Can’t say enough about the overall quality of the accommodation. You have an amazing view of york minster, you are that close! We had absolutely everything we needed in the flat and the two bathrooms were a godsend. I managed to lose the initial email and the host was amazingly quick to respond and help.

Everything is walking distance, no need for cabs or buses, this place is an absolute diamond and we will be back.

I can’t find any faults with this apartment. Perfect location, very clean, great communication, very quiet for it being next to the A19 coming into York. The only fault I can think off is we didn’t stay more nights. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. The next time we are in York I hope it is available on the dates. Flat was easy to find, parking just round the corner. Flat was clean and tidy. Great location, super central, perfect walking distance to anywhere in town centre. Host was really helpful and quick responses. Will definitely return on our next trip to York.

The apartment was perfect for our weekend break. We did use the sofa bed which was a great addition.
The road is quite busy but it didn't bother us, we expected some noise being so close to the city centre. I would definitely recommend the apartment and the customer service was outstanding.

This apartment is ideally situated for a short break to York.
It is clean and well maintained.
There is some traffic noise a sits on a busy road but no rowdy pub or crowds, just people going about day to day lives in the community.

We had a fantastic stay in the apartment in Bootham House. It’s such a convenient location, a few minutes walk from York minster Cathedral. Really easy access to the station and all the sights in York. Perfect for a weekend stay. Check in and location instructions were very easy and clear. The apartment was immaculate (as is the whole building). Exactly as described, very clean and new and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend.

York boutique staff very helpful with queries.
More information on car parking would have been useful. The free car park is for any city council car park and could be some distance away from the property but we managed to get the last space in the Bootham Row car park.

Very clean well equipped apartment. Everything looks brand new like we were the first people staying there.
There was only 2 of us staying so plenty of room for us.
Location was perfect. Few minutes walk into town. You can see York Minster from the lounge window that’s how close you are!

This apartment was beautiful. Really modern and comfortable. Had everything we needed. 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it ideal for our party. Lift access was handy. Parking was provided which is great for such a central apartment. The ladies in the office were all lovely, so willing to help and answer all my questions. We absolutely loved it.

we booked this last minute not expecting just how stunning it is, we were really shocked this apartment was available so last minute with how modern, clean, and well reviewed it was. The location was perfect for us and we were called upon arrival as the owner had just added parking so this was a very welcome bonus!! The bookings team were great help in finding it when we struggled due to a wrong turn, the apartment is beautiful and very welcoming.

Really great location just a short walk into the City Center. Lots of bars and restaurants close by and the apartment was super modern and very clean.Everything we needed for a great stay in York.This really is a beautiful property

Such a modern and relaxing place to stay, the interior felt very up market and luxurious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would reccomend to family and friends.The hosts were very responsive when we asked where the kettle waqs, not realising it was a kettle tap!! Hoping to return for the christmas markets!

What a wonderful apartment we have had the pleasure to stay in.
York boutique apartments have been exceptional from the day we arrived and the day we left.
Stayed over New Year with my family. Location, comfort, value for money and cleanliness was excellent on all counts.
Highly recommend these and would love to stay again in the near future.
