Great location.. nice bay....i loved the cottage it was like New, everything was squeaky clean....it was Perfect. A week wasn't long enough for us... :( ...will definitely go back there.my kids loved it...It felt like a very safe environment there was was easy to relax and enjoy our time there.I highly recommend this place for a Irish holiday... Just be willing to drive around each day for things to do but the cottages and location are super.
Really enjoyed my stay there I wish it could have been for longer everything about the house said it was once a very happy home the vibes were still there
Great location, fantastic surroundings, beautifully restored buildings, the house was spotless, everything required provided. Playground out backgarden, brilliant for children. Would recommend this to anyone.
Lovely view from the house. Well equipped kitchen and spacious open plan area. Lovely to have wood burning stove for the chilly evenings. We would definitely stay there again. Well located for visitingoveky towns like Skibereen, Schull, Glengariff.
There were seven of us staying one week at Ard Na Mara House. The house was so roomy and comfortable. We had such a wonderful stay and we all felt very lucky in our choice of Dingle for our first trip to Ireland. I cannot think of anything negative to say. 'A Beautiful House'!
Spent a lovely week in Aspen house. Lovely property, very homely. Great location will definitely be back.
I can't praise this accommodation enough. Great price and excellent location. The suite itself was very well equipped - especially the kitchen. We spent a very comfortable week here.
Had a wonderful stay at Carleton Village last weekend. The property was clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and polite and a pleasure to deal with. Travelling with a toddler can be stressful but with the help of Caitriona, who was our main point of contact, the entire stay was seamless. I can't speak highly enough of how welcoming and accommodating she was and would happily recommend Carleton Village to friends and family.
Very comfortable and modern large house. Would happily move in permanently! Gas cooker. Island. Beds and bed linen high quality. Playground beside houses. Basketball court close to hotel. Car journey from town but easy commute and worth it. Pass shops at Ardkeen for supplies. Ferry went within 5/ 10 mins of arriving at water side. Would highly recommend for self catering.
We had a group of 16 people staying in 2 houses at Glor na Habhainn. We had booked one classic and one luxury house. We had a great weekend for Other Voices, and will definitely be back to Glor na Habhainn. The luxury house has a lot more space in the shared areas than the classic houses, furnished to a very high standard with all the kitchen supplies you need for a few days of self catering. You'll feel like royalty in this house. The master bedroom is palatial with a walk in wardrobe and all! It's a 7 minute walk in to town. Close by there is a Lidl and the Dingle brewery. And a little b...more
Perfect location and a great little town. The house was the best part and allowed a family of 14 to enjoy quality time, while each individual family has plenty of space for privacy.
The highlight of our trip was the eco boat trip where we saw hundreds of dolphins minky whales and hump backs. We could walk into town all the time in 15 minutes the view from no 18 is fabulous and we had a really great holiday
Just returned from a staycation and cannot recommend this house highly enough. Gorgeous peaceful setting with donkeys and deers for neighbours. The house is about 5min drive from Glengarriff village and 20min from Bantry. The house itself is spotless and well equipped. It is set in beautiful grounds and there is plenty to explore outside the front door. We have already booked out return visit.
First succesfull SUN holiday in years, easy booking fiendly helpfull girl over the phone, profesional driver on pick up.apartment had all that we needed aircon, great wifi, excellent location pool clean and safe for kids as was walk to beach and shops.short bus ride to aquapark and shopping mall.
House was very clean in excellent condition, heating/hot water worked well and easy to use. Estate was very well kept. Gearoid met us as planned and was very helpful.
very comfortable house for a family holiday we had 6 adults 1 8 year old 1 18month Magnificent view 10 minute walk to Sneem village Owner Noel very helpful No hesitation reccomending
We had a great time in Woodvilla lodge. The house is comfortable and spacious. Perfect for a large group. Caters really well for children. Garden is wonderful, children spent hours playing. Kitchen is well equipped. The soda bread and cakes were a lovely welcome. The owners were lovely too.
A home from home. This house was perfect for our stay. From the moment we booked the owners were there to help. The house was spotless when we arrived and some lovely edible treats awaited us! The house is in a lovely quiet area but also only a short walk into Dingle. We will definitely return.
