Had a lovely stay at Sara's cottage, it was very well equipped, clean and the perfect location for our dog as plenty fields surrounding the property. Very peaceful and handy location for visiting local attractions / beaches.

We have just returned from a wonderful week in this beautiful cottage. Where to start? Sara's cottage has everything you could possibly need. It is equipped and furnished to the highest standard and l couldn't find fault with it (and I'm very picky). The gardens are lovely. The wildlife is a joy. Woodpeckers, so many species of birds, squirrels and the pheasant who sat in the middle of the garden at dawn. Not forgetting a deer who jumped the hedge on the drive narrowly missing the car bonnet. Diane and Terry are super hosts. The adorable Ivy and Peggy, their dogs, a bonus. My husband has mobility issues and Sara's cottage was ideal for him. The wet room is discreetly kitted out with grab rails, non-slip mat and a shower wheelchair was offered..
My daughter's dog had a wonderful time. The garden is wrap around and enclosed. There is a gate leading to mown paths through beautiful fields. Ideal for a gentle walk. The setting, peace and quiet of Sara's cottage gave us all a much needed recharge.

A lovely cottage with great hosts who were very helpful , from the day I booked. My husband has dementia and I was worried how the holiday would go. He loved every minute of it from the second we arrived, as did I! He & I enjoyed watching the wild life from the garden room. Terry took us on a tour there own garden, which was lovely, and as Mike struggled to walk far we left him in the garden chair, and laughing when on return he was fast asleep. Would love to come again but much depends on the future.

We have stayed at Sara’s Cottage multiple times now. The cottage is of the highest quality with everything you could possibly need. The wet room is amazing for anyone that needs adaptations but is done in such a way that it presents as an unadapted luxury wet room. The three double bedrooms offer more than enough space for either a family or three couples wanting to get away from it all.

The cottage is well located for both north and south coasts but also has its own private garden if you wanted to just stay and enjoy the wildlife.

I got to hear of the cottage was through friends and the two weeks we had was fantastic and we have already booked for 2025.
The location was ideal and even if it rained the peace was worth the price and the wild life,mainly birds, was lovely to watch.

Sara'a Cottage is in a delightful rural location, surrounded by meadows with mown paths to roam and enjoy the wildlife including deer and owls. The dog proof garden is full of flowers, birds and visiting pheasants. The spotlessly clean cottage is equipped to a very high standard with TVs in all rooms - Netflix and Prime etc to stream. The top quality beds are very comfortable with expensive Egyptian cotton sheets and white fluffy towels - standards are very high throughout. Have stayed in many self catering cottages in the west country but Sara's Cottage is the best! Diane and Terry have thought of everything and touches like the motion sensor lights, logs for wood burner, Cole & Lewis toiletries, Denby crockery, wool throws, laminated instructions for appliances, welcome pack of local food etc so appreciated. Excellent large fridge/freezer. Amazing walks along coastal paths etc nearby. Thank you Diane, Terry and housekeeper Joy. You deserve all the accolades you've been awarded.

This was our second visit to Sara’s Cottage and once again it lived up to expectations. We stayed there in May 2023 and loved it so much that we booked again for Christmas. This time the cottage was decorated for Christmas and looked very festive. We even cooked a full Christmas Turkey dinner with all the trimmings in the well equipped kitchen. The weather was mixed, but not even storm Gerrit could spoil our stay and we ventured out to a couple of beaches and into Truro during our break. The dogs loved it too with all the fields to run in. Once again Diane and Terry were very welcoming and even had a bottle of champagne chilling in the cottage fridge when we arrived. If you haven’t stayed there yet, treat yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

This was our 8th stay at Sara’s Cottage and all being well there will be many more! The cottage is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and furnished, and extremely comfortable - with fresh flowers and a ‘welcome basket’ on arrival. Diane and Terry make sure you have everything you need, and the level of accessibility for disabled people is excellent: they deserve all the many awards they have won in recent years! For a peaceful holiday in beautiful surroundings with a lovely garden and lots of wildlife, especially the birds that visit the many bird-feeders, Sara’s Cottage is the perfect choice!

This was our second visit to Sara's Cottage and it did not disappoint. The changes that have been made to the cottage are lovely, we used the garden room much more than on our previous visit. We love to spend our September holiday at Sara's cottage, it's all you need to relax, extremely clean and comfortable. The garden is well equipped for sitting outdoors on warm days and if the weather isn't so good you can watch the many birds on the birdfeeders from the comfort of the conservatory.
Diane and Terry are perfect host's, friendly and are keen that you have an enjoyable stay.
Lastly the cottage is ideally located to explore the north and south coast's and everything in between!

This is the second time this was booked for my parents, we have also booked for a third.. The accommodation is second to none and a superb location for getting out and about. close to both North and South coast and easy to travel to Truro/Falmouth. The host's are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Book early or miss out!

My husband and I together with our three daughters (two of whom are permanent wheelchair users) and Isla our Dandie Dinmont Terrier had the absolute pleasure of staying in this delightful cottage situated just outside Truro. The cottage is extremely well equipped, furnished to the highest possible standards with an overall appearance that would not be out of place in a Homes & Interiors magazine. To the rear of the cottage is a delightful cottage garden with access to mown paths through meadows perfect for dog walking. Diane and Terry (owners) have made this the perfect place for a relaxing stay and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, even looking after our dog on a couple of occasions for visits to nearby attractions where dog access was limited.
So many beautiful places to see in the area. Already planning our return visit.

This amazing cottage just gets better and better.
Its location is ideal for visiting the great Cornish beaches, has fabulous walks on the doorstep and further field
and is a short drive from great food at the pubs and restaurants.
The cottage itself is immaculate and has every thing you would ever need and more, along with a selection of
home deliveries available to save on overloading the car.
A special mention must go to Diane and Terry who go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay
and are excellent hosts.

The cottage was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean!
We arrived to a lovely welcome basket of local produce which everyone enjoyed.
The space was perfect for our family of 6. With 1 bathroom to every 2 people it meant we were able to get out and about much quicker in the mornings and there was no waiting for everyone to take showers. And with TV’s in every room there were no arguments about what everyone wanted to watch in the evenings!
As 2 of our party are celiac it meant we had to cook most nights. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to be able to do so with everything we needed to make full meals.
Diane and Terry were very welcoming and checked in throughout the week to ensure everything was ok. It is worth reading their guides on what is around and how to get there too - I’m really glad we followed their advice and took the train to St Ives!
Sadly the weather when we were there didn’t allow us to appreciate the garden space as much as we would’ve liked but we did enjoy watching the birds on the feeders every morning and evening.
I would highly recommend this cottage.

