The House: This bright and airy house has been completed renovated in the last few years. It’s set down a very quiet cul-de-sac – next stop the Atlantic. The living and dining area have stunning views of the Wild Atlantic Way and garden ponds where you can enjoy the wild flowers & wild life. This little haven is just a 5 min drive from the beautiful village of Tullycross where you can enjoy a great meal in one of the excellent restaurants or a pint with the locals. You have a choice of three stunning beaches a short drive away as well as been a great location for exploring all that Connemara has to offer.

Inside: This house has plenty of space for all. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook up a storm which you can then enjoy at the large dining table with views over the sea. In season you can help yourself to some home grown lettuce outside your back door! The living area has comfy couches for all & a flat screen TV. There is also an extra area up stairs where you can just chill out or could be used as a play area. The house has 4 double bedrooms, 3 downstairs, one of which is ensuite, and one bedroom upstairs. There is a TV in two of the bedrooms. There is also another bathroom with a large shower. At the front of the house is a lovely lawn,perfect for children to play. At the side of the house you can enjoy wild birds enjoying the ponds and flowers, (caution needed with Children). The cottage has all mod cons and everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Owners live next door in separate house so if you need any help or need anything they are nearby.

What a find. The accommodation is superbly laid out and well equipped with everything we needed. Fixtures and fittings were excellent quality. Our host, lives next door, was very friendly and helpful. Fantastic views from the dining table out to the islands. Fabulous location for beaches and closeness to restaurants - in Tully Cross and Letterfrack - as well a sandy beach for every day. And the beds were comfy as well.

The property was in an ideal location with wrap around views and was completely spotless. Fiona couldn't have been more helpful. Having her on site was great for any queries but we wouldn't have known they were there otherwise, as felt completely secluded. Only a few minutes from shop, pub, beach etc. Heating is zoned in house which was great. Radiators were piping after only a few minutes. Same with hot water. Fiona also kindly left tea bags, biscuits and briquettes on arrival. Stove kept the living room nice and toasty. Can't say enough good things about this place!

A fantastic location, perfect for exploring north Connemara or just to sit and soak in the views from the windows!
The house itself is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Fiona and Pat are lovely hosts, helpful and quick to respond to queries.
We will definitely be back!

First time staying at this property although we had visited the same village the past 3 years. The property is excellent, had everything you would want and more for a holiday stay, bedrooms all good sizes, extremely well equipped modern kitchen, about a ten minute walk into nearby TullyCross where normally you could go for a meal or drink at Paddy Coynes Pub which unfortunately is closed due to current Covid restrictions. Fish and Chip Shop does a great takeaway and nearby Letterfrack also has a pub/restaurant and a takeaway. We had 3 kids with us, ages 11 and 12. Its centrally located for a host of activities including pny trekking, sheep dog experiences, Connemara National park etc. There is a very rocky beach a few minutes walk from the property but not suitable for swimming although you could use it for snorkelling but just a 5 minute drive is an excellent very long sandy beach although the car park is limited so you might need to park 200 metres away and walk. We will be staying at this property again and the owners Fiona and Pat were fantastic

This house is in a great location with lovely sea views. This house was very well kitted out and had everything I needed. The garden is lovely and was a good place to relax. The beds were comfortable and the house was spotless on arrival. The owner was very nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The house is beautifully located with fantastic views, feels remote but only around the corner from a town with everything you would need and glorious beaches/mountain walks. The facilities in the house are second to none with a fantastic kitchen and great WiFi. Fiona and Pat were lovely hosts, great advice about the location and there when we needed them. The blue book was a useful guide to the house and area as well and was a welcome touch. Everything was Covid prepared - no magazines/games, black bags in ever room drawer for us when we left and the blue book was laminated. Honestly everything was immaculate and clearly they are hosts that Care/ pay attention to the service they offer. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely week at clifftop haven. The place was spotless, had every that you need, beautifully view, garden and ample space! In particular loved the upstairs sitting room where you could hide from the kids! We had a very warm welcome from the owners and they could not be more helpful. Enjoyed it so much booked another week in August! Would highly recommend this property. Thanks so much Fiona!

We did not book this house as we were just with the two of us. Due to issues with the house we booked we got this house as alternative. Views are amazing, the owners very enthusiastic and willing to help. House was equipped with all you need and more.
We would book this house next if we would come with more people.

Clifftop Haven is the most beautiful house in a fantastic location. The views from the dining room/living room are just incredible and the little room at the top of the house overlooking the sea was a calming place to sit and watch the sea. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything you would need. Well situated within a short drive of Clifden and walking distance from several local pubs.
