spacious. Communication leading up the reservation and during our stay was great, would definitely recommend staying here!
Very very nice place to stay. The finish of the interior was of a really high standard and was just luxury
Very good house, well equipped and spacious. Ideal for a walking and cycling holiday and conveniently placed.
Easy to find, nice layout of house, only thing missing in the kitchen was a toast rack, pleased at all the little touches, eg games, videos, washing pods, toys for the kids etc Good location for touring around the area. Very relaxing and quiet.
Very clean an tidy with plenty of amenities close by. Good value with a lovely view. Not sur about the flamingo in the ensuite. A shower tidy would be better. Kitchen chairs will eventually dent your lino. Otherwise all round very good.
The caravan is modern, clean, comfortable, quite adequately equipped and almost a home-from-home. We got lucky with the weather, managing to sit out on a few occasions but the farmers field adjacent to the site sent over some pungent smells which meant having to shut all the doors and windows. The morning shower was very good with a powerful jet of hot water on tap, beds were comfy enough and I quite liked the built-in sound system in the lounge area. The TV has smart connection, however, the picture needs some fine tuning and I wasn't willing to mess around with it but it didn't ruin any v...more
Really lovely stay here. Accommodation is lovely. Spacious and well equipped. Kitchen well appointed and loads of equipment of you fancy doing a lot of cooking. Gorgeous garden - plenty space for the kids to run about. Parasol was really needed this week as the sun was blazing. Really great to have this for shade - thank you. A very peaceful area, relaxing and gave us a much needed break. Wee minor point is we had to clean out the BBQ when we arrived. Was full of coals and hadn’t been cleaned but we did it and cleaned dour after ourselves too easy for the next folks. Lovely Stay and wo...more
We enjoyed a fantastic holiday here with our young family and some of their grandparents. The location is incredible and the view spectacular and ever changing. Tain with its larger shops is just a short drive away, and the Black Isle is very accessible using the Nigg ferry. We'd highly recommend a wildlife boat trip with Ecoventures. The house itself was brilliant, well equipped and very clean. We'd love to go back.
Beautiful house, perfect location, walkable to everything you need. Highly recommend staying in this gorgeous house.
Lovely holiday in a great location, peaceful and quiet - just what was needed to recharge the batteries!
Our second visit to this house. Very comfortable and very clean. High standard of fixtures and fittings. Outstanding views out to sea. Garden could do with some TLC (nothing serious). Overall a superb holiday home
Had a very relaxing stay at maple cottage apartment, the location is beautiful, and a perfect base for site seeing. The apartment has everything you could want for the ideal break away from it all. Looking forward to a return visit in the not to distant future. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, thank you
We enjoyed our handful of days in this accomodation. Located next to the Tesco made the self-catering part very convenient. But it's also walking distance - fewer than ten minutes - to some good restaraunts. Add to that, the access to the river walk made for a delightful day... Drives into and our of Inverness were easy -- from the north, south or east. And this may sound very weird but if you're a veteran traveler who uses self-catering places a lot, you'll know what I mean... The furniture was actually very comfortable to sit in. Often, self-catering places have very uncomfortable furniture ...more
Very comfortable, enjoyable and satisfactory stay. Good outlook from the main room. Slight miss, no sweeping brush and no bread knife. Equipment, otherwise, was excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to others.
Apartment was amazing. Very spacious spotlessly clean comfortable bed crisp bed linen fluffy towels. Shower was very powerful, there were essentials left eg milk coffee tea and other extra goodies. Coral was extremely helpful and if needed was on the end of the phone. Very quiet location above the milk and honey cafe. The cafe was very busy but well worth the wait for a seat. Food and staff were excellent. We would highly recommend the apartment and cafe
Had a wonderful stay in Inverness, weather was very good. Lovely walking Great Glen Way from Drumnadrochit to Inverness about 20 miles. Visited Fort George and Cawdor Castle and Nain. Apartment very comfortable
My wife and I, both seniors, holidayed well in this accommodation. The owner was in touch before we travelled and throughout our stay, being consistently helpful. In particular Claire mentioned that the property was unoccupied the week before ours so that we could arrive before the official starting time. The apartment was nicely situated with ample off street parking in a relatively quiet residential area. The house is well built and furnished although I have taken one point off for comfort as I found the leather sofas 'too low' . The kitchen is very modern and exceedingly well equipped....more
Beautiful property well equipped for a family to stay comfortably. Most importantly; clean. The garden area is beautiful. Parking and in a quiet area.