We just spent a week in this lovely cottage as a basis for the graduation of our daughter at Falmouth University. Five adults and 2 dogs had an amazing stay. The cottage is decorated lovely and stocked extremely well. Everything is finished to a high quality level and we thoroughly enjoyed both the cottage and the garden. The bird feeders attract all kinds of birds and is a true spectacle to watch. The location was perfect for us to make day trips and see beautiful Cornwall. We highly recommend this cottage. The owners Terry and Diane go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable and are such lovely people. We hope to come back again.

I searched for a holiday with my daughter Samantha in mind, My daughter has physical disabilities' and visual impairment. So I wanted holiday accommodation which would offer accessibility peace and quiet and a place where we didn't need to go out if we 'just didn't want too'. My daughters support worker Charlotte travelled with my daughter and me. When we arrived we were overwhelmed and impressed with the accommodation and the way Diane and Terry had added aids for Samantha's visual impairment. Visual Markers added to light switches and coloured strips added to the edge of the shower screen and night motion sensor lights placed in the hall way and bedroom at night. Small things but so important and helpful for Samantha's comfort and safety. The wet room is very accessible for Samantha who needs support and assistance from Charlotte when showering and for her personal care. Sara's cottage is ideal and well thought out and suitable for a person with mobility difficulties or uses a wheel chair or needs personal support. Sara's cottage is peaceful and ideal for relaxing which we did all of the time. Just so nice to sit in the garden watching the different species of birds feeding on the well stocked feeders. Every thing we needed is there. Very clean and tidy. We could not fault our stay. Diane and Terry are very friendly and made us all feel welcome and comfortable. It was Samantha's birthday on the Tuesday and Diane offered us her home made Pavlova which which we REALLY enjoyed. Very nice. We are so grateful to have met such friendly and sincere people, who have given every thought and made the effort in making Sara's cottage a lovely place to stay. Samantha was so relaxed with the peace and quiet which is so important for her and us who care for her. I hope we can stay again. One week there was just not long enough. The local area is wonderful . Being a town dweller I was in awe of the natural beauty of the countryside and the wildlife that I saw. Good for walkers and Truro is not too far off with its shops and the Cathedral. Thank you for your well appreciated efforts. Strongly recommended. We look forward to staying again and meeting Diane and Terry. We wish you well. Very very impressed.

We are so pleased we found this place.

Saras cottage is a beautiful quiet peaceful oasis. Where you can escape the stress and worries of everyday life. Or if you were looking to recuperate after an illness or a stay in hospital this would be the go-to place for us.

Very well appointed and cleanliness are second to none. Comfortable beds, lovely soft towels and bed linens are a lovely welcome addition to this delightful well-appointed cottage. Every detail has been considered and clearly thought out.

My initial telephone enquiry to Diane who was extremely helpful and understanding, when I explained my Mum’s mobility issues and what type of chairs my Mum was using at home. Diane put my mind at rest and followed up with a lovely email to say the chairs would be ready in place for our arrival. Also, a toilet raise was provided just in case my Mum would need one but with the height of the toilet and the grab bars that were already in place this wasn’t required.

Diane said she could also provide a shower seat but with the non-slip flooring and grab rails this was enough for my Mum to shower with confidence.

For both my elderly parents the cottage was perfect not too large and perfectly level. With the addition of the comfortable garden room and patio made bird watching in the garden a lovely place to sit and relax.

Both Diane and Terry are extremely friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble to make your stay at the cottage perfect as possible.

Set in a beautiful peaceful quiet location surround by fresh air and fields which a path that has been carefully cut to allow you to walk through. With an abundance of wildlife this is the perfect place to allow you relax and unwind.

On arrival Alison and I were amazed by the facilities, particularly the wet room and a tv in every room!. The Welcome Pack was very welcome.
The wildlife in particular was spectacular.

The cottage is surrounded by lovely countryside but close enough to necessities or attractions, ie beach or supermarket.

A profile bed would have been helpful.

We had a gloriously sunny week at Sara's Cottage. Plenty of outdoor seating, including sun loungers. The patio was an excellent place for dining out and there is also a large Weber BBQ that we made use of. The garden was lovely, full of flowers and birds. The children had great fun making use of the scooters and other outdoor toys available. We could also take them on walks direct from the cottage.
The cottage itself was lovely and well laid out with an excellent conservatory. It had everything and more that you need for a holiday. It is fully accessible, which is what we needed and it is well situated for days out as it is not too far from anywhere.
We had a lovely family get together in what is probably the best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in.
The fresh flowers and cream tea on arrival were the icing on the cake.

It can rain in Cornwall in March. But it won’t spoil your holiday provided you have a good coat and a week booked in Sara’s cottage. Not content with having won awards for her cottage, Diane spent the 22/23 winter making her cottage even more comfortable. She revamped the heating system and provided more comfortable seating whilst at the same time making it feel more spacious. Dog owners and families with young children will appreciate the absence of knockoverable ornaments. The choice of fabrics provide all the interest that is needed. Two large pieces of paw printed vet bed were particular favourites of our two golden retrievers. The large secure garden meant we could just open the door if they wanted and we could watch them from the dry door. The weather could have been worse, but we would still have had a great week in such clean and comfortable cottage.

We have stayed at Sara’s Cottage many times now and always find it our home from home. The cottage is cosy, comfortable and very well furnished - if you want that luxurious stay, Sara’s Cottage is your place. Ideally situated, you can go north, south, east or west in about 40 minutes to an hour so everything is within easy reach. If the weather isn’t great it nice to just sit in the conservatory and look out over the lovely private garden.

Always our place to stay in Cornwall.

This was our 5th year at Sara's cottage so Diane and Terry must be doing something right!
We have of course booked again for next year.
It's so peaceful, cosy and clean. Sitting in the conservatory watching the birds is very relaxing.
Where the cottage is situated means you don't have to travel far to get to beaches, coves and gardens.

