Outstanding property. The owners thought of everything. Great location and so lucky with the weather. A great time was had by all.

Loved our recent stay at this property! The house is warm and welcoming, beautifully clean and well appointed. We settled in straight away - the welcome hamper was a lovely touch! Location is great - easy walking distance into Amble and a great base for exploring Northumberland. We would happily return!

Puffin view is an amazing holiday home. We loved it so much we've already booked for next year...our 3rd year there.
The owners are extremely helpful and the house is well catered for children's needs.
A wonderful family he both inside and out.

Puffin View House is a very comfortable, warm and welcoming house. Ideally situated in a quiet area of Amble, but within easy walking distance of the town. Many attractive features within the house, together with exceptional additions for young children, making our stay with 2 young (1 & 3 year old) grandchildren a great experience. Items like stair gates and washer/dryer really helped. Also 2 separate sitting rooms with televisions and a beautifully presented, enclosed rear garden. A perfect family holiday home.

A fantastic house , perfect location for young children as sandy beach and play area a short 5 minute walk away.Our dog enjoyed running around the common grass area just across the little road and the grassy area in the back garden.The house is equipped with everything you would need for a family holiday ( even connecter for electric toothbrushes )
We will be back !

Puffin View House is a well presented, comfortable family home ideally situated in the quirky coastal town of Amble. It is within walking distance of the park, the leasure pool (at the links) and the centre with its harbour, shops and restaurants.
The views from the first and second floors across to the sea never fail to impress despite the weather.
The kitchen is well stocked with ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils and not just the bare essentials sometimes found in properties. In addition there are lots of indoor and outdoor toys for the children to enjoy in the safe and secure well maintained garden.
The owners always take the time to message before arrival and after leaving to ensure that all is well and even take the time to individualise the welcome hamper to the needs of the children and dogs.

Second stay this year and by no means our last. Beautiful home with everything you could possibly wish for thought about. Spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Garden is lovely and a perfect spot to relax and eat out in the fresh air. Great position and lovely to walk out the front door and be walking along near the sea in minutes.
Both the home owners and the company Coquet are excellent and customer service faultless. Owners keep in touch personally and that just shows the care taken to ensure everything is lovely.
Excellent in every aspect.

This is a wonderful property in an a fantastic location. The house was very well presented and very clean. The owners were extremely attentive ensuring we had a great holiday. We are most grateful to them. The family absolutely loved the house and garden and its amazing sea views from the balcony. It was so easy to walk to the beach, playpark and harbour. We can't thank you enough for a wonderful holiday and would love to come back.

The 2nd visit our family have booked at Puffin View House. The house is perfect for all ages and it's like a home from home but better. The facilities and equipment is far better than anything we have experienced before in a holiday let. The garden is amazing and the first floor balcony is perfect for that morning coffee. We will be back for sure.