We really enjoyed our stay at Meddat Farm Annex. It was immaculately clean, well furnished, lovely and cosy and lots of thought put in to making an enjoyable stay for the guests. Beautiful countryside surrounding the farm too made it an ideal stay
I enjoyed my stay at No 10 The View was very comfortable everything was to hand hopefully will be back next year.
The Bird's Eye View flat is a very comfortable accommodations for four people when staying in Dornoch. We loved our stay and the owners were very responsive to our needs and requests. There was great communication before and during the trip. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay on a trip to Dornoch.
Lovely cabin clean and comfy with everything you could need. Lovely area lots to do and see would recommend
Really enjoyed our stay. Quiet and peaceful. Accommodation perfect. Clean and well equipped. Plenty to do in the area.
Riverview is in good walking distance to the city center, yet far enough from its hustle and bustle. The appartment is very well maintained and very spacious for two people. We could not think of anything missing. There are nice views from the large living room window / balcony on the tidal river ness, the black isle and the highlands beyond. In our case, the key safe pin, provided beforehand was not matching but this could be sorted with a brief call to the caretaker. All in all, we had a wonderful time and are definitely considering coming back.
Great location right on the shore, lovely waking up to the sound of waves & oyster catchers calling. Easy to access cottage and car parking. Very spacious and comfortable cottage, well equipped and had everything we needed.
The house was very clean and well appointed with everything that we needed. The position was fine and we soon sussed out the shortcuts!
Overall stay was excellent. The welcome pack could have been better - we have visited other properties, and the welcome packs have been well out together, with some wee extras; shelves in the ensuite for toiletries is a must, no dishwasher tablets available. It's the small details that count.
Caledon is a very spacious 3 bedroom bungalow on the outskirts of Aviemore. The lounge / dinner is large and easily will accommodate 6 adults. The bedrooms are spacious and all have lots of storage space. The master bedroom has a spacious en-suite with a shower over the bath. The kitchen is very well equipped and has plenty of bench space for preparation of meals. There is also a utility room with a washer, dryer, benches and cupboards. Outside the garden is lawned on three sides and is totally enclosed. It has lots of sitting out areas. There is also a separate shed to store bikes etc. There...more
A lovely cottage in a great location in beautiful Cromarty. The welcome pack of bread, milk and shortbread was a nice touch. A large, bright and well equipped kitchen. Also downstairs, the very spacious bathroom. We didn’t spend much time in the lounge/living room. Although it was very comfortable, it is a little dark due to only a couple of small windows looking out to a wall and raised garden of the house behind. I’m sure it would be very cosy with the wood burner on, but as we had such sunny weather, we were more than happy to use the kitchen as our living area. Both bedrooms are large. I...more
My wife, son and grandson had a great week staying at Bowlins. The cottage had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
We wanted a liuttle break away from everything and this cottage was perfect. Very clean and well looked after. Only comment would like to make is that a DVD player was advertised and there wasn't one, we coluld have watched our favourite DVDs on our return from busy days out visiting castles and lovely houses. Good views from the front seating porch. Saw lots of birds, a deer and a beautiful pheasant.
It was the third time we have been there, which I suppose says it all. It is in a good location in the centre of Dornoch, with its own parking space. There's a flight of stairs up to the bedroom level on the first floor, and another up to the second floor which has the large sitting/dining area, so in view of the stairs it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. The view from the front is over the central square of Dornoch and is very pleasant. Furnishings are comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. Generally recommended.
