Very nice holiday home with everything included to a high standard. Location is excellent. Will book same house on next visit. We were so lucky with the lovely weather. Have stayed at various properties in Warkworth & this one suits our needs best of all.

Our family, which is spread between England and Scotland, got together at Rebecca House for a weeks holiday. It was relaxed and enjoyable with lengthy beach walks every day for us and our two dogs. There are so many beaches to choose from in Northumberland!
Rebecca House is very well presented in an attractive location. We wondered about staying in the town centre but it was very quiet and car parking wasn't a problem.
Will definitely consider going back.
Only slight problem was the kitchen with a dining table - it was a little cramped.

We knew Rebecca House would be good, but it was way better than that - fabulous accommodation in an excellent location. The comforts of home and more.

We found the the accommodation very comfortable , clean and beautifully presented.
The house is close to the river, castle and town and just a short walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay in Rebecca House. It was beautifully presented, had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. We loved Warkworth and enjoyed walks along the river and to the beach as well as a visit to the castle. Further afield, we really enjoyed trips to Bamburgh and Dunstanburgh Castles, as well as Alnmouth and Cragside. We would definitely want to return.

We stayed at this lovely cottage recently. It is well equipped and is in an ideal positon close to the river. The cottage is very comfortable close to all warkworths amenities.

The village of Warkworth is beautiful and characterful. Close to an amazing beach, which was virtually empty when we were there! The Castle and the river Coquet are also so picturesque. We also had some amazing food in the local pubs.
Rebecca house was fabulous to return to, with its small sun-trap garden and cosy furnishings inside. The kitchen was ultra clean and had everything you could possibly need. Beds were really comfortable. The area it was in was so quiet and peaceful, making for such a relaxing holiday

We had a lovely time at Rebecca House, which was spotlessly clean and very stylish. It is wonderfully situated, just a few yards from the River Coquet where we enjoyed many delightful walks.

Of course we also visited the many wonderful locations nearby, including Cragside, Warkworth Castle, Alnmouth beach , Alnwick Gardens etc.

As soon as you arrive at Rebecca House you feel at home. The care and attention the owners have put into the property is evident throughout the whole house with high quality furnishings and linens combined with tasteful decor. We’d like to say a special thankyou for the lovely Christmas decorations - made us feel very festive from the get go.

We had a lovely stay at Rebecca House. It is ideally placed in Warkworth and Warkworth itself is an excellent location for visiting lovely beaches in the county. The house was immaculate, lovely kitchen and comfy beds. Would be very happy to return there. We have stayed in numerous Coquet managed houses and this one didn’t disappoint

We have stayed in Warkworth many times but this is our first stay in Rebecca House. Location was great and 3 bed 3 bathroom was one of the main reasons we picked this. Comfortable beds and the bedding and towels were very soft. Also great to have enough comfortable seating for 6 people in the lounge. Would definitely recommend a stay here

I booked Rebecca House based on the web description and reviews for myself and friends visiting from USA so was anxious until the moment we arrived and explored! It was perfect. Just our style of decor and high-quality goods and fittings. The welcome pack was lovely and the milk, butter, bread and lemon drizzle cake such a lovely touch. I always bring with me stuff I think I may need or may not be provided. But honestly, guests could turn up with just their personal stuff and be fine. The only tiny bit of constructive criticism was that there wasn't a hand towel for the hand basin in the downstairs loo ( borrowed one from family bathroom) and no liner in bathroom bin. Very tiny issues that didn't impact on a lovely stay. Oh, and I should like to say that my reversing skills were perfected by the end of our stay!! Great amenity being able to park outside back gate but challenging when other cars occupying their allocated spaces. My friends were impressed! Rebecca House is a credit to the owners and I shall be recommending to all!

Warkworth is a beautiful village and Rebecca house is a great place to stay. Fab, quiet location close to the river but also walkable to shops/ pub/ beach. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Lovely modern kitchen. We are Nespresso addicts so good to find one of those. Two teenagers very appreciative of WiFi and Netflix. Think it is really good value compared to other cottages of similar size. Would recommend. Great to find dog friendly cottage of such quality.

Rebecca House is very well equipped and perfect for a multi-generation stay. It is perfectly positioned in the village, it is very quiet but all amenities are easily accessible. The beach is a 20 minute walk, Amble a 25 minute walk and only a short drive to Alnwick, Alnmouth and other delights usch as Cragside and Seaton Delaval.

It’s our second stay at this house in Warkworth.
It’s in a great location tucked down near the butts where it’s away from the through traffic on the main road.

Lovley well presented and clean house which we found to be very comfortable for our post walk recoveries

Everything in the village as always in walking distance.

Would definately recommend this place for people to stay you would not be disappointed

We had a wonderful fortnight at Rebecca Cottage. Warkworth is a lovely place to stay, with the rest of the Northumberland coast very accessible. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The only minor criticism would be that the kitchen diner is a bit on the small side, particularly if there are 6 people there - but it’s well equipped (though we couldn’t find a butter dish!). We’ve stayed in a number of Coquet Cottages properties over the years, and they never disappoint.

Rebecca House exceeded our expectations. Quietly situated with all the home comforts you could wish for. Clean, well provisioned and a calm oasis to return to in an area with so much to offer the first time visitor. Would happily return.