Another lovely restful holiday at our favourite cottage. We didn't have the best of weather, but Sara's Cottage always provides a cosy, safe haven from the elements, with plenty of space and comfort to enjoy. Ideally located for North and South coasts, or Westbound adventures. We never find it an arduous drive to get to any of our favourite haunts in Cornwall. So close to Truro with its shops and facilities and yet it feels as though you're in the peace of the deep countryside.

What a lovely place to stay Sara's Cottage is. Tucked away in a rural setting but just a short distance from shops and from the town of Truro. The cottage is kept beautifully clean and contains everything that could possibly be needed for a comfortable and easy stay, and much more besides! My husband is permanently in a a wheelchair, so we are always very careful to find the correct facilities for him, and the cottage is ideal. The middle bedroom is large enough for him to be able to get around easily, and the ensuite wetroom is roomy and very accessible, and any extra equipment, such as a shower chair available on request. The owners are close by and very accomodating and pleasant, and although unobtrusive they are available if there is a problem or query. And lovely to have the dogs visiting to say hello! This holiday was spent with family, but we enjoyed the facilities so much we have booked to visit again, on our own this time in October. A really lovely, relaxing and friendly holiday property.

This is the best holiday property we have ever stayed in. Literally every inch of it was clean on our arrival! Terry and Diane have gone to great effort to make the cottage accessible for people with disabilities (our party included a wheelchair user), with a choice of all sorts of equipment you can use during your stay. However, it is so carefully done that if you don't have a disabled member of your party, it won't feel 'adapted', it is simply a beautiful cottage. The location is extremely peaceful and relaxing, but easy to get into Truro: you do need a car though.

Terry and Diane are so kind and the perfect hosts - quick to react when you need help, but also leaving you your own space. The cottage is incredibly well equipped; almost anything you might think you may need, you will find.

We loved our stay here, and definitely hope to return.

Extremely comfortable and beautifully maintained property. In a quiet rural position on the edge of Truro with easy access to places of interest. As veterans of self catering establishments this fell into the category of "a home from home - definitely look forward to visiting again." It was ideal for our 2 year old grandson and his parents. Though we are not disabled we were very impressed by the arrangements and equipment available for those with a disability. The owners are very friendly and concerned to provide suitable and happy accommodation for all ages and all levels of mobility.

Sara’s Cottage is perfectly located in the midst of Cornwalls stunning countryside, yet close to Truro with its decent shopping and plenty of places to provision for your holiday. This cottage is special, we loved it, a lot. It is kept spotlessly clean, has quality throughout including gorgeous bathrooms, a cracking farm house kitchen and relaxing lounge. But the garden is as good as anything you will find in this five star accommodation. It sucks you into afternoons spent listening to the birds sing whilst reading a good book. Totally private, safe for your dog to run in or join you resting in the sunshine, it really is superb. Your hosts Diane & Terry are the best owners we’ve come across in a long time. Not OTT but attentive, a warm, friendly welcome at the start of, and throughout, your stay. Lovely people whose focus is on ensuring you have what you need for your time at Sara’s. And….this luxury cottage is very accessible, in our view exceeding its accessibility standard rating. Step free everywhere as a matter of course, or with alternative access to the garden lawn. Great and gorgeous wet room bathroom with good rail system to the toilet and shower. The owners have a shed full of equipment to help if needed. Short of tracked railing this is good pan disability provision that many will appreciate. Accessibility with a touch of class, not always a thing, but it is at Sara’s Cottage. No we don’t have shares in the place but wish we did ! Top class, a great holiday.

We had a fabulous stay at Sara’s cottage the master bedroom was very comfortable the kitchen very well equipped with nice crockery utensils etc and we didn’t want for anything. Even watching the birds in the garden was fabulous Such lovely hosts look after you here it was such a relaxing stay Normally properties say there dog friendly this cottage really was there was lots of space outside of the cottage for my two fur girls and great walks from the doorstep.

Generous provision of large range of extras - eg dishwasher tabs.
The owners have anticipated just about everything you might need or do.

When you arrive in a holiday cottage it can take some time to get to know your surroundings and feel at home. But when we arrived at Sara’s Cottage we settled in record time. The cream tea helped of course, but everything else we wanted was there. Comfortable furniture, a well equipped kitchen, good quality beds, excellent bathrooms and a genuinely dog safe garden. Impeccably clean. Then there was the beautiful decor. The curtains, rugs, cushions and throws just looked right in the cottage. All in all, Sara’s cottage is more than a holiday cottage it is a perfect holiday home, and we will definitely be booking again.

We were delighted with Sara's cottage, owned by the very warm and welcoming Diane and Terry. It feels very fresh and bright inside and is cosy and warm - all the furnishings and fixtures are superb quality and everything is sparkling clean and well looked after. All you could possibly need is provided for - down to the generous, eco-friendly toiletries, a well-stocked wood supply for the wood-burning stove and even a pair of binoculars to observe the birds in the garden. We very much appreciated the delicious cream tea provided on arrival with locally homemade scones and a selection of Cornish produce.

The cottage is excellently located for visitors regardless of the weather with plenty to see and do in the area. We stayed for a short break in February and enjoyed mountain biking exploring the old tin and copper mines on the mineral tramway (we hired bikes from Elm Farm near Redruth) and a visit to the stunning Trebah Gardens. The local area has several options for food shopping without using a supermarket (notably Tony's lovely Old Market in Chacewater) and some good pubs (The Old Quay in Devoran is lovely). Diane's brilliant guide gives you all the information you need as well as details of local walks.

Sara's Cottage was all we could have hoped for. It was immaculately clean and well equipped and in a great location. It had lovely furnishings and extremely comfortable beds. The Welcome pack was very generous, a delicious cream tea and all the staples to get us through until our supermarket shop the next day. Diane & Terry were lovely hosts. An immaculate property skilfully adapted for most needs in a beautiful location
Close to the centre of Truro and central enough to strike out to any of the many outstanding Cornish resorts.Plan your holiday carefully as the region is still very busy in late September but Sara’s cottage is the perfect starting point.

We had a lovely family stay at Sara's Cottage. The cottage was spotlessly clean and there were many extra homely touches. The hosts Diane and Terry were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The cottage is located in beautiful countryside and is secluded, quiet and peaceful. A car is essential as there are not any amenities e.g. pubs or shops within a sensible walking distance. This is not a criticism as we knew this before we stayed and there are many amenities within 3 miles but it explains the location/ value for money review.