Very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed . Parking space beside caravan, the caravan park was clean and we heard nothing from around us , very peaceful place to be on holiday
Clearly this Apartment has been loved and cherished by its current owner with much time, effort, thought put into the design, layout, furniture, and equipment provided. Apartment was spotless on arrival, and everything worked as it should, all seating, furniture and beds very comfortable. Nice to have a good sized outside terrace/balcony with sensible table and chairs. Only comment would be with regard to the main upstairs bedroom suite which in itself was excellent, but accessed via a spiral staircase which required very careful negotiation, especially when trying to carry up luggage, or t...more
A very pleasant stay at Beannachd. The house was very spacious and the garden was huge, with a good view from the lounge. Everything was neat and tidy.
We wanted a relaxing week's break in a small place and having driven through Cromarty last year decided it would be a good place to do that. It was the perfect place. Seaview apartment was extremely cosy and comfortable and the owners had thought of everything you would need. Comfortable beds, excellent shower and very well equipped kitchen. We had a takeaway from Sutor Creek and had a meal at The Royal Hotel which was right next door, both were excellent. There is a very well stocked shop Cromarty Stores, (was amazed to find Vegan ice-cream and fresh pasta!) a Post Office, a bakery with...more
Accommodation was as advertised and no issues during stay, would recommend as a base if staying in Dornoch area
Another fantastic stay in Grant Crescent! House is great , has everything you need and in a really good location.
We have stayed at the property before. And will return again. Fab location. We enjoyed the hot tub after outdoor sports all day. Spotless and comfortable The glass ware was requiring updating as only plastics left.
Great position & views of harbour & Firth. Inside, excellent. Patio at back needs sprucing up a bit.
Lochside log cabin is a lovely little place in the most wonderful setting. Very peaceful and secluded, yet not to far away from necessary amenities and two local villages. It is well equipped and we honestly wanted for nothing. Beautiful beaches close by and many walks of varying degrees of difficulty. We were delighted with our stay and are looking forward to returning.
Our second stay at Aultnaskiach House. It was just as lovely as the first time. A beautiful apartment in a superb location.
Lovely house in a beautiful setting, A great base for exploring the area. It was so peaceful and had space for us all. One of our party had mobility issues so the stairs were a bit of a challenge but we coped!
The apartment : clean, warm, everything I needed was there. Communication: super great, very cooperative and understanding. The Location : Two bus stations around the corner, a pizza shop, a convenience store, ATM machine and a pharmacy all are a few meters away, simply brilliant. I would have given it more than 5/5 stars if I could.
Beautiful flat, with stunning views to the Cairngorms. Quiet and very comfortable. Hhighly recommended.
Very clean and comfortable accommodation. The location was an ideal base for our trips out. Perfect size house for us and our two children and was great to have the garden space and driveway too.
This house was fantastic, we had everything we needed and more! We are planning out next stay. Thanks
Same as above perfect in every way , close to shops lovely bakery , bus brilliant , people very helpful and friendly
We stayed at The Byre for one week. Fantastic location, cross the road and beach access. Beauitful village to stay in for complete relaxation. The Byre was well equipped and perfect for our stay. Bathroom like the house was so clean and lovely rain shower. Everything and more we could of asked for. Thank you
The apartment is conveniently positioned near the centre of the city. Parking no problem because you are provided with a permit to display in your car (remember to put it back!). It was so very neat and clean that it looked like new. We were there on a cold night but the heating system is brilliant, so very cosy. No noise from others in the building, and the street is very quiet. Although the railway is nearby you hardly hear the trains, and at night there are very few trains anyway. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there was a starter half pint of milk to go with the free tea and coffee....more
This is a beautiful, cosy and well-equipped traditional cottage just 100 yards from the beach in this picturesque former fishing village. We had a lovely stay. The cottage and the area are just perfect. We'd go again.
Amazing location and suites is perfectly. Great apartment, easy entry key lock and everything we needed for fantastic family holiday
I stayed in Mont Blanc apartment before and really enjoyed that, so booked it again this summer. It's a very nice place in a great location, but also in a very quiet area. Everything needed is provided and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The only small disadvantage is that the mattresses on the beds are a bit hard, so after staying there for a bit longer and not just a couple of days, my back was not very happy. But that can be easily solved, perhaps by providing mattress toppers for those of us who are not used to sleeping on hard mattresses. Anyway, I'll definitely come again and I recom...more
had a great time ,the cottage was lovely and cosy the locals are all very friendly ,theres a lot to explore and visit in the area and its all so quite
Although the property was well presented there were 2 problems that came to light. These both associated with icing conditions. The lockbox failed to open so a long wait ensued for the landlady’s visit with keys. The roadway and paths were iced up. Why don’t residents take some care of ensuring that it’s safe to walk into and out of their own properties and the street?
