Murlach Lodge is located in the centre of Ballyconneely. Keoghs pub is just up the road. There is church across the road. The property has nice walled gardens ideal for small children to play and amazing views across the Lake. Easy access to beaches Dunloughan, Mannin, Coral Strand, short drive to the Connemara Golf club, and only ten minutes from Clifden town or the boat club.

What a superb place for a large family gathering! Very comfortable and well equipped; loads of communal space; and very good sized en suite rooms to allow private time as well. Great views and access to superb beaches (superb even in February!) and great seafood. Very close to a good shop, pub and playground. Bernie is a very helpful and accessible owner.

We loved our stay here. The house was fabulous and well suited all 16 of us. Perfect location from shop, pub restaurant and beach. Lovely walks and great views from the house. Would highly recommend.

We’ve had an amazing time in Ballyconneely. The house was perfect for our family, ie enough bedrooms to sleep roughly 20 people, spacious/modern kitchen and sitting rooms. The host and caretakers were friendly, very helpful and easily to contact via mobile and email. Everyone from 6 months of age to 82 years enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

We had a lovely reunion in Murlach Lodge, the house is absolutely beautiful, the location is very convenient and the landlady is brilliant.
