Full of luxurious comforts and stunning decor throughout, The Pelican loft sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for couples holidaying together or a couple seeking a very spacious apartment. 2 small or 1 large dog welcome. Free Wi-Fi and parking is free nearby. The beach, pubs, shops and magnificent Warkworth Castle, and the picturesque riverbank are all within 1-10 minutes walk, making it the perfect village retreat.

Lovely apartment one of the best we’ve stayed in .
Great location ,bus stop in the village so no need to use the car every day which is a bonus . Did lots of walking and the weather was fantastic.
Lots of places to eat ,with great food in.

Just had a 3 night stay at The Pelican Lodge and it was the perfect home from home. The decor is very tasteful yet warm and comfortable. There was everything you would need or expect. The rooms were very clean and welcoming and the location was perfect just a stones throw away from the river and the early walks with our little dog.

My second time in 3 months. If you're looking for luxurious comfort, a central location with pubs/restaurants yet so peaceful and calming in the apartment, with beautiful beach, river. Seaside, countryside walks from your door this has to be number one on your list.

The Pelican Loft is everything you could possibly ask for in a holiday home, it really is a beautiful place to stay and we loved every minute of our holiday. This was our first time to the area and we were pleased to have chosen Warkworth as our base, it is a lovely picturesque village with some lovely pubs and cafes, a village shop, dog walks on the river path and around the castle and then a fantastic quiet beach just a few minutes away. Amble and Alnwick are also close by for supermarkets and bigger shops if needed. There was always lots of free parking available on the side of the river which is just a minute's walk from the property so parking was never an issue. The property itself is just as lovely as shown in the photographs, the access from the courtyard is nice and private but then having windows overlooking the village square is good for watching the world go by!
We had excellent service from the Coquet Cottages team, we reported a problem with the TV remote control which was sorted within a couple of hours - thank you.
Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be staying at The Pelican Loft again.

Pelican Loft is probably one of the best holiday rentals I've ever stayed in. Extremely modern, spacious and high spec with every possible creature comfort. The decor is lovely, the whole apartment is spotlessly clean, and carpets and bedding all appear to be new. The welcome pack was lovely. The location is superb, in the heart of beautiful Warkworth. Top marks for having two plug sockets next to the full length mirror, a must for anyone who needs to dry their hair (and often missing in rental properties)! I would definitely stay here again.

Stunning accommodation. My wife has not stopped talking about it even when we returned home. Definitely one for a return visit. Coquet Cottages were also a pleasure to deal with and went out of their way to help. Brilliant holiday all round

Returning customers, the Pelican Loft is very well equipped and is the perfect location for two adult couples visiting Northumberland. Convenient location is heart of village and a short walk to River and parking area. Pubs, cafes, shop, Castle and River walk on doorstep. Every comfort has been accommodated and very much a home from home.

The Pelican Loft offered a perfect base to explore Northumberland with a fantastic location in the heart of Warkworth. The owner has thought of everything we would need to have a relaxing break and the apartment is furnished and kitted out to the highest level for comfort and convenience.