Located right on the harbour/beach front, down from the Royal Hotel, this first floor apartment has the most stunning views over the Firth and Easter Ross.It is very clean & tidy, with a modern bathroom & kitchen, fresh carpets/flooring and comfortable beds. We were very happy here for our 2 night stay and Cromarty is such an interesting and peaceful town
The cottage was excellent with everything we needed. The shower in the en-suite was a little small, and no back door to get to the garden and the hot tub was a little annoying. But the garden was an excellent size for the dog to run around, and there was a nice little walk from the back gate in the garden. Would definitely go back, and recommend this place to others.
The Apartment is in very good conditions, good kitchen supplies. Only the starewell could use a more regulare cleaning. Very friendly customer Assistenten.
Great apartment, in lovely condition. Lovely area of aviemore at the top of the village Stayed before and the beds where terrible, but these have been replaced by the new owners are now very comfortable Have booked a few breaks through Gael holidays and they have always been good to deal with Will definitely be coming back.
First time at Delmhor No 1 and we were wow'd as soon as we arrived. Super property and fab location. Easy booking and great Customer service. Would highly recommend.
Very good in every way. Only one suggestion. The door to the verandah can swing in the breeze. A string between fixed hooked would solve it.
The property is well maintained and includes all the amenities stated. Includes parking and is in the heart of the city.
Lovely location. Not as clean as we would have liked. Dirty fingerprints on all kitchen cupboard doors, skirting boards in bathroom very dusty, dirty marks on wall round fire. All cleanable in a few mins but made us wonder why we had to leave at 9 but couldn't get in till after 5. Good job we took plenty loo rolls as there was only half an inch left on the 'welcome' roll. Thinnest quilt we've ever slept under and no blankets for chillier nights. Oh and could do with a couple of waste bins in bathroom and bedroom and an information pack with info in such as where's the bin, bin days, recycling...more
Lovely comfortable cottage in a quiet, but well equipped village. The cottage is clean, spacious and on a quiet street, just around the corner from the main street with it's pub, shop, cafe and chip shop. It's in an ideal area for walkers, or day trips out to explore the fantastic Highlands.
very happy with the apartment would appreciate if additional bedding was provided as can be cold at night and do not always want to use the heating
The property is fairly rural and part of a caravan/motor home facility and is attached to the reception area. The staff member was very helpful in letting us offload our belongings at the door when we arrived. Check in was at 5 so very dark to walk back and forth to the car park. The house was warm, well equipped and a generous welcome pack was left for us! Check out was at 9/9.30am to give time for an enhanced clean - particularly in light of Covid, I cleaned the house prior to us leaving, wiping over seats door handles and lights witches, I moved the seats and found sweets, part of the pr...more
The location is fantastic-- on the river and the high street-- lots of bustle and vibrant city-type noise in a homey, small-city setting. I've stayed in By the Bridge apartments before and love the layout of them and the modern feel. It was my first time in this particular apartment. Overall, the furnishings were good. The living and dining room furniture was comfortable. The bed was too firm for me, but may be perfect for others. The way the kitchen was stocked I found, frankly, bizarre. It's such a nice building, nice apartment, and then the kitchen is like it was furnished from a boot sale:...more
We were very disappointed by the so called welcome arrangements. We arrived as expected but never gained access to the cottage until the following day.We had driven 8 hours and had to find a hotel .Thankfully we booked through another agent who refunded our hotel Gael Holidays apologies were as empty as there Welcome Pack !
