Fields View is a lovely, refurbished, detached bungalow sleeping 4 guests in king-size and twin bedrooms. It is located on Eades Farm in the rural hamlet of Newbridge, near Yarmouth, close to the IOW cycle route.
This pleasant home has stunning country and woodland views and features original artwork on the walls. A newly fitted kitchen with dining area at one end has a Lavazza coffee machine. Eades Farm is a working farm, and cows can be seen from the windows. Bring wellies for walks.

Views from the cottage are lovely. High standard interior with all the essentials especially with children with the utility room.

We booked for a 3 night stay in February half term and thoroughly enjoyed the views, the quietness and the cosy and clean interior. Everything was extremely well catered for and the bungalow was spacious, warm and suited our needs. We will be back.

We enjoyed a short break (2 nights) with friends and were delighted with the cosiness and comfort of Fields View.
Set within a working farm, the cottage was a perfect base for exploring the Isle of Wight, it was well equipped and there were some delightful design features, including original art work and fairy lights around the outside space. Apart from the TV, puzzles and games were provided for the dark evenings We tended to eat out but the kitchen had everything we needed had we wanted to cook there.

Fields View is very spacious and comfortable, and beautifully presented. The large kitchen diner is the best equipped of all the holiday cottages we've ever stayed in. The quiet secluded location with wonderful views is a great base for exploring.

If you're looking for a quiet place in the middle of the countryside then 'Fields View' is just what you need. Surrounded on 3 sides by fields the views are wonderful and night times around the firepit enjoying the stars create special times. There were 6 of us but the house is spacious and has plenty of areas where you can be together or find some alone time. Some great artwork by one of the owners is displayed around the house giving the place a really homely Island feel. There is a very well equipped recently fitted kitchen with all modern appliances and a utility room as well with washing machine and a separate toilet. Loads of space for hanging clothes and storing suitcases out of the way in the comfortable and nicely decorated bedrooms.
Access to Fields View is through the farmyard where you may see some calves. We enjoyed one or two walks through the farmland and woods as well as going further afield and visiting many of the great places on the Island. Freshwater bay and Yarmouth are 3 or 4 miles away with supermarkets and all you need and atttractions like Blackgang Chine (a family favourite) is about 20 mins drive away. The weather was a bit dodgy while we were there but after walks on beaches and even a trip to the National Poo Museum in Shanklin (yes poo museum) it was always nice to come back to the warmth of Fields View and spend the evenings together. We thoroughly recommend booking a stay - Enjoy!

We needed a short break and came to Field View for 5 days. It proved to be perfect for our family, a home from home, very comfortable and quiet, despite being on a working farm.
The whole house is very well equipped with a spacious, modern kitchen / dining area, a lounge and a conservatory with lovely views including a field of cows.
The location is convenient for the Needles, Freshwater and Yarmouth, also Brook beach and Mottistone Gardens.
