Have used Villasaway for over 7 years, Paul and the team have always looked after us and never had any issues at all would recommend them anytime and have done on many occasions
Just returned from a weeks holiday at this resort. What a great time even though the main swimming pool was closed for refurbishment. The indoor pool offered the opportunity for a swim or a dip in the hot tub. Not quite sure why the second outdoor pool was not open for business despite being full of water. I had a refurbished apartment which was first class although the kitchen had a lack of storage for groceries, with every unit used for storage of dishes and kitchen utensils. The staff are a credit to the resort with every member being friendly and helpful
Fantastic place for a family get together, extremely spacious. Everything in the villa was perfect, only one small downside was the plastic grass, which was too hot to stand at times. The childrens' wendy house at the rear of the house was a perfect place for the toddlers to play in the morning, and the pool was a good size, with plenty of sun loungers. The bedrooms were all really spacious with a fantastic shower in all! Plenty of showers and toilets.
Lovely apartment very clean and and well equipped with everything we needed. The only comment we would make for us, with limited sun on the balcony, and no available sunbeds in the complex around the pool for us personally having young children with us it wasn't absolutely ideal but everything else was first class, even got to watch the end of the cricket world cup final! Lovely service from the central office when needed with advice on the local area and sorting out a couple of minor issues very quickly
The apartment is perfect. The apartment is very quiet. Large balcony with a very nice view. Very nicely decorated. Perfect!!!! Thank you.
Perfect spotless villa in quite location very secure and lovely pool I would recommend if you want a relaxing private villa
Apartment was beautiful in terms of decoration and the location was fab. Lovely and spacious and had everything you could want for cooking utensils etc. There were only two negatives, the main being the air con. Whilst air con was in all rooms it was on a boost system where you could select 15min/30min/60min and would cut out (on purpose) after the selected duration. Whilst this was fine in May it would not be ok in the summer. Having to get up in the middle of the night and walk through to the hallway to select the Aircon boost for another hour would be very annoying and result in very limite...more
The house was reasonably priced and provided good facilities. We had rented the house last year and were happy with the place, but found it a bit crowded for 7 people. This year we were only four in the house and it was excellent. The house was close to the clubhouse and the hotel with a nice garden overlooking the golf course. Would rent again.
Lovely villa in a great location. Athens is accessible by public transport (approx an hour). Lots of fabulous beaches for swimming and snorkelling. The villa itself is very homely and is clearly used for family get togethers. The homely touches help to add that little extra (board games, books, well equipped kitchen, maps of the area). The pool was fabulous- even at the end of October. Within walking distance of some great restaurants, bars and shops. Highly recommended!
My second time using this apartment. I can not recommend it enough. Cleanliness, facilities and location are exceptional. Around 10 mins walk to the Port and beaches. Gibraltar airport about 30 mins drive whilst Malaga airport about an hour away. I don’t want to go home.
Un sitio tranquilo para descansar, hemos estado muy tranquilos y las niñas han disfrutado mucho en la piscina, la casa es muy acogedora y un patio con barbacoa que hemos disfrutado.
We stayed here as a base for a cycling holiday in the area. Comfortably accommodated 8 adults. Unbelievable location with fantastic views across the bay and a superb pool for relaxing in after a day of cycling. All in all, a great place to stay.
Olana is a wonderful place to stay for a very comfortable family vacation. Hosts Agnes, Sean and Ben are excellent. An apartment of the highest standard in all respects.
On arrival the fridge was turned off. No chopping board or breadknife just 2 blunt kitchen knives. No oven glove. Four mugs for 6 people. No large glasses and only 3 wine glasses however about a dozen very small tumblers and many small coffee cups. No consumable items provided whatsoever, everything had to be bought. Not even a complimentary bar of soap. Nearest mini supermarket 10 to 15 minutes walk and expensive. Constantly plagued by ants in the kitchen (ant spray available in the supermarket). No midweek towel change. On the positive side, the villa is in very private gardens, with...more
Had a lovely time, just a few niggles (eg showers had some black mould - BBQ could be cleaner). We will definitely come back.
+ beachfront apartment + spacious and modern with good views +prompt response and service for issues + cleaning everyday - pool was a bit dirty with fallen leaves and wasn’t easy to clean ourselves - approach road to villa is not easy to find and not the most easily drivable - neighborhood stray dogs - half constructed villa next door - I wouldn’t recommend the boat trip arranged by property managers for the snorkeling and dolphin watch- the skipper was half interested, not communicative, and overall felt too expensive! Best to drive down to blue bay marine park for the best ...more
The biggest problem of the house was the existence of cockroaches (in and out). It seems that there is a need of decontamination! Amenities are totally missing from the house which is unacceptable for such a pricey property. Even simple things like A shampoo or a hand soap cost are missing! Last but not least, basic complementarities like sugar, salt, some coffee, napkins, could make the stay more pleasant.
We booked this 5 bedroom house to have a nice stay in the Vendee. But after some research before departure, it seems that this house is located in the Vienne, not in the Vendee. Also pay attention that 2 of the 5 rooms are linked with other bedrooms. So for entering the bedroom you have to pass through another bedroom. But for us, this was not an issue. It's a really old house, lot of "charm", liked it very much. The comfort is really basic (beds in which you feel the springs, tiny bathroom, single glass windows, no dishwasher, French press coffee maker). After a couple of days, ...more
There were several issues when we arrived. Apparently we were early but we had provided flight details so should have been expected. The house wasn’t very clean, especially the kitchen. We had to wash all the crockery and cutlery. The kitchen was full of mismatched things and mostly chipped or badly scratched. The cleaner has clearly never swept under the beds or sofas. There was food under one sofa! One of the bathroom’s doors wouldn’t shut properly. Keith, the handy man, was excellent and fixed most things promptly (except the bathroom door which needed a carpenter and was...more
