Peace, luxury, an outstanding view - we hoped for all three and in all three our hopes have been surpassed. Our luxury Scottish lodge sits high up above the pretty fishing village of Lochinver which edges the loch below a backdrop of tree-clad hills and beyond, the Assynt mountain range characterised by stunningly shaped Suilven and Canisp.

Latest Review - March 2026

The location is fantastic as is the area and views from the house amazing. Showers and sink basins blocked. Windows were dirty. Oven needs a steam clean. TVs in bedrooms not working, and no instructions. Luckily I got Chris to help with tv in the main area. Not quite 5 star?