The cottage was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We all loved the cream tea on arrival and the welcome we got. The cottage is very peaceful but within driving distance of many Cornwall attractions. The owners supplied everything we could think of including a much needed windbreak for the beach.

The accommodation and welcome pack were exceptionally good. The bungalow was very tastefully decorated and been thoughtfully planned for all physical needs. Owners really care about visitors’ welfare & their property. Truro has a good range of shops and food deliveries were easy to arrange. There were several historical NT properties/gardens for us to visit which had partially reopened to comply with Covid rules and cycle routes/walks/waterways to challenge those wanting physical exercise. Good pubs nearby offer great food/ales. A great venue for a staycation but early planning will be required.

We had a great week at Sara’s cottage with 3 teenagers a dog and 2 adults. The 3 bathrooms proving invaluable! The property is absolutely immaculately clean. The quality of the kitchen equipment is of a really really high standard including all the crockery and glassware. Anything we could think of or needed was provided. The fresh flowers, homemade scones and welcome basket made a homely addition. In the run up to our stay the hosts were really warm and welcoming and answered all my questions promptly and fully. The property is in a great location, so peaceful and with lovely countryside all around and yet a 10 minute drive to Truro which we enjoyed. There are loads of local beaches on the north and south coast which are only 20-25 minutes drive away. I would stay at Sara’s cottage again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend it to anyone for a high quality great value stay.

The cottage was immaculate with all fixtures and furnishings to a very high standard. The garden a grounds were great for our dogs. The conservatory is very pleasant as is the outside dining area for those sunny breakfast mornings or long summer evenings. Very comfortable bedrooms with excellent bathrooms. The location is peaceful and quiet yet within easy reach of good road networks to all areas of Cornwall and its great beaches. The cottage was very well equipped and the owners seemed to had thought of everything. This is certainly one of the best self catering accommodations I have ever stayed in. A big thank you to the owners for a wonderful holiday.

The cottage is perfect in every way, a lovely quiet location and everything you could possibly need . Really comfy beds and superb furnishings and beautiful bathrooms and shower rooms. This multi award winning cottage is amazing and just gets better and better,
Its location is ideal for exploring the beaches, coastline walks and dog friendly pubs / restaurants.
The hosts Diane and Terry are the best and freely available to advise on walks, places to visit and how best to spend your time. The cottage itself is immaculate and you’ll struggle to find anywhere better.

Recently spent a week staying in Sara’s cottage near Truro. Beautiful cottage in rural location but still in easy reach of many attractions, both coasts as well as local shops supermarkets etc.
Diane and Terry were very welcoming and helpful and the cottage was immaculately clean and comfortable with lots of COVID precautions in place.
Initially we had planned a holiday with family including 1 year old twins ( sadly they couldn’t come at the last minute) but Diane went out of her way to plan for their accommodation including supplying an extra high chair.
The enclosed garden is very safe for dogs and full of wildflowers and the garden is a haven for nature especially birds who flock to the feeders.
All in all I can thoroughly recommend this cottage -we certainly hope to come back!

As we drove up the driveway with its beautiful flowers we had the inkling this was going to be a lovely cottage, and we were not disappointed. The owners have gone the extra mile to make this cottage not only accessible but also comfy and stylish.
Parking is right outside the cottage on level solid ground, no gravel. No steps and wide doorways. Accessible for my husband who is a full time wheelchair user. It was a treat to find accommodation that not only ticked all our accessibility needs but also didn't compromise on design. The kitchen/lounge was spacious and fully equipped with beautiful glassware and we made a fabulous Sunday roast with ease! The welcome pack was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The conservatory looks over a beautiful private garden bursting with flowers and a great viewing spot to watch all the birds eat from the bird feeders.
The master bedroom was spacious and the bed was so comfortable with pristine sheets. The ensuite wetroom was particularly well designed and was just perfect for wheelchair users and non wheelchair users alike.
The owners have really thought through every detail and we could see why they had been rewarded by winning several awards. Communication with the owners was brilliant before and during the stay and their website has a wealth of information regarding the property and the surrounding area. Thank you for an amazing week.

Diane and Terry have invested heavily in what was already a superb holiday cottage - the new wet room is perfect, as was the welcoming supplies. The competitive antics of the squirrels and pheasants brought a new dimension to our stay.

We have just returned from our stay at Sara’s cottage and can honestly say we have never stayed anywhere so lovely! The cottage is beautifully presented, the interior is immaculately clean and stylishly decorated, looking out to gardens so peaceful that we could have spent our holiday just relaxing there, no need to go anywhere else!!!
The owners of the cottage have thought of everything! Every possible detail to further enhance your stay has been included, down to buckets and spades, beach toys and games, wind breaks stored in the garden house for use throughout your stay!
Upon arrival, we were presented with a beautiful selection of Cornish treats to enjoy throughout our stay, including a beautiful cream tea, lots of local produce .... there was milk, fresh eggs, cheese, Cornish teas and coffee, fresh juice, chutney, a welcome sight after a long journey!
The owners clearly are very conscious of the environment and everything provided in the cottage was environmentally friendly, all cleaning products, bin liners, toilet rolls, washing powders etc. Which gave us an opportunity to try the products out ( we have now switched over to the same upon our return!)
Mr. And Mrs. Knight were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to made our stay the most wonderful week we have had in a very long time! Nothing was too much trouble, clearly a lot of thought had been put into every detail in the cottage and no expense spared, we felt spoilt by the beautiful en-suites, the really comfortable beautifully dressed beds, the stylishly presented living areas, the wonderful garden!
The location was perfect! We had the privacy we wanted and enjoyed the sense of being right in the heart of the countryside, not overlooked, the only sound we could hear was the birds! We thoroughly enjoyed watching the wildlife, fox dens, wild rabbits, pheasants..... the owners have also installed many bird boxes and the icing on the cake for us was watching a tawny owl and her chicks on a camera installed in the bird box! Absolutely incredible! Our young daughter has returned from our stay so enthused about wildlife! We enjoyed local walks from the cottage and yet we were minutes away from the beaches and other places of interest.
We cannot recommend this cottage or commend the owners enough! A thoroughly enjoyable, luxurious stay enhanced by all the personal, thoughtful touches by the owners! Book it up quickly!

