We have stayed in oak lodge for two weeks per year for the past nine years.We travel from Newcastle upon Tyne.Its a very long journey with one of us in a wheelchair.We find as soon as we open the door we are home.We all love coming to the lodge ,the scenery from the windows is spectacular and the peace and quiet is well appreciated.The spacious accommodation and style of the lodge allows for entertaining guests,wheelchair users have no problem getting a round.Thankyou oak lodge.
It's exactly ten years since we first stayed at the same lodge. The lodge was comfortable and had all that we required during our stay.
This is the 4th visit to Beech Lodge,Maunderlea.we had a fantastic few nights.Our stay was very comfortable,Clean & cozy with a relaxed peaceful setting! Much thanks to our lovely Juliette who so kindly had a bottle of prosecco,chocs & 80th card for my mother which was a lovely touch when we entered!!Will most certainly see a 5th visit!!