Our stay was excellent all round.Grate location close to beach and nearby to shops.Plenty of space for our kids to roam without worry as they were in an enclosed area..
Our group name is RCCG GWF We enjoyed our two nights stay in the holiday homes. The environment is lovely and the homes are well maintained. The staff are excellent. They have very good customer relations. Very polite and attended to our request immediately. The only thing that didn’t go very well with us is the check in time of 4pm.
We enjoyed our stay in Gannet cottage. It is very well equipped and had all we needed as a family of four. Beautiful sea views and a private walkway down to the beach. Enclosed courtyard garden to the front with deckchairs etc. so we could allow our toddler outside without fear of her running off. The only issue we encountered was we couldn't use the mezzanine bedroom for our toddler as there was only one safety gate at the bottom of the stairs and it was too dangerous to allow her sleep there without one at the top also. Better for older children who are confident with stairs.
My wife & young son had a great week in Ballyrane House in August. The house is stunning, full of charm & characture while the kitchen area makes you feel very much at home and the ample break out rooms let you relax... The gardens are lovely with plenty of walking & exploring available. Caretaker Eddie was very helpful, answering any queries we had and his local knowledge made the stay even more enjoyable. I'd highly recommend a relaxing break in this amazing home away from home - we hope to get back down sooner rather than later.
Great place! We had 10 guys from the U.S. and everyone had their own room. Plenty of space and a spacious table for eating and gathering. The view of the bay out the back was spectacular. The Relax Ireland team were helpful and supportive.
The house was fantastic. Really well equipped, spotless and very comfortable. I would recommend this house. It was nice and safe area and well located. A short walk to the club house and a fabulous beach.
The collage was very cosy and warm, and well fitted. It has wonderful gardens with fairy trees and houses for kids to explore and play. It is in a lovely part of Wexford and has lots of outdoor facilities, with horse-riding, walking and beautiful beaches nearby.
Initially the communication was excellent and the arranging of the transport from and to the airport was stress-free and cheap. The house was perfect, everything provided, very clean, near the beach and near the town. Swimming pools was also great. The people who lived there were very nice, no incidences of drunkenness or aggressive behavior, or noise at night, etc. Difficult to sleep at night with the heat, but not much the agency/opener can do about that.
We had a wonderful family holiday in Sneem. The house was in a beautiful location beside the river and within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in the village. Nearby beaches were fab, star gazing exceptional, all in all a really enjoyable holiday.
We were delighted with our stay and would recommend it to others. We are keen to return to Mount Falcon.
We had some teething issues at the start. The cooker and oven didn't work on the first night. There was a replacement hob put in which did not fit counter. This was replaced again the next day. The fuse of the cooker went as well the same evening. This was dealt with the same evening. However, we ended up not eating until about 10pm with the delays! Our TV was acting up a couple of nights later, but this was repaired very quickly on the same evening. The dishwasher wasn't working properly either, so we were doing a lot of washing up! We did not bother to say anything about this while we were t...more
Had a wonderful time in kenmare would highly recommend it will stay again. House was wonderful, Maura has everything ready for us upon our arrival. Thank you !
This is a 5* property - we had such an amazing holiday (helped by the lovely weather - which cannot always be guaranteed!) The views and location are stunning and on a clear day you could just sit an stare out of the copious windows for hours. There was plenty of space for our extended family holiday of 10 adults and 2 children. Everything was thought of with excellent/ample bathrooms, linens, laundry, kitchen, crockery, glassware etc facilities - we were particularly impressed by the 2 dishwashers!! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay. The only ...more
Very good accommadation , Michael the property owner met us as arranged and showed us around the house. We had no problems, very clean, well equipped and very cosy. We would definitely stay sgain.
I would highly recommend Doonbeg Holiday Homes, the house was a very high standard, as were the curtains, bedding etc. The agent Kathleen was so nice and so helpful.
The apartment was in a great position for getting to all the spots in Wexford town, the bus station, the main street, restaurants, the opera theatre, the Tesco ( a big supermarket), but was still quiet at night, although the apartment was next to the main street. The owners were very helpful and friendly. On the second day, as our stay was 3 weeks, the owner took us to the city to show how the city looked like. She took us to the hospital and super markets. Thanks to the owner, i got lots of information at that time. That helped us a lot! All facilities were nice, I liked the sofa and the dou...more
We really felt comfortable in Stone House, Killinick. The house was perfect. Excellent hosts. Well done.