A beautiful cottage that is decorated and equipped to the highest standard making it a cosy home from home. The new wet room and extended bedroom are amazing and make for a comfortable nights sleep. The location is ideal for visits to the north, south and even the west coasts with excellent places to eat nearby. You are made to feel really welcome by the owners, Diane and Terry, who are on hand if needed and are happy to suggest places to visit or eat out. A really relaxing break after such a manic year.

We recently spent a week at Sara's Cottage. The Cottage is very beautifully designed and cosy. The hosts are very friendly and so helpful we couldn't have asked for more. Our visit was made extra special by daily visits from Peggy the most adorable Golden Retriever. (The gate can be closed to avoid Peggies visits). We were able to charge our electric car at the property which was extremely convenient. Truro is a lovely place and the cottage is perfectly placed for city, beach and countryside. Lovely stay. Would stay again for sure.

Diane and Terry have gone the extra mile to provide a clean and safe retreat.
We were given a warm welcome on arrival. The cream tea, along with other goodies,was very much appreciated. Diane has a knack of providing everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
The whole cottage is furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the living accommodation is cosy.
Our dog Amber, a lively boxer, enjoyed a safe enclosed garden with plenty of space in which to race around.
We have, of course, already booked for 2021.

A lovely luxurious cottage , where every detail has been thought through. We had a fantastic week exploring the beautiful Coast and towns. We felt tucked away in the countryside but were also conveniently located for many good

This property really had it all - and is hands down the ‘best property’ we have ever stayed in! It was stylish, with great attention to detail, extremely well equipped, spacious, private and had many extra touches. A special mention must be made about the ‘welcome pack’ which gave us an instant ‘taste of Cornwall‘ and made sure our stay was great from the minute we arrived. The owners Diane and Terry ensured the house was spotlessly clean and were on hand to see that we had everything the needed. Our family made the most of the bedrooms, two had beautiful en-suites, the third bedroom had use of it’s own bathroom - all just perfect! We loved that on sunny mornings, we could open the French Doors in each bedroom to hear the birds and catch the breeze - something we cannot do at home. Sara’s Cottage is conveniently located to explore Cornwall and ideal for visit both the North and South of the County. On days when the weather is not so kind (didn’t see many of these during our stay) we could sit in the lovely ‘garden room’ and read, play games or watch the wildlife; woodpeckers and pheasants were spotted most days. There was a well equipped laundry-room which we used during oour stay to wash beach towels etc.
Although this was our first visit it will not be our last. We cannot wait to return and have already recommend this Sara’s Cottage to family and friends.

Another excellent holiday spent at Sara's Cottage. The perfect location for visiting Cornwall's fabulous beaches and then spending the rest of the day with a glass in the garden reading, relaxing watching the wildlife and seeing the dog love the enclosed area.
The accommodation is first class and the additions made like the wet room, new bathrooms and furnishings had made this special place even more luxurious.
A special mention must go to the hosts Diane & Terry who are just amazing and go above and beyond and make you feel so welcome, they can recommend the best dog friendly beaches, the best walks and pubs and restaurants for the best food.
Can't wait to back again next year.

We had a brilliant week in Sara’s cottage, with my partner, 2 children (one in wheelchair) and mother in law. The setting is serene and quiet, lovely to watch the birds in the garden from the conservatory. The house is completely set up with everything you need including Fairy liquid, hand towels and shampoo/conditioner. The house is fully accessible for people in wheelchairs and the new bathroom is zero threshold entry and fully tiled open shower, perfect also for showering off & rinsing wetsuits after the beach. The house was immaculately clean and decorated to a very high standard. We would definitely stay again! Thanks Diane!

Our New Years stay was perfect. It was so nice to enjoy the cottage a bit more this time and we certainly appreciated the exceptional service and standards they offer. The cottage was decorated in accordance with the season and the log burner was lit on arrival making the cottage toasty warm. The owners have plans for more improvements which will make the cottage outstanding, we would certainly recommend a stay!

A fantastic cottage that is a real home from home. We have stayed about 5 times (ish) and always find a really comfortable, well maintained cottage. There is everything you think you need, and lots that you probably wouldn’t even have thought you needed. The cottage is excellently located for both north and south coasts, but equally so comfortable to spend the day relaxing if the weather isn’t great.

Diane and Terry and excellent hosts and are always friendly and able to offer recommendations for places to visit or for that special meal out.

We will most definitely return - again.

This is our 4th stay at Sara’s cottage. Great location, beautiful surroundings and as usual the cottage is maintained to an exceptional standard. We enjoy our daily visit by so many birds - pheasants and a woodpecker included! Peggy the dog pops round and says hi too! So many happy holiday memories have been made for our family in Cornwall and Sara’s cottage features in them all!

This was our third visit to Sara's Cottage and will not be our last. Once again it was just such a beautiful property with everything we needed and could wish for. Knowing how good the cottage is already, takes all the stress and worry out of planning our holiday. Come rain or shine (and we had both) it was cosy yet spacious, immaculate, well equipped, secluded yet not isolated. We would not choose to go to any other cottage in Cornwall. The passion for perfection put in by the owners is self evident the moment you enter the property. Fresh flowers from the garden, a cream tea and basic supplies ready for you after a long journey. Good quality furnishings to take a rest on and relax. This has it all. Forget those other previous Cornish "horror" cottages you may have encountered in the past. You won't find saggy mattresses, worn out chairs, stained carpets, broken cooker hobs, leaky showers, faded furnishings or fighting for a car space here. This is the Rolls-Royce of Cornish Cottages and deservedly now boasts a five star rating. Diane and Terry are your perfect hosts. If there were to be any sort of problem I can say for sure they would get it sorted straight away. They love Sara's Cottage and they want you to love it too. We do!
The central location makes travel in all directions easy, North Coast Beaches, South Coast landscapes, National Trust gardens, Fishing harbours, Truro City and shops are all just short journeys away. Good road connections make a trip to Land's End easy.
Those other cottages are just bad memories, this one is just the best memory of Cornwall you could wish for. Idyllic.

