I thoroughly enjoyed my two-week stay at Taigh Mhurdaidh. The cottage was well kept, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped for a longer stay. I especially appreciated having both a washing machine and dryer, and the reliable Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected and stream shows in the evenings after a day out. The location felt peaceful and relaxing, and it put me close to most of the sites and hikes I wanted to do on the Trotternish Peninsula. I really enjoyed sitting outside in the afternoons looking out over the sheep and pastureland after a morning walk. Being so near Staffin Stores was also handy whenever I needed to pick something up.
Overall I had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

We really enjoyed our time in Isle of Skye including our stay at Taigh Mhurdaidh. The cottage was easy to get to had great views and close to great scenic locations and hikes like the Old Man of Storr, Quiraing and others. The location was also very quiet and peaceful.