We were delighted in general with the location, facilities and staff at Hookless Village. Great value for money. 2 things to note : 1 although it did not bother us, I would not advertise it as having free wifi in the houses as this is not available at present : 2 10am is a very early check out time with children.
Josie was a great host, friendly, caring, polite and professional. Amazing house with sea views and a beautiful location close to several beautiful beaches and the Hook Light House. We would highly recommend this property and cannot wait to return! Thank you. Maxine, David and family from Manchester.
We had fantastic week in dingle staying in cois chonic . The house was perfect everything you need for a family self catering holiday . very comfortable and spotlessly clean . Quiet location
Lovely, clean house within walking distance of many of the amenities in Wexford town. Also well positioned to access the various beaches and scenic and heritage areas of south county Wexford
We had a great short break in this lovely house and our host was brilliant. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a relaxing getaway for a few days!
We had a really lovely time in Doolin. The Village is very nice. The house is centrally located and close walking distance to pubs and eateries.
We had a wonderful time. The estate is very peaceful and has lovely walks in the countryside. It is a great location for exploring the Hook peninsula and Sarah was very friendly with some great suggestions of things to do.
Very peaceful and relaxing. Good place to stay and visit other attractions in the area such as the Arigna Mining Experience or the Blue Way (new riverside walk).
Stunning home with all the mod cons needed for a young family on holiday Very clean and very safe for young children Excellent communication Super holiday enjoyed by all, would definitely recommend
We had a very enjoyable stay in Tig Bawn. It is in a very quiet small estate. The house is newly decorated, has comfortable beds and a modern kitchen. We were delighted that they could accommodate us with an extra bed for our 7yo. The wifi and netflix were very handy. The local shop is about a 10 minute walk up the road, the beach about a 5 minute drive. Lots of activities in the area - kayaking, fishing, swimming, golf (crazy and otherwise!), playground, lovely restaurants and coffee shops, Kellys hotel and spa, walks, tennis and various activities in the Community Centre.
We were a family group of nine and had a great time in this house. It has five bedrooms a really large kitchen and two sitting rooms so we were not under one another's feet. The house is really well equipped with utensils and furniture. Martin the caretaker was very helpful with everything.
No towels at our lodge when we arrived and the TV didn't work but with a phone call we got both of them sorted.
Fantastic location, walk to everything in Kilarney, a great little town! Clean, convenient but sterile. A few issues, only 1 small towel per person for a week with 4 golfers. Not enough TP, and sparse but adequate cookware. Living room is roomy but only a tiny couch and kitchen chairs. Not adequate for us to sit down and watch the games. Would highly recommend they put a large couch with room for 4. Only real failure was bed situation. I specifically asked for 4 single beds when inquiring about the property, and very clearly, repeatedly emphasized this as we had 4 men staying there. I...more
Stayed here recently with my family and had a great few days.house was perfect, very spacious and little added extras we didnt expect.location was fabulous..couldnt ask for better.only minor fault was some services advised in welcome book were not available but this was nothing too major.overall a great experince and would recommend to all.
Great location. Very uncomfortable beds and couch. Couch dirty. Nice bed linen. Entrance hallway very unclean and in need of renovation. Some dirty/worn out towels provided. Well equipped. Beautiful Georgian features e.g. fireplaces. Lovely outdoor seating area.
We stayed in Carbery house 1+2 for a week. The location was perfect, secluded, lots of green space for kids to run around. The view was breathtaking!!! The only fault with the house is that the floorboards were like paper and with it being a house made for 8 and the second for 6, we found that it was not sound proof in the slightest. You could practically hear a whisper if you were upstairs and and people downstairs. Apart from this, we loved the place and service was great. Anytime we needed anything, the staff were very obliging. I would highly recommend this house for a holiday but just...more
The cottage is really well located, in front of the sea, we do appreciate! Majella is very kind and helpful, thank you so much. Sure, we'll come back later
The clothes horse need to be replaced!! It was in the house 2 years ago and keeps on collapses!! Other than that all good.
Lovely stay with beautiful scenery. Friendly pleasant helpful staff. Good value for money. Would defiantly recommend to other and very happy overall.