We absolutely love Sara's Cottage and have been many many times. Haven't found anything to replace it and have stayed in a number of holiday cottages. The location is ideal to visit the coast on all sides as well as being away from it all, so peaceful. The cottage is immaculate inside and out. Perfect in every respect.

This was our third time staying at Sara's cottage , It was an excellent holiday once again , very high standard and quality of everything in the cottage , we had a lovely welcoming bag with scones, jam butter , bread milk and eggs it was very thoughtful after a long journey, The country location was very relaxing and peaceful , we slept very well at night , the garden was very nice for an early morning cup of tea , and the conservatory was ideal for the afternoon sun, The Cottage is a good location approx.. 25 minutes from the coast and beaches , we were only a few minutes from a wonderful tea rooms with a picturesque garden , there are plenty of castles and gardens nearby to visit and village pubs with good quality food on the menu, we will be coming to visit again next year and are really looking forward to it ,

Our second stay at Sara's Cottage and definitely not the last.
The attention to detail is first class, spotlessly clean and is everything you could wish for and more.
Set in idyllic, peaceful countryside with walks on the doorstep and also close enough to explore the Cornish beaches, towns and coastal path. There’s a wonderful enclosed garden which attracts all type of birds and wildlife and our dog, Merlot, was safe to explore and sleep away the afternoons.A jewel in the Cornish Countryside that we’d love to keep to ourselves but everyone should visit this brilliant place for themselves, they won’t be disappointed.
A special thank you to Diane and Terry, the owners, who are amazing and offer suggestions for the best dog friendly beaches, safe walks and places to eat, truly inspirational, we can’t wait to go back.

Sara’s Cottage really is like home from home. The cottage is very well appointed, comfortable and spotless. The hosts Diane and Terry are friendly and able to offer suggestions for places to go or for meals out. The cottage is excellently situated for getting around Cornwall but if the weather isn’t great you couldn’t ask for a nicer environment to sit and watch the wildlife in the garden.

Another fantastic stay at Sara's Cottage. We love staying here, it is everything you could wish for and more. Attention to detail is outstanding. The cottage is in an idyllic countryside location yet close enough to explore the Cornish coastlines and towns. A variety of birds visit the wonderful garden (there's even binoculars and a bird book to hand) and our dog, Beauts, loves exploring with us knowing she is safe as the garden is enclosed. We moved to Cornwall early in 2019 and stayed at Sara's Cottage for a total of five weeks while waiting for our new house to be ready. I can honestly say that it is the best holiday cottage we've ever stayed in by a country mile! It's warm, spotlessly clean and supremely comfortable. It's also peaceful, surrounded by beautiful countryside yet just a few minutes from Truro city centre (and not too far from Falmouth, the North Coast or the South Coast either). It's very tastefully decorated in Farrow & Ball colours and has all the nice finishing touches such as cushions, rugs, lamps, DVDs, games, and so on. The main sitting area is around the log burner so you can get properly cosy if it's cold, but then there's also the conservatory which opens out onto a beautiful garden full of birds (with binoculars and bird books if you're keen!). The beds are utterly luxurious with fabulous quality mattresses, duvets, mattress toppers and bed linen. It was a struggle to get out of them ... even to go in a lovely hot, powerful shower! Diane and Terry, the owners, live just next door and are supremely helpful but never intrusive. They have literally thought of everything! For example, I said to my partner one day "Wouldn't it be great if I could just stick something in the slow cooker so it was ready when we got home" and, sure enough, there in the corner of the kitchen cupboard was a slow cooker! I honestly don't think there was a single thing that we wanted or needed that hadn't been provided. An added bonus was that our dog was made very welcome (there are even towels especially for muddy paws!) and she absolutely loved playing with Diane and Terry's dog and roaming their fields. Because we stayed such a long time we really began to think of Sara's Cottage as our home and I would say it definitely feels like a 'home from home'. None of us wanted to leave! We would totally recommend Sara's Cottage as it's so gorgeous and so well located for visiting other places in Cornwall. Staying there made our transition from another part of the UK much easier and meant that our first few weeks in Cornwall were a real pleasure! Thank you, Diane and Terry, we are very grateful.

Thank you to Diane and Terry for a most wonderful week in Cornwall. The cottage was absolutely immaculate and really comfortable, so after long days out exploring, it was great to return to somewhere we really wanted to be to relax. We loved the fact the cottage was dog friendly and my dog had a good play most mornings with the host dog!
The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable and everything worked! The kitchen had every utensil you could ever need and lovely tasteful crockery in a high spec kitchen. The grounds around the cottage were a good size and fully enclosed with the addition of bird feeders everywhere for sitting in the conservatory and bird watching.
The situation of the cottage was wonderful, with no distance to north and south coasts.
We would highly recommend this property without hesitation and hope to return soon.

Sara's cottage was absolutely wonderful. Everything about it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we opened the door we knew it was somewhere that had had a lot of love put into it and Diane's warm welcome, friendly demeanour and limitless help and advice further confirmed it. We felt very at home in this cosy cottage - in fact it was rather hard to get out of bed as they are the comfiest we've ever stayed in and the sheets were so soft! We were a group of adults, kids and dogs and it suited us all perfectly. We look forward to our next stay!

Lovely to be back at Sara’s Cottage. Arriving to a roaring log fire, cream tea and a lovely welcome from Diane, Terry and Peggy.
The cottage is warm and cosy, immaculately kept and has all the home comforts and more on top! Superbly appointed with comfy sofa’s, lovely cushions and throws, super comfy beds and beautiful linens.
The conservatory is fabulous for watching the wildlife and we had the pleasure of watching some beautiful birds including a couple of Woodpeckers. If you visit in the summer there’s loads of outside seating and I bet the garden is spectacular when all the hydrangea, Camelia’s etc are in bloom.
Very well stocked kitchen for the home cook; it really does have all you need.

The cottage is in the countryside and so peaceful. The occasional toot from a distant train reminds you of the outside world although you are less than two miles from the main road and all the hustle and bustle.

Great local walks (we didn’t see the owl unfortunately) with or without dogs and so many places to visit close by.
Truro park and ride (by Waitrose) was fab. If there’s two adults it’s £2 each or £3.60 for two adults and two children! Dogs free and it drops you right by Lemon Quay.
Trelissick, Lost Gardens of Heligan and so so much more very close by.

