For the price we paid I would assume rubbish collections would be included, I've rented other properties for less money of similar standard and all rubbish included. .

Stunning home with all the mod cons needed for a young family on holiday
Very clean and very safe for young children

You never get a second chance for the first impression:
Esther, the manager of the property, took very good care from the very beginning. We arrived in a 4 bedroom/4 baths spotless clean house (and we are picky with this), The bedding hotellike, equipped with everything you might wish for (if not Esther would have fixed it right away for sure!), new appliances, more than enough kitchenware, always enough hot water to shower (we were traveling with 3 teenagers!.......) TV in every room and good working Wi-Fi. Tiling very easy to keep clean. Big work space at the kitchen granite counter! Modern Luxury!
The location just perfect: located in a quiet surrounding, a gated area with only two homes- the neighbors are very nice people- we felt very safe. Yet close to a lot of places of interest, groceries AND only a one minute walk to a milelong sandy beach to indulge in! Highly can recommend this home ( or should I better wish for it as a hidden secret?) What else to mention....
Thank you Esther for creating good memories nobody will ever take!

Everything was fine apart from towels . We were told towels were included but they were not . Thanks to owner of house who kindly gave us some weekend would have been ruined. Other than that I could not fault it

Lovely house very high standard
Well situated just five minutes from the beach and same distance from Kellys hotel for a drink or a meal.
Quite and peaceful location no noise at night.
Would return.Expensive enough but worth it for such a high standard.
