Puffin Cottage is tucked away in the peaceful and sought-after farm conversion development of Village Farm in North Sunderland, next door to Seahouses. This pretty cottage sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, has 2 bathrooms, and is ideal for couples and families. There is an enclosed garden, private parking for 2 cars and the beach is just 15-20 minutes easy walk away. The town of Seahouses can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, pets are welcome and there is free WiFi. Free Digital Guidebook.

We had a lovely week in this cottage. The location was ideal, short walk to Seahouses but in a nice quite cul-de-sac. The welcome pack was fab and we enjoyed it throughout the week. Customer service from Coquet was very good. As per previous reviews we would agree that the outdoor furniture was tatty and grass long. Blackout blinds in the bedrooms would be a big improvement. Overall would recommend.

Arriving at the property we felt impressed by the location and how lovely the cottage was presented. The cottage had everything we needed and more, and the hamper was a very welcomed additional touch. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay and did not want to leave. Thank you so much for a lovely break, which was much needed.

lovely cottage with everything you would ever need for a great holiday. the only comments would be that parking arrangements for 2 cars was not very clear and the bgrass needed cutting.

A comfortable stay within easy reach of walks and amenities

This cottage is in a good location & is very quiet. It was only a 15 minute walk to the harbour & shops

We found Puffin cottage to be very comfortable and the welcome pack was truly amazing. The outside garden furniture was in need of refurbishment and the addition of an outside barbecue would be an advantage. We will certainly recommend Coquet cottages to friends and will be using again ourselves.

House was comfortable, clean and warm. Excellent sitting room with good TV and warm gas fire. Spacious and well equipped kitchen and Utility. Tidy yard with easy access for dog. Comfortable upstairs with lots of linen and towels. Essential items provided plus lovely welcome pack.

Fabulous family holiday in Puffin Cottage. Well appointed and tastefully decorated the cottage provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Northumberland. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac but within a 10 minute walk of all that Seahouses has to offer to keep the family entertained this was a great location.

Excellent property, lovely, clean and comfortable.
Location good as we walked to seahouses most evenings with dogs.
Welcome pack was best we have ever received and all local produce as well.
Would recommend property as very spacious on inside. Only drawback garden was on small size, but still ok for sitting out.

Can’t fault customer care! Amazing company to deal with, sorted a problem immediately! Although cottage well supplied and very comfortable, we were disappointed with roof lights blinds (bearing in mind the sun rose about 3.30 in Northumberland!) and shower over bath!

Puffin Cottage is very welcoming, and has absolutely everything you could need in a home from home . We all felt very comfortable, and they catering for us all especially our dogs . The welcome pack was very special and thoughtful, it was a nice surprise. I would thoroughly recommend this property and the surrounding area.

Very tight parking for two cars
Property not cleaned to a very high standard -,dust and crumbs
Grass in the garden long - borders very untidy
Wooden Table & chairs in the garden (only 5 chairs) old worn - green - no varnish - rough
Bins next to back door over flowing & smelly
Pans old and worn
Cooker hood filter thick with grease
Only one oven shelf
Property was in a great location for getting about on foot loads of local restaurants & shops
We stayed as 2 families there was an en suite with a shower but the shower attachment in the bathroom was hand held only and the way the ceiling curved meant you couldn’t use it as a shower in the bath