Diane and Terry are amazing hosts, there if you need them and equally happy for you to do your thing.

You are right there are absolutely loads of birds on the feeders which is especially so in the winter months when food elsewhere is scarce. It's such a shame that you didn't see the Barn Owl as she is hunting most evenings at about 4-4.30. Nice to hear that you used the park and ride which is also handy for Waitrose. There is a closer one to us at Threemilestone which is also handy for the fish and chip shop on the way home. See you next year. Diane

As always, it was delight to stay in Sara's Cottage. Perfect for any time of year but we always look forward to our winter break as the cottage is so cosy, beautifully furnished and warmed by the wood-burning stove (ass well as central heating if you need it!). Diane and Terry make everyone feel so welcome and there are always new touches to the cottage, from elegant cushions to eco-friendly kitchen storage - all you could wish for on a holiday and more!

The cottage is also very accessible to anyone with limited mobility and there is good wheelchair access, which is important for me and greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this cottage and give it top marks. Our little dog also rates it 5-star and loves lying flat out in front of the fire and keeping his eye on the many birds who visit the well stocked feeders in the garden!

Thanks to Diane and Terry for another wonderful holiday and we shall be going back for our 8th stay next year.

Sara's Cottage never disappoints and continues to be a real home from home, with all the creature comforts. This year we had the added bonus of extra children's toys which were very much appreciated (although we do now have slightly larger than normal Christmas present lists because of them!) The location is fantastic surrounded by fields it is very quiet but close enough to all amenities and major routes for easy access to beaches north or south. Highly recommended.

The cottage is ideally located for visiting all parts of Cornwall (and Waitrose) whilst being very rural and quiet. The garden was ideal for our dog, being fully enclosed but large enough to allow her to run.The cottage is very private, comfortable (especially the bed) and well equipped. The welcome pack was appreciated as were the toiletries supplied in the bathrooms. The owners were very welcoming on our arrival and readily accessible throughout our stay, should we have needed them. We had a very comfortable and relaxing holiday.

A group of six - my husband, son, daughter-in-law, two grandchildren and myself stayed in Sara's cottage for a week from 18th -24th August. The cottage was very comfortable and everything you could think of was provided. The conservatory was particularly pleasant; you could sit there and watch the birds feeding in the garden. Diane and Terry, the owners, were very helpful and we were grateful for the lovely cream tea and welcome pack on arrival. Also, Terry very kindly drove into Truro to fetch our takeaway on our first night in the cottage. Peggy, the dog was a great hit with our grandchildren. The cottage is beautifully decorated.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to others.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sara's cottage, and the owners made us feel very welcome. They bent over backwards to accommodate our son, (who is profoundly disabled) to ensure he had a comfortable stay. The accessible nature of the cottage, allowed us all to stay on one level and gave ample room to move around in his manual wheel chair. The cottage was immaculate (even managing to impress the Mother-in-law!) and the attention to detail was impressive. Fantastic central location with easy access to many of Cornwall's great attractions within striking distance. We found it hard to fault this cottage, and would not hesitate to book it again!

Our 3rd stay here. A gorgeous cottage, beautifully maintained and decorated with everything you could ever need catered for. Lovely garden too.

Diane and Terry looked after us really well and spoiled our boys with birthday cards which was a lovely touch. They work constantly to improve and maintain the cottage and facilities.

We stayed here last year and it didn't disappoint this time either. Our two year old loved seeing the horses, pony and dog. Diane and Terry are great hosts, not intrusive but really friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic cottage in a lovely location. The best 5 star cottage we have stayed in. Exceeded our high expectations. Great location for visiting many parts of Cornwall. Luxury cottage with everything anyone could wish for. We have stayed in cottages in Cornwall many times a year for 20 years and this was the cleanest, most comfortable cottage.
The beds are SO comfortable, the shower powerful, and the kitchen stocked with everything even the most discerning cook could wish for. We spent many evenings around the wood burner after days on beaches or wandering round Truro, as the cottage is very well situated for all days out.
In short we would have no hesitation recommending his holiday home.

From the moment you arrive to a warm welcome, Sara's Cottage is amazing. Less than two miles off the main road but set in beautiful peaceful countryside.
The cottage is stunningly furnished with high quality items, beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need, and more. A lovely Cornish tea tray awaits you too.
The cottage is extremely comfortable and cosy on a wet December day, with enough books, DVD's etc to keep everyone occupied.
The garden is lovely with lots of birds, including woodpeckers, chaffinches, goldfinches and not forgetting 'big bird' the pheasants that kept Opal amused all week!
Super location for touring and very relaxing.
You deserve more than five stars. We've stayed in five star/platinum properties which aren't a patch on the comfort and finish you have here. We've already rebooked.

We’ve been staying at Sara’s Cottage for a week’s holiday for a number of years now and it just gets better and better! The standard of decor, comfort and cleanliness is exceptional and the owners ensure a warm welcome and help if needed. There is always something new to enjoy, and plenty of pretty finishing touches, and the garden and surroundings are very peaceful (lots of bird feeders - you can watch the birds from the comfort of the sofa in the comfortably furnished conservatory).

The cottage is also very accessible for people with limited mobility and dog-friendly, both of which are essential for us. Our little dog, Kip, is very at home there, as are we: we’ve already booked for next year! Thank you, Diane and Terry, for providing such a beautiful place to escape to in a lovely part of Cornwall.

What a stunning place to stay, .. easy access to coast and local to Truro/Falmouth warm and welcoming, very animal friendly with lovely walks and scenery. Even the horses were friendly!!
Impeccably clean and well presented with deliciously comfortable beds.

When we arrived there were delicious scones and all the items you need to relax you after a 7 hour car journey.
Diane & Terry were amazing hosts, taking you through everything in the house and telling you about the area & sights. Many people left some great suggestions for trips which were really helpful. The house felt like a home from home, I don't think we have ever had so many amenities offered in a rental house before and we've been in many across the years! The house and gardens were so tranquil with many birds arriving each day, just to sit in the conservatory and watch them felt lovely.
THANK YOU SO MUCH for making our holiday so special - not even the poor weather could distract us away from having a wonderful time at Sara's Cottage.

We were able to spend a few days again at the cottage having come at Easter with our family.
This time we came with some friends who, like us thought the property was great.
Diane was accommodating and flexible with our late booking.
It was great to return and we will be back in the new year at some stage no doubt.

