We went to wallops wood as a group and it worked really well. We stayed in two of the properties. We had a lot of fun the pool was great as were the hot tubs. There was everything we needed in the properties. The welcome pack was great. Great local pubs. We picked out some of the home made food for the Friday night and it was really lovely, well worth doing. Thank you for a great few days, we will all be back next year.
Just returned from our fifth consecutive stay at Wallops Wood. Everything you could possibly need is provided in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Lovely welcome hamper as always. The property was spotlessly clean. Lovely smellies provided in the bathrooms to use, but not keep.
We had no hot water on the second day, but contacted Andrew, the owner, and he was soon round and fixed it. The pool, hot tub and sauna all very welcome. We did not get round to using the games room.
Wallops Wood is quite remote, it is a good 15 minutes drive each way to Denmead, to a great fish and chips shop, Indian res...more
This is our third visit to Wallopswood, and again it didn’t disappoint. We were a group of 10 (4 kids) and a dog and we all enjoyed the pool, the great games room, the country walks to lovely pubs, the stunning views, and the general very high standard of accommodation and attention to detail.
This was our second visit in 6 months to Wallops Wood Cottages. The whole experience from booking to leaving was excellent again. The cleanliness of the property, the quality of kitchen utensils and crockery etc, the beautiful views from the hot tub and the swimming pool are just a few of the reasons we chose to return, and it didn't disappoint. Thank you, we will be back!
