The cottage was very comfortable. Everything in the kitchen you needed was supplied(perhaps a few more teaspoons would be good).All in all a beautiful cottage and would def return.

This cottage never fails to meet our needs.its always clean well maintained and everything you need. We love the location and have enjoyed resting in the sun room at the back after a busy day on the local beaches.
The lemon drizzle cake in the welcome pack was a treat after a day out each day.

Lovely house, the kitchen space is a real positive, such a great communal space especially when the doors to the garden are open. Perfectly situated to enjoy the delights of Warkworth and further a field. Beautiful views from the front of the house and very handy for walking the dog along the river. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here, and the the welcome hamper for both us and our dog was a nice touch - particularly the amazing lemon cake!

We really liked its location next to the river on a quiet road. The lounge, kitchen and bathroom were impressive in size and condition, and there was a nice suntrap too. It was well set up for mucky kids and dog, with a utility room and good facilities. Lots of kids toys and dvds. Owners were available for questions and lovely.

Beautiful clean cottage in fantastic location. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Well equipped kitchen for our Christmas Day dinner. Great drying / Util room especially after the storms we all had. Nice that the owner phoned to say the property is ready early whilst we were travelling up.

A cosy cottage, spotlessly clean and well equipped in a lovely part of Warkworth. A perfect base for exploring Northumberland. We stayed with our dog and really appreciated the doggy treats, bowls and towels. We would have no hesitation in recommending the cottage.

4 years since we’ve stayed in Victoria Cottage and it was as lovely as I remembered. A beautiful cottage with plenty space for a family of 4 to spread out in. We loved the welcome hamper and felt completely ‘at home’ from the minute we arrived. Perfect location in the most beautiful village.

Victoria Cottage is ideally situated opposite the river Coquet providing lovely views from the bay window in the sitting room.
The cottage was comfy clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The welcome pack and the dog treats were a lovely touch and the lemon drizzle cake was amazing.
We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others