Sara's cottage is a beautiful place. The location is peaceful. There is everything you could wish for. It is like home from home. Diane and Terry cannot do enough for you. There is a welcome pack waiting when you arrive that includes bread and milk. Everything in the cottage is top quality. There is a woodburner for cold nights with logs provided. We have been coming to Sara's cottage every year since it opened and have already booked next year.

We have stayed in cottages for 20+ years and Sarah's Cottage is the cleanest accomadation we have had the pleasure to stay in. Diane's attention to quality & detail make this a five star stay. It is hard to believe you are so close to Truro as it so peaceful, watching the variety of garden birds on the feeders from the comfortable conservatory makes even the dull days interesting. Trips to the beautiful Roseland peninsula or Falmouth are easy and dog friendly Perranporth is just. 20 mins drive. If you have transport, don't need a sea view or the coastal path to be outside your door Sara's cottage is ideal. We have already recommended it to neighbours already. Thank you for a truly lovely week.

A beautiful cottage, lovely people with outstanding standards. A stay at Sara's cottage is like home from home, there is nothing that you want for, she has thought of absolutely everything! Upon arrival there were fresh cut flowers, a Cornish cream tea, cookies for the children, ale in the fridge, tea, coffee, bread and even a block of Cornish butter. I can not praise the cottage and hosts enough, thank you again Diane and Terry x

We've just returned from our second stay at Sara's Cottage and it was even better than our first (which we never thought was possible!). Further upgrades to this already delightful cottage have been carried out and the attention to detail is stunning. Of the eleven cottages that we have stayed in over the years this one is simply THE BEST. It has all the comforts we needed and was, as before, spotless. No worn out furniture, sagging beds, dirty cookers or blocked drains here. The owners take the utmost pride in their property and want you to have the best experience for your stay. The tranquil setting was further enhanced by the constantly changing vista of wildlife in the garden. Pheasants, goldfinches, blue tits, a woodpecker, rabbits and squirrels could be viewed from the spacious conservatory or from the garden furniture as they seemed perfectly unruffled by our presence just feet away. We had some "seasonal Cornish weather" during our stay and it was lovely to just be indoors in total comfort whilst the abnormal downpour lashed the outside. I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone who wants an oasis of peace as they explore central Cornwall. Both North and South coasts are a short drive away and the roads wind through delightful and interesting topography. The close proximity to Truro is deceptive. You feel like you are in the deep countryside and yet it is literally ten minutes from the nearest large Supermarket. This makes it easily close enough to arrive at the cottage with a freshly cooked pizza or a hot roasted Chicken! We loved our stay and will return again without hesitation.

This was our third stay at Sara's cottage, it never disappoints, and we will definitely be back. The cottage is beautifully furnished and really homely. The owners, Diane and Terry Knight are friendly and can give you advice on places to visit or where to eat. Sara's cottage is ideally situated for visiting either the north or south coasts and is close to Truro too.

Well worth a visit.

Wir haben 2 Wochen mit unserer Familie in Sara's Cottage verbracht. Keine von uns wollte wieder abreisen. Alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht ist in dem Cottage. Diane und Terry lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Sie beten sogar für besseres Wetter (mit Erfolg!). Wir haben uns bei Regentagen gefreut das Cottage geniessen zu können (Gummistiefel sind ebenfalls vorhanden!). Das Cottage liegt sehr ruhig, hat einen schönen Garten und bietet viel Platz für 5-6 Personen. Es ist extrem sauber (wie Neu) und sehr zentral gelegen um viele Attraktionen und Strände zu besuchen (Boogy Boards und Strandstühle sind ebenfalls vorhanden!).
Wollen Sie in der Nähe von Truro die Ferien verbringen? Dann können Sie mit Sara`s Cottage keinen Fehler machen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

We have enjoyed at least 10 holidays in Sara's Cottage and have loved everyone of them. There are no negatives. If there was anywhere in the world that we could live apart from our lovely home then it would be here. When staying here you are but a short drive away from some of the most beautiful parts of Cornwall. Can't wait for our next visit.

This was an excellent find.
My wife and I spent the week with our daughter, son in law and two o grandsons. The cottage was an ideal location for getting around Cornwall.
It was extremely well presented, equipped and immaculate. We also appreciated the friendliness of Diane and Terry (owners) during our stay.

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday at Sara's Cottage. There is nothing negative that you could say about this lovely place. We loved this cottage it's one of the nicest we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean with lots of lovely homely touches. Its location was perfect as it allowed us to visit all parts Cornwall easily. We couldn't believe how quickly we got to all the places we wanted to see. Also being all on one level was ideal for us.

We loved the fact that we could bring our dog too! A favourite was sitting in the conservatory watching the wildlife and many birds that visit the feeders provided by Terry and Diane. Thank you.

The beds were very comfortable with nice quality quilts and bedding and lots of nice towels too.
We will definitely be returning and wished we'd stayed longer.

We have just returned from our stay in Sara's cottage. This is the 5th year we have spent there and as usual we have returned home refreshed and relaxed.
The cottage is always immaculately presented and regularly updated, (we look forward to seeing what new changes have been made). The cottage is situated in a great location with easy access to both north and south coasts. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

A perfect welcome awaited us after our journey, with warm lighting & a burning fire already lit and a cream tea & welcome pack! The cottage was easy to find and set in a countryside location, with beautiful surroundings, and wildlife wandering around, but a short drive to the city centre & other local amenities.
The cottage is decorated to a high standard, with quality furnishings & all the extras you could possibly need in the cupboards!
My favourite would have to be the big freestanding bath tub! A perfect way to relax & end your evening!
I would highly recommend this cottage to anybody-it would suit couples, families and groups! The hosts Diane & Terry have made a lot of effort to make sure it's disabled friendly, & child/baby friendly!
We look forward to returning!

This was our 5th stay for a winter break and we have already booked for next November! The cottage is beautifully maintained and furnished - brand new kitchen and sofas this year ... Diane and Terry really do care about their visitors and do everything they can to ensure the cottage is warm, comfortable and attractive to stay in. The garden is lovely and the setting is peaceful and secluded. The cottage is very accessible for people with limited mobility (important for us) and dog-friendly too, so it ticks all the right boxes!