Had a lovely 3 night break in the cottages. Nice houses kept very clean. Hotel was nice and food was good too. A very quiet place but plenty to do within half an hour drive. Beautiful beach 5 minute drive away
Great location, a stones throw from playground, pool and seal sanctuary and houses backed right onto forest walks. We had the two bedroom town hse, nice airy rooms in a well maintained estate. Everything provided. Very secure. Would highly recommend. We are a small family with one baby.
Location Location Location Probably the best located apartment in Roslare and extreamly clean and comfortable also - realy enjoued it.
Trip was tainted by a number of irritating add ons and requirements. Took the gloss off a potentiallly lovely stay. A poor welcome to a lovely part of Ireland £100 security deposit on arrival Charge for towels Meter reading Need Strip beds and deliver to reception Need to deliver rubbish Not sufficient utensils in house No cleaning supplies in house Would prefer to pay slight premium to have included
I always enjoy staying in these houses but they need a little updating e’g’ new sofa and tv needs to be moved so you don’t strain your neck trying to see your favourite tv programs. It would also be great to have a dishwasher. Otherwise lovely corttage with fabulous views.
A lovely break organised with fantastic customer service from Caroline in Telax Ireland. Thank you very much
We used all 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom is exceptional with a seating area and television. All bedrooms were at least double bed size with en suite facilities. The third bedroom should have had a wet room but the drain was not at the lowest part of the floor. The lounge dinner needs some attention with a number of lose fittings and the glass table extensions missing. However, there was everything in the kitchen you would require. The reception staff were extremely helpful. The cleanliness of the accommodation was excellent.
We had a fantastic stay in a wonderful complex. Travelled with young kids all under 6 and they loved the playgrounds and the short walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend Hookless Village to everyone.
Our 3rd year staying there or maybe our 4th...not sure, wonderful privacy & a special part of the world...1 week is never enough.
We recently stayed at Clifden Glen Holiday Cottages for our staycation. The location allowed us to experience the stunning beauty of Connemara and surrounding areas . From the time of arrival we knew we had made the right decision, house was spotless, and offered us all we required. Clifden has a great selection of restaurants and/or grocery shops - depending on your requirements Staying at Clifden Glen allowed us to take in some of the wonderful locations such as Kylemore Abbey, Connemara Park, Inishbofin, Achill Island, Westport and Cong. Would not hesitate to recommend Clifden...more
Great location.Lots to do for families in the area. The house was very spacious and had most things you could need the only downsife is the house was not well cleaned on arrival
We recently had a holiday at this holiday home, not having booked self catering through Relax Ireland previously, I found Brenda and Caroline most helpful and I was able to phone them after making the online booking. The house is spacious with kitchen/living area, conservatory for dining, a double bedroom and a toilet with shower downstairs Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with ensuite and a walk in wardrobe, a twin bedroom and a large bathroom. We had a very pleasant stay with oil fired central heating.
Spacious clean accommodation beside Bunratty village. 3 bar/ restaurant less than 5 min walk away. Accessible to all Clare has to offer
Advertised as a luxury apartment our expectations for what we paid were high. Sadly a lack of maintenance and upgrading of amenities let this apartment down. Although we were comfortable and the apartment clean, bathroom facilities were in desperate need of maintenance. Ensuite shower had no hot water at all. Main bathroom lacked shower screen/ curtain and as the only source for showering, mopping up of water after each shower was a task. Balcony sliding doors and front door were a nightmare to lock and we frequently left balcony doors unlocked to save hassles. We loved our time in Ireland and...more
Had a lovely relaxing holiday staying here. The apartment was clean with a really nice balcony and had everything you need. The pool was lovely and big and quiet only downside was that there were no sunbeds! Plenty of restaurants nearby. Beach was lovely and only a short walk but again no sunbeds!!
Very nice setting with very good customer service if and when required. We loved having all the living space upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs which allow very good natural light into the house. Balcony options were also good !! Good value for money food available locally and Covid19 rules were strictly adhered to. We look forward to visiting again in the near future. Well done to the two John's and Brenda in "Relax".