Lovely spacious cottage and a great location - second time there and would definitely return. Just a couple of points ✅ a house booklet would be handy telling you about house (how things work, Wi-Fi code etc) and perhaps some advice on things to do / places to eat out. The Wi-Fi code was on a card in the fruit bowl in the kitchen - not the most obvious of places! ✅double bed mattress is master bedroom is very springy and not the most comfortable. ✅A dryer would be helpful and /or a better drying line for outside. ✅one of the sets of keys to the front door doesn’t work very well.
I was very pleased with the holiday let. If you want away from it all this is the place to go. Amazing views, comfy beds, well equipped. The only thing that could have been better were,,, an upgraded hot water system. The shower is excellent but hot water for the dishes needs to be better.
We had pleasant times in this studio; it was clean with all facilities; good mattress and tiny shower.
Over the last 6 years we have stayed in various accommodation with the Aviemore area at New Year. On arrival we received an excellent welcome basket, also liked the fact we also got a well stocked starter cleaning box too. Loved having the Christmas tree making it still very festive. Gael Charm has by far been the best. We loved absolutely everything about it. It was clean, spacious overall just so comfortable. Gael Charm because we know the area was the perfect location. We were able to walk into town, dog walk locally on all the fabulous, well lit paths and drive to all our favour...more
The appartment was clean, appliances ready and easy to use. It's not spacious but it was no issue for us as we spent all days out. We would suggest adding more dishes to the kitchen, especially plates and cups. Also there only were 4 dishwasher tablets for our 2 week stay, which was resolved later by the housekeeper. The location is great if you plan bus or train trips. No noise from roads, nice view to the river. Recommended!
A lovely house situated right next to the Beauly Firth, in a very quiet location yet only 10 minutes drive from Inverness. It is well-equipped and nicely decorated. Minor issues related to the property only recently coming onto the letting market; these teething problems can easily be addressed, and did not impact on our holiday. The sun shone all week. We failed to spot both Nessie and any dolphins. A heron and several swans were frequent visitors to the adjacent shoreline.
Excellent small studio apartment with off-street parking on the edge of Nairn just off the main road. Great base for exploring the area. Only a few minutes from the town centre and beaches.
A lovely place to stay in a great location. Very comfortable. Cleanliness was marked down due to layers of dust on the wood planks in the corner in the master bedroom. One small problem - accommodation is for six but only five place mats and bowls. Would thoroughly recommend to other people.
Excellent apartment in a very convenient location. Clean, tidy and comfortable. The only minor criticism is that the equipment supplied is minimal - a teapot and bread bin + a bit more crockery would have been good. Despite this we would certainly book again.
We were very pleased with the location and accommodation. Only 1 complaint - there was no bath mat and it was slippery. Beautiful views from the living room.
Had stayed at the property before so it was a great experience to find that it was still presentable and all that we needed.
Arriving late on Saturday afternoon, the clear and concise entry instructions helped with a speedy settling to start enjoying Inverness straight away. The dedicated parking space was a real boon. 7B Gordonville Apartments was perfectly placed to enable us to explore Inverness and the west of Scotland. Very comfy beds, well thought out lounge and excellent kitchen made our stay for the week a real pleasure. The tape of 'Dancers Delight' by the 'Garioch Blend' was perfect for washing up and making meals in the kitchen. If we were to visit Inverness again, we would definitely choose 7B Gordonv...more
Good accommodation, good value, great location- 5 minutes walk to centre. Lovely views of river from windows.
The property is well positioned and has an excellent garden with summer house which we used almost every day. Inside, the toilet seat in the downstairs toilet swivels which is somewhat disconcerting to say the least. This needs mended. The dishwasher in the kitchen is exceptionally small and only has space for abut 1 meals worth of dishes. The kitchen’s layout is not conducive to eating in it. Downstair rooms tend to be quite dark.
Enjoyed my stay at artists cottage. Great location and stones throw from city centre. Hopefully will go back. PS. Justin was very helpful and pleasant.
Lovely location. Cottage is comfortable and fairly well equipped. However, it is in need of an upgrade, especially the bathroom and kitchen which are showing their age.
Beautiful cottage in lovely location and really well furnished with nice new things. I’m contrast the cottage was in disrepair in several areas.
