This is the second time we have been to Hop Pickers. It is such a nice relaxing place we have stayed at the Hut twice and we love it, the Shire Horses in the field are just a joy to watch as you relax in the hot tub. We also did the animal experience Toby( one of the shire horses) got a treat of being brushed by us then my partner platted his mane and painted his toe is special horse nail polish, he looked amazing and loved the pamper. A lovely relaxing stay in the countryside, in a well equipped Bell Tent with log burner & kitchen facilities provided in a unique converted horse trailer. Facilities on site were top notch - heated swimming pool, hot tub & fabulous games room in a converted barn.
Absolutely loved my stay at Hot Pickers in August—so much so that I've already rebooked for New Year's Eve! It will be my third visit this year. It's only fair to mention that a few things are beginning to look a little tired, but this didn't affect my stay at all. It has such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere, and I even saw 15 shooting stars. How could it get any better? I can't wait to return!
Lovely location in the countryside with very helpful hosts and a laundry room. Beautiful Portmeirion crockery, smart TV,. Reasonably clean but lots of cobwebs- not easy as my daughter is afraid of spiders! We enjoyed the pool , which was clean and warm. The jacuzzi was wonderful. Could be improved with more comfortable pillows, beds that didn't cream and decluttering the Games Room. The surround of the swimming pool was tired and rough as was the tennis court .Could be massively improved with a bit of work.vGreat to have an EV charger. Would recommend to others but with these caveats