It was lovely place we reaily enjoyed it have highly recommended.we would love to come back for more
House was cleaner when we were leaving than when we arrived bathroom facilities poor no electric shower 1 station on the tv that worked fridge freezer our ice cream melted it was so warm the list is endless will NOT stay here again !!!
+Clean Appartment +Very Good supplies and appliances +House owner is very co operative and helpful. _ Bed room area is a bit small
The house was a little worn but quite comfortable. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The person who checked us in was AWESOME! She was really accommodating and quick to respond when we needed something. We very much enjoyed our stay here.
Good location clean well equipped comfortable apartment - minor quibbles - wardrobes both bedrooms doors not on tracks, toilet in bathroom flush erratic
We enjoyed the house..lots of room..good location. The problems we had were solved immediately. The kitchen was well stocked Beds and bedrooms fine. We were four people and had lots of room. The ready access to Internet was great..thank you reception for being so helpful and patient.. Dungarvan was great.especially the Anchor Bar. The music at night was extremely good. Many thanks again from Ray and Anne WaLL
A beautiful house,a bit dated but very homely,we loved it,we had a very relaxing holiday, the garden is lovely and big so we got to have fun with the kids, the view is beautiful from the house, the caretakers are fantastic,if u need anything their there so thank you Ray&Maureen.xx.
The location was very central for touring West Cork Liz Cronin the Caretaker was very welcoming and helpful. The house was spacious and comfortable. I would recommnend Ardnagashel Woods, Ballylickey to family and friends.
We celebrated a combination of special family birthdays at this villa in July/August 2018. The accomodation was splendid for 8 young and older adults. The area is mostly residential and may not suite twenty-something age groups as it's a taxi ride to the "vibrant" night life. The pool at the villa is well maintained and quite large. The garden area is large and suitable for lounging, but beware, the artificial grass gets very hot in the sun and can be very uncomfortable underfloor. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and I can recommend this villa without hesitation.
We were very happy with our stay at St Andrews. Bright and welcoming, the house itself was perfect for our short break with two children, who had some fun running around and playing safely in this quiet cul de sac during the break in the forecast April showers. A short walk to the beach and shops also. Chris, our host, was a very helpful and pleasant man to chat to.
We were mostly really happy with our lodge but a few things need to be improved on. As the house can hold up to 16 people there were only 2 cereal bowls. We ended up using soup bowls for cereal etc but again not enough for 16 people. There were just 2 teaspoons in the cutlery drawer and it could have done with alot more mugs instead of the little teacups. The hinge on the door into the kitchen is also broken so needs fixing and the door into the garden needs to be looked at as it sticks when trying to open and close. We would have liked instructions on how to heat the water as nobody was able...more
The fireplace hadn't been cleaned of ashes The oven hadn't been cleaned There were opened cereal boxes left in the press
The facility was fabulous, the people gracious and helpful, and our visit very memorable. Jason 'the Birdman' and Jimmy our shooting instructor were both very knowledgeable and made our experience special. The breakfast staff were quick and courteous, the bar staff fun and pleasant, and the people at the front desk very helpful. Those in our party that did the spa treatments thoroughly enjoyed their experience. Thanks for everything, I hope to visit again.
Location was a little further out than the 7k to Tralee town centre stated on the website it was actually 12k, Beach was the same it was 1.4k instead of 650m stated, other than that location was good, Facilities were excellent especially if weather wasn't so good, pool was excellent, large outdoor playground that was suitable for both younger and older kids, Evening time entertainment was good esp for the younger kids, My kids spent a lot of time surfing in Banna Beach and also on the playground, definitely would return, Onsite is a small supermarket for the basics and a little...more
The accommodation wad ideal for a family needing self catering accommodation to explore the area. Safe and great facilities for young children and adults. However... the sofa/chairs were grubby and had a bit of a "smell"' from previous past users. The upholstery should be wipe down for cleanliness reasons and hygiene. I didn't like sitting on them.when the kids were in bed to relax. That was the only gripe. Great that I could wash and dry clothes and cook meals to keep our holiday costs down.
I booked the house for a 50th birthday party. It worked out very well. We were able to entertain young and old at different times. The house option offers great flexability. Sharon was our contact. She was very helpful and explained everything very well. I would definately go with you guys again.
