Six individually furnished cottages located on a riverside farm. Salmon, sea trout and brown trout fishing on our own stretch of the Tweed. All weather tennis court. Excellent walking and abundant wildlife (otters, badgers, deer and fantastic variety of birds) all on the farm. Five minutes drive from historic Berwick-upon-Tweed and excellent beaches. Holy Island of Lindisfarne, Alnwick, Cheviot Hills and Scottish Borders towns all within 45 mins drive.
Excellent location near the river and the Border Chain Bridge and Honey Farm. The A1 takes you north or south to visit the Scottish or English seasides and Kelso and Melrose are worth a visit. Everything you could want in the cottage.
We have come here for 30 years and never get tired of the scenery, the cottage and the history behind it. We find new things to do every year in the surrounding area. Carol is an amazing host
The bothy/cottage is absolutely divine a really lovely property. Very near the river - ideal and above it is in a very picturesque area. Above all the peace and quiet is priceless. Cannot wait to go next year - booked up already.
