We have stayed in this gorgeous home several times. It really is a home from home. The kitchen is so well equipped. It has everything you could possibly need.

Absolute spotless and well equipped holiday home. It was a pleasure to stay there and we felt it was a safe haven for us as we were on the Island attending a funeral. It is very central to all amenities, town centre, the beach, local bars and restaurants.
I a d my family highly recommend this house.

We love staying at Brunswick terrace
Perfect location for the beach and town.

Deb is lovely and the little treats were great. It's a real home from home.

The only thing that I would change is a lock on the downstairs loo.

Will be back next year

2 Brunswick Terrace is an ideal holiday home. It's cleaned to a v high standard and there r many additions which make it v superior accommodation. It's extremely close to Sandown and about 15-20 mins walk to the beach.
I am v happy to recommend this house.

The house had everything you needed as comfortable as home the location was five minutes to the beach bus stop close to the house pub on the corner excellent service and food large garden for the children with plenty of things for them to play on also a fish and chip shop next to the pub all cooked fresh would certainly recommend

The property was very central for all the islands attractions,clean with every utensil you could possibly need. We are looking forward to our next visit to this lovely place as soon as possible.

We couldn’t fault our half term holiday to the IOW except the weather which didn’t stop our fun. 2. Brunswick Terrace was home from home as our granddaughter put it. From the minute we opened the front door it was welcome all the way. Exceptionally clean and very well equipped with milk in fridge, tea and coffee and lovely IOW shaped biscuits. We’d recommend this accommodation to anyone and we’ll be back.

We had a wonderful week staying at Brunswick Terrace. Really clean and had everything we needed.

The only things I would change are:

- A lock on downstairs toilet door
- A mat for the bathroom floor.

We will be back next year.

The property is clean and provided everything we needed. It is located just a 5 minute walk to beach and High Street. Being able to park the car on the front drive is a bonus.

My young nephew only remembered he had left some things behind when we were boarding the ferry but the owner was very obliging and offered to post them on to us.

We have already recommended this property to friends and would stay here again on our next visit.

My daughter and myself stayed here in July and have ni complaints whatsoever with the property. The three bedrooms were spacious, kitchen well equipped and all the household implements you may need, hoover, iron etc in the utility cupboard.

We appreciated the thoughtful provision of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits for our arrival along with the helpful information folder.

The only potential issue, which is not the fault of property and didn't affect us was the lack of a mobile signal (we are on Virgin) which can happen on different parts of the island. The house was wifi so WhatsApp calls were still fine.

A final navigation note, Brunswick Terrace is the three newbuild houses IN North Street and not a separate road

We had a very comfortable week at this property. We were a family of 5 adults and we did worry that the living space might have been a little cramped. However we needn’t have worried - the house was very well maintained and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped and the lounge was more than adequate for all of us to sit comfortably. The bedrooms were nice, the only down side was that i did not sleep well in the main bedroom as I prefer a harder mattress - this was just a personal preference though. The property is perfectly located within a few minutes walk of the high street and the beach. It was great that we could just leave the car on the drive and go off. We all enjoyed our week here and would definitely recommend it, we will definitely be back and will re-book this property.

This is the second time we have stayed in this property and we love it. The location is great near the sea but easy to travel to the rest of the island too. The decor in the house is lovely and it is well equipped though would benefit from a dishwasher , sharper sharp knives and a bbq . Highly recommend.

The location of this property is excellent, just a short walk to the beach and shops. The property had everything that we needed and the cleanliness of the house showed the pride that the owner has when renting to visitors.
If there was a downside it was that we were two couples with two cars and there is only parking for one car and on street parking can be difficult to find close by.

2 Brunswick Terrace was a really good holiday home, only five minutes walks from the beach and the centre of Sandown.

The house was well presented, clean and tidy. The only thing we had trouble with was that the central heating seemed to be much warmer than the thermostat indicated, but that was easily solved with a bit of experimentation.

The only thing to bear in mind is that all the beds have ends on them - I am very tall and found this a problem. This is not a fault of the property at all, because the photos showed the bed ends, so I went into the booking with my eyes open (we just had limited options of where to stay). I just mention this in case when they are renewing the beds in a few years time, that they get ones without ends!

Loved the house, the driveway, downstairs, back yard and upstairs! The owner had thought of everything.
Great location too, 5 minute walk to beach, couple of minutes from a shop and play area.