House was really comfortable spacious and well equipped. The playground and tennis courts in front of house were great facility for children. Highly recommend this property for your stay in rosslare
Lovely house, nice space, well maintained except for shutters, very clean. Our welcome by management in Spain was awful. We were told we disturbed their lunch, she called me Cathy on the phone? Also told me I wasn't listening to directions given. Very shocking to be spoken to in that manner. On the first night we raised concern that two bedroom shutters were not working. We were told they were always like that and we were the only people to complain in 12 years. As a result we had to phone the Irish office to get Caroline involved (who advised she was in the house last year and the shitters w...more
Lovely spacious apartment to stay in with swimming pool right beside your door. Restaurants and bars only 5 mins walking
Houses are comfortable, nice area, well equiped. Just needs to refurbish some areas. Great location.
This was our third year in a row, we love the houses and area but this year, we thought that the houses were not cleaned to a good standard and that maintenance is very poor, painting, leaking shower, no hanging rail in wardrobe, front door very strained and hard to close.
Beautiful house in lovely location. Had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing is the mattress on one of the single beds is extremely hard and uncomfortable my daughter couldn't sleep on it. Other beds were fine though. Apart from that everything was great. The decking area at the back was excellent for the sunny weather we had. Would definitely recommend this property.

We Were Met By A Very Nice Man Kenny Oats Who Open The Door And Made Us Very Welcome On Our Arrival Took Us Around House And Explained Heating etc Very Happy .Thanks Happy New Year
Great place. Comfortable, warm home. I .will be returning. The owners always ready to rectify matters.
The over night storage heating in the house is overcharged at 20c per unit, this is the same as the day rate. The savings for night rate should be passed on to us, it is unfair that you would make a profit on this, I don't see anything that would warrant the mark up. As customers we should only pay the price that the Electricity provider charges. We had the heating on for ourselves but it also serves to keep the house in better condition, that the company would profiteer from this is unfair and quite irritating.
House very impressive and perfect for our family. The only fault we could find is the self contained apartment. It was too cramped . As a 6th bedroom it had no space to walk around the bed. Apart from that the holiday was a success. Our children and grandchildren loved it. The other bedrooms were lovely too and the en suites and bathrooms were very spacious.
Four of us Came down to Ballyvauhan for the Singers Weekend 14th February. The cottage is fine, however we would have depreciated, if there was something in the kitchen to make tee or coffee and some firewood or loggs to make a fire on arrival. We didn't stay the full week and hat to pay € 90.- for electricity for only 3 days, which we think it is way too much.
Quite good but a few improvements needed. 1.front door v stiff needs attention. 2 shower on ground floor, we were unable to operate it. 3suggest a notice with insteuctions on ooeration of showers and the heaters
Great location especially if you’re happy to walk around. House lovely but in need of a lick of paint and new towels/bed linen. Staff in both Elite and Relax exceptional.
We love coming to Ballyvaughan Holiday Cottages, and we have done for a few yrs now. However this time, even though the location and people are as fabulous as always, the cottage we stayed in needs a lot of upgrades. The beds upstairs were very uncomfortable and there were bugs found upstairs. Downstairs wasn't much better. We could not open any of the windows as they had been painted shut. The fire could not be used as smoke billowed into the cottage every time we lit it as the chimney flue was to small or may have been blocked? to allow the smoke to fully escape out of the chimney. House was not suitable for young children no stair gates provided also house had a very dampy smell dust everywhere leading my 2 babies going to the doctor with there chest very bad smell out of the house. My first night going to bed and it was drenched with a big stain not one bit happy over this
Great location and lots of space for a large family but could have had a lot more TLC done to it as it was poorly cleaned and needs to get WiFi put in.A lot of hassle on clients part organizing bins to be emptied as were full and stink on arrival, not a good start to a holiday!
The accommodations were completely unhealthy with mold mildew smells and wet linens. Dirty appliances and cobwebs and bugs everywhere and handprints (?) in shower stall. The management company on site was helpful. Young gentleman did everything he could to assist as he shared with me-leaving door open prior to our arrival and replacing dirty kettle -but had issues with cleaners doing their respective jobs. Also when I contacted the manager off site he was LESS than helpful. He should have traveled to review site for himself before denying any refund. Very unprofessional. Brenda Mcdermont at Re...more
